I had a wonderful customer service experience booking my storage unit. The call centre agent Meg) over the phone worked diligently to help meet my very tight timeline. She went above and beyond to solidify the date I needed and ensured everything was set up for the delivery of the bin. I also had a great experience after I booked the unit when trying to make changes to my booking. The customer service manager (Luciano) was quick to help me and ensured everything was clearly communicated. They were pleasant and thorough for the whole experience. I would one hundred percent recommend them to anyone and would use this company again for storage needs.
