Great experience. Staff are friendly and efficient! If you need to get police clearance report for work or whatnot— come get it from their service. I was in and out within 15 mins tops. Wait for 2-3hrs—it’s ready! You can ask for a hard copy (no extra charge) or send it via email, whichever you prefer.

Really bad customer experience. I did a Legal Dna test at this location and I had to call him to get the results from him. He told me he would email me the results but he didn’t, matter of fact when i called in to remind him to send it to me I had realized that dna test was done 4 business days ago and he probably wouldn’t have sent it to me if I didnt call him. Once I recieved the test, my lawyer filed it with my documents thinking that was it but later we found out that the Dna test was missing legal documents. I called in again to ask about the documents and the owner confirmed that I could pick those documents up whenever I wanted to. He also blamed my lawyer for not realizing that legal docs were missing. He defenitely didn’t do his job and provided me with less service than what I already paid for and he wasn’t even sorry about that. I definitely do not recommend doing business with them at all.

Had a great experience here. Azad is the best. Needed the police check same day. They were able to accommodate more than 10 people at the same time. Definitely recommending this place. Good customer service. There is always someone who answers ur questions.

Does indeed provide accredited & same day police certificate as advertised. Immigration gladly accepted the approved documents.

I am truly impressed by the service! I tried ink and roll fingerprinting in other company and got rejected due to poor quality.
I really appreciate the help of staff, they tried to get my fingerprint multiple times by heart (I have several eczema with suboptimal fingerprint) and offered help in case the prints got rejected.

Had a great experience. Visited this place to get the fingerprints for the FBI criminal history. They were quick and very professional. Would highly recommend this place.

I did the digital fingerprint with them for the safety check with FBI, flew all the way from Halifax because they are the only people offering digital print rather than the unreliable ink and roll, I finally got the record back from FBI after two failed ink and roll whch cause me great anxiety.

I was incredibly nervous when I went in. I needed a background check but didn't know which one. I explained what it was for and the man there knew exactly what I needed. He was very friendly and I felt better almost instantly. I got what I needed and was out of there pretty quickly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Needed a criminal record check completed the same day. Took a couple hours and I had it. Exactly what I needed.

Fantastic, friendly, flexible, and quick service. Also, very reasonable prices considering their ability for on-the-day delivery of services.

They really helped me out when I was in a bind.

Basically, long story short, I needed to swap out of one school course-based internship to another last minute, and I was running out of weeks available to get the required hours necessary to pass the course. I needed a police check (CRC) ASAP to start the new internship. Other police locations had unreasonably long-wait times for a CRC (considering my record was/is completely clear!) going as high as a 14-day to 2 week wait time. I was referred to Canadian Forensics by a friend who has been a client of there's in years past. I contacted them early and made sure they knew when I would be arriving and then, a day or two later, made the journey to their location and had the CRC completed within an hour or so.

If it wasn't for Canadian Forensics, I wouln't have been able to get into my new internship and would have had to drop the course, thus delaying my graduation from a master's program this June. Thank you once again!

For sure worth every penny of the cost. My friend posted a pic on facebook of a DNA test against her daughter and father and he turned out not to be the father. I thought there was a chance it could be mine so asked Canadian Forensics Inc if they could test my DNA against a PICTURE of her DNA test and they did.they tested my DNA against A PICTURE (no swab from the child)! It was a nice experience coming here and getting my criminal background check. The service was really quick and I managed to get the certificate within even less than an hour, which was quite unexpected even to the staff! 5/5 service, totally recommend.

Fantastic, professional service. My wife and I dropped by during our visit to Toronto to get her FBI finger-print card for a background check. Prior to this visit, we have tried getting the finger-print card for her at the local sheriff's office (Ann Arbor, Michigan) FIVE times, but each time it's rejected by FBI as "poor quality". It turned out some of her finger's have really worn-out ridges and was very difficult to get clear prints with sufficient "features" using either ink or electronic method. Dr. Hussain worked very patiently with each finger using his scanner, pausing frequently to re-scan ones that he considered "lack-of-feature". Some of the scan he rejected looked fine to us, but he was professional and careful enough to recognize the features in the prints the FBI will be looking for, and took extreme patience to make sure all those important ones are captured. The whole process took 45+ min, until Dr Hussain was satisfied with every single one of the prints. And this set worked! We got the FBI background check report using this set of prints and couldn't be happier with the quality of service provided by Dr Hussain. Highly highly recommended.

Slightly difficult to find because of the small sign, but friendly and efficient staff. Also seems to have ample parking if you drive and not too difficult to get to by TTC.
