This is amazing company that I have been dealing with for some time now. Particularly, the driver who comes in with the uniforms is a great young man that always comes in with a beautiful smile and a warm HELLO! We have been very happy with Canadian Linen. Our service rep is Evan R.and he has been a great asset to our business. He is reliable, friendly and quick. He always makes sure all of our weekly deliveries are on time and correct.

Beware of these scammers. HIGH ALERT. If you want to get scammed this is the company. They will send you threatening and harassment orders to scare you despite end of the contract and worst services in the industry. See attached. All my friend companies my advice stay away or get scammed.

1) It is very difficult to change your order. Half the time they will make an error when you change your order (e.g. Bring the wrong thing, or the wrong amount, or just fail to bring something yet still add it to your bill, etc.) or maybe it will just take three or four weeks for the change to be reflected in what they bring you.

The sales person may tell you it's easy to change your order on a regular basis, but it's not. If your needs will vary a lot from week to week or month to month be careful.

2) Last year they just completely failed to show up for four weeks and all they did for me was refund the charge from the weeks they didn't show up. We reached out to them several times and they kept saying they would come to no avail.

This wasted many hours of our time.

Also, the branch manager for this location ignored several of our emails and he never apologized for what happened. At least the branch manager of the Atomic location that shared responsibility for this issue sent me an apology.

3) No one in their office communicates with each other. If they have a CRM to make notes about conversations with clients then they don't use it.

I have had to train my staff to email canadian linen after every phone call summarizing the call because they have about a 20% success rate in actually following through on the commitments they make to their clients on the phone.

We call them because emails are often ignored and go unanswered.

4) The contract they make you sign is very favourable to them. Technically you have not made them aware of any problems until you have sent the branch manager a letter by certified mail. So it creates a big headache every time they drop the ball and you need to get an important message through to them.

Get ready to have to go to the post office every time there is a problem with your service.

5) I like most of the drivers, so that's a positive at least.

6) They recently had someone reach out to me to ask how things are going, and when I shared all of these problems they just ghosted me instead of actually trying to help.

I think instead of actually caring about their customers and wanting to improve their service, they were just fishing for happy customers that they could ask to write a 5 star review.

I would like to let you know that you truly have a wonderful person that’s works for your company. He delivers our linen and mats to our Retirement Home. His name is Brody Kvess. Canadian linen has a very special person working for them, Brody goes above and beyond his job. I needed to order linen for a special occasion for the residents and he answered my call even though he was on holidays. That is true dedication and commitment to his job. It is always a pleasure to see Brody when he delivers to the home. Brody always asks how the service is and if we are happy with the service. Big thank you to Brody for making people’s lives better.

Canadian linen is a great company. Our driver Jim is excellent and goes above and beyond. He answers all of our questions and is very professional. He is very organized and places all of the linen in the correct area. We look forward to seeing Jim every week.

I will start by saying that we absolutely adore Tony who has been delivering to our practice for the past 2 years. Tony always has a smile on his face and is very courteous to all our staff - he always brightens our day! I would give him 10 stars if I could! It is very smart of Canadian Linens to request all the companies they deal with to put in a review "only for the driver", because they know it will bring up the previous below 2 rating.
You have fabulous drivers that provide excellent service - it's unfortunate the same level of commitment does not reflect on your business as a whole.
Dealing with Canadian Linens as a company has not been a positive experience at all and the products we are receiving are completely lacking. We have repeatedly contacted the office regarding several complaints - from lack of quality control (which continues to decline) to multiple errors in billing and quantity to following up on services provided. It is virtually impossible to get someone to contact you back or respond to you in any way. Basically, the customer service is nonexistent and the quality of the products they are delivering is also poor which is embarrassing for us in the dental field - we have very high standards when it comes to infection control and we have found Canadian Linens lacking and have already cancelled our contract.
Shame on you for trying to pull the wool over the eyes of prospective clients. You should be requesting everyone to review the products they are paying for and receiving. You deserve no stars, but unfortunately, not able to process a review without one.

I am currently a worker here at the York Region Sleep Disorder Centre that this Company delivers to. We have had Jim service our location for a while now. He is very kind and professional and has done an amazing job. He is always on time with deliveries and trys to accommodate all of our requests. Canadian Linen is super lucky to have someone like Jim representing their company.

Stop fake review! This company try to give me the not exist bill and force me to pay. I canceled the service last year, and received the bill on April this year ask me to pay the “item not return”, after I told them I return everything last year, they don’t give me any response and send me the third party collection bill. Don’t trust those fake reviews!

Im a small Auto repair shop in stouffville, we rent rags, uniforms & floor mats, have been using this company since 2010, have been quite happy with the service we have been getting, Drivers have all been great, Eduard our current driver is always helpful, and reliable, you can count on him coming the same time, making sure our inventory is right!
