I had the pleasure of working with Neil for my first home purchase in Toronto. From the very first call I knew I wanted to work with him because he was very open, he gave me an approximate number of how the mortgage would look even before I submitted any documents whereas most mortgage brokers are reluctant to do so. He was always on top of things and his estimates are perfect, more on the conservative side so you know you don’t have to worry about delays at all. Being a first time home buyer, I obviously had a lot of questions about the process and the market and he was very patient and explained everything to me in great detail. On closing day, he initiated the conversation with my lawyer to ensure I have a smooth closing well within the deadline and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing.
