They are nice people to deal with, very professional and considerate. The driver picked up and dropped off the unit in our location was amazingly prepared and have everything we need. Our key wasn’t the best and he had one ready for us. Just I forgot his name unfortunately. I sincerely thanks him for his service!

Very happy with the pod. It was delivered on time and in good condition. The driver was agreeable to the location I wanted the pod left. Highly recommend them!

Cubeit was very courteous and efficient to deal with. They were always on schedule and provided follow up. And easy to contact for any questions. I would recommend their services!

Good service and communication with the company.and reasonable prices. The delivery guy was professional and helpful in placing the pod on the driveway.
My only issue was not insisting that the pod was levelled better as it made packing and moving stuff inside the pod sometimes awkward.
A light fixture would be an added advantage.

Think again before you’re committed, two years of storage; waste of money; we had mice and water damage… still investigating plus our lock was missing, great security and service, they don’t take responsibility

The receptionist I spoke with on Saturday morning was extremely helpful. She found me discounts and went beyond her regular duties to make sure I was satisfied.

We were caught in a bind TWICE in one week. BOTH times PUPS responded immediately ensuring our home renovation continued on track. From dispatch to driver, were wonderfully responsive, accommodating and efficient. Highly recommended!

Great service and team. Would definately go back if i need a container. It is cheaper than the other providers but only suggestion is if you can optimize your prizing for pay as you use.

Great communication. POD was delivered on time, in the exact location we asked for and then removed on time as well.

The storage unit was confirmed several times and I was given a timeline as when I could expect the unit the day of and it arrived shortly after receiving the text message. The delivery person was efficient and helpful.

I needed a container within a very short timeline. Their customer service team went above and beyond to accommodate me. Not only ensuring that the container I needed would be available, but also taking the time to look at my driveway and street access to ensure that they be able to drop the container off in the right area without a problem.

Made staging our house and moving very easy. We loaded the PUPS, had the company store our unit at their facility until we were moved and ready for the rest of our things. The dropoffs and pickups were seamless.

The team was very helpful in the reservation of the storage container. I was contacted the day before delivery as promised, and received a text within one hour prior to delivery to ensure I was ready and available. The fellow dropping off the storage unit was very helpful and very careful not to damage my driveway. Storage unit was larger and clean. Overall a very easy reservation with PUPS.

Hey Folks, so our reno is finally complete we had the unit for atleast 6 months. We got great service for when it needed to be relocated on our property. And most recently Christian D.closed our account, he was helpful, curteous and professional. If we do another renovation we will get PUPS for our storage needs.

No issues so far and I will keep an eye on my billing. The unit was delivered completely to my satisfaction. Next phase to empty my main floor into the unit as we go through a downsizing and renovations.

Fabulous experience with this company. I have spoken to 3 different people over the course of this experience and it has been consistent with all 3 individuals. 4 if you include the driver who dropped off the bin. Highly recommend this company.

So far I have found the process a positive one, friendly and helpful on the phone, precise communication and on time.willing to find a solution to a problem if it arises. So far I just received the container i don't forsee a problem when they deliver it.

The service that we received from PUPS from the first phone call was courteous, clear and so easy especially during a challenging time of needing to store our household possessions for a short term. I highly recommend them! Every person on the phone and both the drop off and pickup drivers were so pleasant.

Extremely good at communicating with customers. The box was not as high as I expected, but service was exceptional. Drop off and pick up went as planned exactly when they said it would. Maybe buy your own padlock though.

Quick on the quote and delivery of a storage pod. They were not the first company I contacted, but were the first to respond and have competitive rates.

Very helpful and responsive over the phone. Excellent driver: friendly, helpful, and got that storage cube onto my narrow driveway!

They were great. I needed a container last summer in a rush and pups had it here within a couple of days. They were here right away once I was done with it and ready to send it back, the drivers were pleasant and the experience was one I would repeat if I ever need another container. Hopefully not though.

Other than the label of the container that arrived at my location is CubeIt, their service is great, easy to reach, on time, and accommodate customn requests. Will update this after my term is complete.

The customer service has been absolutely incredible. David was able to assist us in the perfect size Bin for our home renovation. He was so kind and professional. We will definitely use this company again and feel more then comfortable referring them to family and friends.

Excellent service overall just found them slow or limited on responding to enquiry. My recommendation give people that answer the phone power to make a decision & if not respond to the client within reasonable time say 48 business hours.

On the other hand the staff are pleasant try to help to certain point if they need to go back to management that when takes time. I’m sure what happens but usually but they didn’t get back to me yet.

I met one of the Drivers Ian that dropped & picked up one of the two containers I used. Then he picked up both.

The driver showed up with a container, placed it exactly where I wanted it to go, and then left after ensuring that everything was set up properly and the container fully functional. Rates are reasonable and customer service on the phone was excellent.
