Canadian Linen & Uniform Service

I have been using Canadian Linen for a few years now. They are prompt and very efficient, easy to work with. I totally recommend Canadian Linen for your business. My area supervisor is Ian whom use to be my delivery man. HE IS FANTASTIC!:)

We had been using Canadian Linen for a couple years and have recently terminated our contract with the company due to subpar customer service. Our uniforms we damaged and when we asked/tagged the uniforms to have them fixed often they were not, and our calls and emails were ignored. We are now being hit with a "damage charge. " due to the uniforms being "damaged" but the whole time we were paying customers and tried to get the uniforms fixed or replaced nothing happened. The only time we were offered to have all our damaged uniforms replaced was when we told the company we no longer wanted to do business with them. Weeks later we have now been hit with an invoice for "damage charges" seems very petty and spiteful as all we wanted was professional clean uniforms for our staff and we couldn't even get that. I would avoid using this company, unless you're okay with ratty uniforms, being short uniforms upon delivery, and little to no replies from head office, and a sneaky "damage charge" when you decide to terminate your contract.

I have been dealing with Peter Macisaac from the Norfinch branch for over 18 months now, and his service and attitude have been fantastic. Peter is always on time and is friendly and efficient in servicing our needs. He accommodates any special requests and he helps make our Opa of Greece restaurant the award winning concept that it is.

Mountainview Dental has been using Canadian Linen since just after the pandemic. We've been very pleased with the customer service we have received both in office and over the phone. Our driver Amal is the absolute BEST! He is always so pleasant, calm, and pays attention to every detail. At every delivery he gives us a warm greeting and he always makes sure that I am pleased with the items he has brought. I can always count on Amal to help me out in changing filters for the air fresheners or have an answer to any questions I may have. He also always gives me a heads up for his next delivery date when long weekends are coming up. He truly makes it a pleasure working with this company.

I am very happy with the changes that have happened with Canadian Linen. We have a new Driver Tristan and he is GREAT! Very helpful and friendly. We also received a new District Manager / Operations (Blanca Pacheco) who is fantastic. I can really notice the difference in service and will keep our account with them.

Yesterday, one of their drivers was blocking an entire one way alley and when called out politely, couldn’t care less.

Truck A38 likes to park diagonally in a retail strip mall, taking up all my parking spaces. I am not even their customer. Lots of other places to park, but when your too lazy why bother?

Terrible company! Do not use their services, they will run your business into the ground. Worst experience ever, just for carpets!

Do NOT recommend- they invoice you for products they never delivered (over $500 of overcharges), you can never get someone on the phone. When you get a rep, they do not update your account and you have to call back again. Headache after headache, save your time and effort and learn from our mistakes of partnering with them.

One of the worst vendors our company has to deal with. Horrible communication, over-billing, overall terrible customer service. Moving to another service provider ASAP.

Oh my. God forbid you'd want to cancel your account with them. I haven't been receiving replacement entry mats since October, and yet I get invoices up to this day. I made several complaints and got passed around to so many phone extensions, voicemails, and clueless customer service representatives. Is this company a scam? How can I report this to the authorities! This is ridiculous!
