We had them do our driveway sealing last year. The team doing the driveway sealing offered us a deal because they were in the are but when they finished they told us in order to get the deal price we had to pay cash. This year another team came back to ask if we wanted our driveway sealed because they said it looked like it was last done 2 or 3 years ago. He couldn't believe it was just last year and was very apologetic about the job. After that I sent an email to the company going over what happen and how the sealing didn't even last one year but they didn't even bother to respond.

Used for driveway sealing, did quick and good job, taped off borders to ensure sealant did not stain anything else. Knocked on door and said were in area so took a chance as it was on the to do list and it turned out well.

Inconsiderate of neighbours.
Used a leaf blower on full power when cleaning a neighbour's driveway prior to sealing. Giant dust cloud totally covered my car. Did not respond to complaint.

Explained the job clearly beforehand, redid the driveway sealing when requested to cover the missed spots. Cleared the debris before starting the job. Will recommend Sunny’s service to neighbours and friends.

Used Canadian Property Stars for sealing my driveway. Kindred exceled at his work. Cleaning all the cracks and grass from the edges. Sealing all major cracks and evenly coating the whole driveway. Good Work Kindred. I will use you guys again and hope to get you to do the job again. If anyone is looking for a hard meticulous worker. This company approached us to seal our driveway in Amherstview - they were very friendly and did a great job. They worked quickly and ensured not to spray our house or lawn.

I had my driveway sealed by the guy knocking on doors on my street. He was a good kid. He cleaned and swept the driveway, pulled weeds out, sprayed only where he was supposed to and gave it a good coat. No complaints.

The 2 guys that sealed my driveway did an excellent job. Donald was very friendly and knowledgeable and his partner was a very hard worker.

SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS! As a former employee, I can assure you this company is a rip off of both customers and employees! Technically the people who work for this company are called "private contractors" in order to avoid proper training, employer obligations and make people work from 7am in the morning to 10-11pm with no breaks and no wage, since what you earn will be based on commission only.
Most of their "private contractors" are in their early to late teenage years, easy targets for manipulation, or people who don't have a work permit and have no other option but to work here.
If you're thinking of working here, this is your sign to AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS, you're gonna be one of their work horse, staying out all day in the sun pushing extremely heavy equipment and being treated horribly. It's not for nothing that many former workers leave multiple-paragraphs long reviews here. I can't think of a job worse than this.
If you are a prospective customer, you will be taking a huge risk by letting them do your driveway, as no worker is properly trained and very few people work here for longer than a season. Your chances of getting of getting a newbie knocking at your door and messing your driveway, interlocks, pavement and garage door are more probable than not.

Called me in Jan 2022 to book an appointment for spring, I said to call me back in spring. April 2022 invoice in my door and lawn was aerated. Called customer service to cancel the bill. A month later a manager calls me saying I agreed to appointment and wanted to meet in the middle for payment…Don’t bother with this company, they had gotten my information from the previous summer from the door to door service.

They dropped by today for lawn aeration service. They spent max. 10 min.on my lawn, and that included the 5 minutes they spent having some water (it was very hot and they asked me for a drink). I don't think what they did is worth the money paid. I thought about saying something to them but they were young kids and seemed exhausted. I had a quick look after they were gone and could see they barely did anything at all. I would never do business with this company again. It's not a serious business.

These guys hire people off the street and supply no safety gear for them. Poor guy was using an aerator with no toe protection.

Local business supporting the illegal occupation going on downtown. This company made its choice. Not the best one.

We had these guys service us before and the guys "on the street" were actually good but agree with another reviewer.

The office does not have it together.
We called to get them to come back. No plan was in place but they took our info (when we finally connected). Waited for the estimated time, but no call. Called back, just voice mail and no update calls back.

Requested they call more than once if needed since they never answer their phones - but still nothing. After some 7 months or so they have never contacted us despite specific messages and being "on their list". And as a final indicator of disorganization, we have even seen their driveway sealing carts in our area.

We also did have issues with their coating being VERY slippery in cool temps when wet - but that was perhaps 4 yrs ago (was quite dangerous - and NO, it was not below freezing!). Perhaps they have made adjustments since then. We were hoping they had.

But - good thing their field guys were OK when they did the job or this would need to be a 1 rating. Otherwise it is simply much "work" to give them business! (?)

My neighbour and I used your company to spray our driveways with sealer. You sprayed our garage doors, the brick, the foundation and the sides of the step leading to my porch and the driveway itself is uneven. Numerous attempts to contact your office have been unsuccessful. I run a home based business and this is the first thing all my customers see. Shame on you for ghosting your customers. I give you zero stars.

Good guys but disorganized office. One of their guys came ot our door offering to seal our driveway right then for $150. We didn't have time so I said I'd call to book something. When I called the price went up to $195. Their office staff were also really difficult to deal with and attempted to charge me even more to fill cracks when the guys who did the work said there were no cracks. The guys did good work so if they come to your door I would hire them but don't call this company on the phone.

Jonathan talked me in getting my driveway sealed. He explained in detail what he would do and did a very thorough job with care to prepare the driveway surface and not get tar on the lawn or the walkway. Very happy with end result.

Villarson did an outstanding job with my driveway sealing today in Ottawa. Very professional, clear, and efficient. I hope this company pays those boys well, because they work VERY hard at gruelling work for long hours. Villarson was a total pro.

I got my driveway sealed with Property Stars summer of 2020. One year later and it still looks great! Thank you Property Stars.

They are just bad at returning to do repairs. They had areas they missed but did not return calls, jerked me around and never came back to fix the problems. It's stupid because the repairs are minor. They lose all the stars for having the worst service ever.

Had our driveway sealed. Crew got tar all over brand new walkway. Manager said they would cone clean it up but they didnt. Calls and texts being ignored. Paid for service that damaged our property.

They take more than half the commissions you make and lie making it seem like there will only be a $10 daily rental fee for using the machine but they take ALL THE MONEY. I worked 14 hours my first day and they paid me $67. I made them over $260. Complete scammers.

Had this company provide a driveway sealing service. Was not initially satisfied with the outcome as it rained the same day the sealant was applied. Had contact with the company who came back and reapplied the sealant. Very satisfied with the follow up service and end product.

Stay away from these people. Nothing but fake promises. They just need your money. I got driveway sealed from these guys and next day it came off from few spots. I called and emailed them to fix it but no response yet.

Two young lads came to our door and asked if we would like to seal the driveway. My husband and I were just talking that maybe we should look into doing it, so it was perfect timing. Willson and Chirag (? - sorry if I misspelled them, I am not good with names) did an excellent job in every respect. I was very impressed - both are high school students, worked with no adult supervisor and did everything themselves: explained the service they were offering, sealed the driveway, received the money, made the entry in their log book. They were also very polite. I should point out that we do have interlock at the sides, and everything was done neatly with absolutely no issue. I wish there were more hardworking young men like these two.

I made an advance purchase for driveway sealing on June 7th. $250. Still waiting for it to be booked. I was told that it would be booked by the end of July. Now told it will be before the "end of season". I want to cancel the booking but can never get through to a call centre agent. Really poor service.
