Worst receptionists ever! I came in with my mom for an appointment and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. They expect patients to walk in and know exactly what to do and where to be as if we’re the ones who work here.one girl, Kiran was so rude to my mom just for asking a simple question. She talked to my mom like she was stupid and laughed about the situation with her friend, the other receptionist. They both should be fired immediately. These two should not be the first impressions of a heart clinic. Never coming back here again and informing my doctor about this terrible referral!

The doctor or technologist who performs the echocardiography was excellent but the two young girls at the reception desk. They talk to people much older than them without any respect. I also agree with the 1star comment from aashi batra posted a year ago.

Receptionists are amzangly friendly, understanding & helpful onsite and on the phone. Technicians are great aswell.thanks for a very comfortable experience.

Worst service.
They book the appointments and ask the penalty of 70$ for no show.
Farheen is the operations manager who keeps the patients to wait for more than an hour.
Asks to come back on another day, very irresponsible and odd behaviour.

I recently visited the cardiology lab for a stress test, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and expertise provided by the team. Canadian heart care clinic provides exceptional care to patients with heart conditions. The staff is highly qualified and professional giving me confidence in their abilities. It was a really bad experience. The staff's behavior was really bad. Longer waiting times (with appointments). Worst service. Avoid this place if you can.

The receptionist is unprofessional. She mixed up my parents profiles and sent my father in for treatment that was ment for my mother. Furthermore the doctors are not thorough with their assessments. They asked my parents who arent very fluent in english questions with many medical terms that is difficult for them to understand. I came to the apppointment with my parents to help translate but they didnt let me into the exam room. The entire time the doctors and staff just speak in punjabi and make patients who are not of the same culture feel very uncomfortable.

Staff is professional and amazing. Appointment was booked quickly, no wait times. Receptionist is cooperative, technologists are professionals and doctor is thorough and a funny guy. Overall, good experience.

Pretty disappointed with the front desk staff. Almost shouted at my wife (who is post partum) when she couldn't return the ABP machine after the test - and that's when the clinic had no instructions for her on when they'd want it to be returned.

Also expect delays at this location, may not be punctual even after an appointment.

Try avoiding this place if you have alternatives for your diagnostic tests.

Zahra at the front desk is so polite and helpful. She makes sure to explain the whole process and answers any questions you might have about the consultation. We have received timely calls from her for appointment bookings and are grateful we chose Canadian Heart Care for cardiology check ups.

Doctor should do something about the receptionist, the muslim girl he has hired… I mean she shouldn’t represent the clinic.she doesn’t know how to speak to clients… Her attitude needs to be corrected.

Great friendly staff, did all my tests here ultrasounds and stress test all the technicians were accomodating.

They were able to get us an appointment on very short notice. The echo cardiogram was thoroughly performed by a professional technician with no rush. They managed to release the results just in time for my mother's surgery, which was dependent on the report. Receptionist Zehra was very helpful throughout the process.

Oh my god receptionist was so annoying, she is totally unprofessional and foolish.she her gave me appointment time and just on day of appointment she cancelled my appointment herself.

Everyone in the office was so nice and helpful. Specially Zahra who helped me for appointments. Excellent service.

Absolutely worst experience. The receptionist cancelled my appointment after claiming she was unable to reach me the day before to confirm. She was unable to show me where she had dialed my number on her phone system and mine showed that I had received no calls or voicemail. Instead of admitting an error on her part, she kept insisting that I was somehow lying. This is the last thing someone going for heart testing needs.

Zahra was very helpful and all staff were supportive and friendly and helped to perform my test easily and quickly.

OUTSTANDING facility, was there for comprehensive heart tests on Friday & Saturday! Extremely thorough examinations with state of the art technology. Great staff, technicians, and cardiologist, would recommend highly!
