Technician was very professional and was able to determine the source of the leak quickly using a process of elimination.

The work to fix the pool leak was no nonsense professional. Elana is wonderful in facilitating communication.

Overall happy with the service. They were knowledgable and detected two leaks and fixed promptly.

So why 4 stars? About two weeks after they finished I noticed signs of another leak. They came under warranty to check and said there was an insignificant leak but needed a camera to locate. They mentioned it was included with the service. I followed up after a week to see when they could send someone with a camera and indicated there was an additional charge involved.

They didn't respond to my question regarding this new charge.

Came in found the leak.
They submitted a quote to repair the leak.
I gave them the approval.
They dug down to fix it and restored everything back to the way it was before they started- all in about 4-5 hours.
Would highly recommend.

I contacted Canadian Leak Detection after discovering that our pool's water level was going down too much. Danny was very professional although the leak was about 3ft from the location marked; I assume that it is normal. The quote to repair seemed very high, so I dug the ground myself and the leak was fixed consequently. As I dug the ground myself, it costed me only 200 dollars to complete the repair. I would recommend them for sure.

We called Canadian Leak Detection as they were recommended to us. We had a leak in our inground pool that we had been putting off. The leaks were detected quickly and accurately (one in the liner and one in a return jet plumbing) and expertly repaired. Water level didn't budge after the fix. We are relieved to have it done. The cost wasn't outrageous, and the deck only needed a 16" X 16" hole cut which was patched well. I wish we had called sooner. Big thanks to Danny and Brandon, they did excellent work and were happy to answer my questions and explain what they were doing. I would totally recommend this company.

I called Genero for my pool leak, he answered all my questions and explained to me the procedure of the leak detection, Dani came on time and detect two pin holes in my liner, Mark and Shawn came in the morning and professionally fixed the two holes and redo other hole I patched three years ago. Mark inspect further one more hole beside the main drain and fix it.
I totally recommend Canadian Leak Detection for a leak detection and I will definitely will use them in the future.

Having utilized CLD six years ago to locate and repair a leak at the bottom of my pool skimmer, I had need for them again to investigate a loss of three feet of water under the winter cover while the pool was closed for the season. Mark was professional and forthcoming in explaining the procedures used to locate the problem. He was able to find three very small pinhole leaks in the liner which I will patch myself, although the company provides the repair service. I am very relieved to find the loss of water wasn't as severe as a broken underground line. Mark confirmed that the plumbing system is sound and intact. Thanx to CLD for your help!

Very professional. The technician was able to find all the leaks in my pool and I received a detailed report within two days.

I had a leak in one of the jet housings attached to the sidewall. I was losing an inch of water in a 24 hr period. My regular pool service company could not find it despite doing a pressure test. I called Can Leak Detectors who diagnosed the issue with a pressure test almost immediately upon gathering info on the symptoms. I really appreciated their professionalism and accuracy in diagnosing the problem. Their diagnosis was confirmed on repair day when the jet housing was exposed. The tech showed me the spewing of water from the damaged housing under pressure. I appreciated seeing this damage in real time and the recommended repair. The whole housing was replaced with new parts including replacing hose, gaskets and connection to ensure a complete professional repair. When compared with my regular pool company’s repair of a another jet housing two years ago, that repair reused old parts with a minimum of new parts installed. Hopefully that repair won’t leak again, but considering the thoroughness of Can Leak Detectors, in retrospect, I wish I would have contacted them initially for that repair too. They earned my 5 star rating!

We asked them to come out and help us find an leak under a slab of concrete and they were abel to pinpoint where it was quickly and efficiently so that we had minimal damage when we had to dig up the slab. They saved us time and money and we appreciate it!

Their follow up from their check visit 3 weeks ago was completed today & took less time than their scheduled 2 days. Not only was I concerned about the leak but also that there might be problems with the pool structure during the installation of the new returns. I need not have worried! There was none! I realized at the end of last summer that my pool was loosing water. The guys responded quickly and were able to identify the leak. It was the end of the season so I asked if the repair quote would hold until this season and they said no problem. I called them this year and again they responded quickly. They explained to me why the pool was leaking and they could stop it temporarily but it is actually a liner problem. Instead of charging me for a leak repair, they only charged me for a service call. Great company to deal with, everyone was helpful and professional.
