It's a decent sized Canadian Tire; however their online ordering system leaves a lot to be desired

The parts manager found me everything I needed and was more than helpful. When paying at the customer service, I accidentally gave Lisa one extra $50 bill and she promptly handed it back, explaining I had given her too much. It was a great experience all around. I hope there bosses read this.

Terrible customer service. A lady initially helped us out with the 'Party City's section and when she was unsure, she said she was going to come back, but took forever and forgot about our inquiry, until another staff member had to remind her. When we asked about a price clarification, she was extremely rude. This was on July 9, at 11: 45 AM. The other staff seem unsure about Canadian Tire prices as well, and not helpful.

Great customer services, duevto shortage of staff on duty, be patient.
Lots of weekly specials.

This is my favourite Canadian Tire Store! The staff is friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. Dave in automotive knows every inch of that store and knows everything about everything.

Today morning i went to the pickering location, very sorry to say that very bad customer service, we want to support our canadian stores but if we don't good service, I do not want to go anymore.

Called this location up to ask if they had an item in stock. Friendly staff said they had only one left and held it for me untill I got there.

This is the closest Canadian Tire store for me. Rylander is arguably bigger and better stocked, but this Brock road location generally has most products. Upbeat, well informed staff!

Curbside pick up was quick and easy to use. The employee who brought it out was polite and made sure we had everything before we left.

You can thank Dave, the Automotive Service Manager for losing myself, my family and friends as future customers. I took my car to the shop because of an issue I was having. Dave (or one of his associates) took my car for a drive and said that all 4 brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced, along with other parts that needed servicing for a cheap price of $860+tax. The best part about that diagnosis, is that I've had all my brake pads and rotors replaced last fall and they still had about 80%-90% left. I took my car to a more reputable shop in Pickering and the problem was a seized piston in my right rear caliper. Problem was solved for $99+tax. Be aware of the professional diagnosis you may receive from the "experts" at Canadian Tire in Pickering.

Terrible experience. Online order unavailable upon arrival after confirming in phone. Drove an hour.

Terrible experience today with curbside pickup. The place was jammed with people there were no pickup spots left. It took way too long I gave up waiting 45 minutes. People were out of their cars in frustration, asking for updates on their orders wandering around in the heat. The parking lot is chaos with a lineup to get inside. It's way out of control.

Excellent and friendly services by the sales associates, I went today early morning like 8: 30am it was very nice, neat and clean and found everything I was looking for, thanks to their Canadiantire app.

Good place to shop for housewares, sporting goods, hardware. I ordered online and picked my items up the same day. Great and efficient service.

With covid lockdown's, Canadian Tire is the best place to go for same day curbside pick up. This location is very quick with preparing your order compared to the competition.

Canadian tire was good.needed light bulbs, their website is very detailed with info on all light bulbs they carry. Buying online was quick and smooth, and so was curbside pickup once you go through the steps online through email, etc to let them know you've arrived to get your stuff.

Terrible customer service twice in two weeks. Made an appointment to change my winter tires to my all season ones on March 26/21 and specified on the phone a few days before I needed the 1st appointment at 8am to get to work for 9am and was advised no problem as it takes 40-45 min. Got there at 8 and I reiterated to the staff that i needed to be out by 8: 45. I waited and at 8: 10 he tells me I can't guarantee that as the guy to do the job is not there yet and will still need to change clothes and then start. I left upset as my first patient was at 9am but what to do. Called Ajax ct and they got me in Mon March29 at 8 and out 8: 40 as they had promised. Then on April 8 brought my car in (without an appointment scheduled) as I work 5 min up the road and I had a slow leak in 1 tire leading to a flat the last 2 days. I had purchased the tires here 1 year earlier. Left the car at 8am there and asked if it could take a few hours to assess and i was told yes it could and they would call me. Thought that was more than reasonable as I did not have a scheduled appointment. Called back at 1 pm (5 hrs later) to be told they had not even looked at it. They, should have just called me a few hours later to tell me that that was a possibility. If I had not called when were they going to call? Ridiculous. One of my staff dropped me there to pick up my car and I was furious. I called Ajax CT right away and they said they would squeeze me in at 3pm the same day. They did just that and a plug in the tire and I was out at 3: 40. A shout out to the Ajax CT with great customer service unlike the Pickering CT with NO customer service at all.

I need to stop going to Canadian Tire - I always go to buy $20 worth of something and I end up spending $200.my go to store for lots of purchases.

Curbside pickup is great, sorry to be making you guys run out to the parking lot all the time we'll be back to normal soon!

This store is just amazing, I've bought 4 tires and I know the store is closed I had to pickup 4 tires and gentleman Terry took my call over the phone and he was very professional in talking with me and outgoing, it took no more then 15 minutes to get me the tires I bought and he also brought them out to me which was great as I had my mother in the car with me and I couldn't get out of the vehicle, then he told me no worries pop the trunk if you can and I'll put them in your car and your invoice, that was great and professional customer service especially during a pandemic hats off to the staff at Canadian Tire Pickering, I know we think about PSW nurses and doctors but should think of the middle man and that's the staff there. Thank you again everyone and to Terry again for his professionalism.

Until today I thought Canadian Tire matched competitors'. I went to store 324 today to pick up a pro-series oe brake pads, which was 10% off at parts source. However, when I got to customer "service" they said they couldn't match the price from the flyer as it wasn't the same regular price as the one on the flyer. The flyer obviously had the most basic model compatible pads listed, i wasn't asking for the same price, I was talking about the discount of 10%, Ofcourse my car's pads are more expensive than the listed one. They thought I was asking for the price instead of the the discount on whatever the regular price of my model's pads. I had to ask to talk to the manager and the manager couldn't get his head around the price and discount either, until after I explained it to him that I am not asking for the price of the listed pads, as my car's is more expensive. But the 10%, this after argument for over 15 mins. Embarrassed by the 10% and arguing I just left. The worst Canadian Tire location ever.

Canadian Tire is almost a one stop store, lots of items. Prices are good, and the staff are always helpful.

Stop doing here for some camping supplies while we were on the road lots of selection to choose from in the sporting section and the staff is amazing

This rating is for the staff only. Evelyn was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable but most other staff we asked questions too did not know seemingly basic knowledge of the products or where they were in the store. The store was also very warm inside and when we asked they just said that's how it is.

Great place to shop for outdoor gear etc. But I noticed that the store was quite understaffed and at some times there were no staff anywhere.

Had some work done on my car, they quoted me a little more than it should have cost but they did a good job so that doesn't bother me.

Why I'm only giving 3/5 is because after dropping off my car and being told it would be over $1000 and 2-4 hours, they wouldn't drive me back to my office. They did suggest I could call a cab to take me back but that I would be responsible for the cost.

If someone spends over $1000, if you don't have a shuttle available, the least you could offer is to pay for a $10 cab ride

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! I had called in and booked an appointment for 2 p.m. I go in at 2: 00 pm for a car check up they tell me it's going to be ready in by 4: 30. I Go to pick up at 5: 30.and my car was not even looked at when I checked with the sales he comes back at me and tell me they're not available to look at it today and he asked me to come in the next day. Totally unorganized and don't care about your time or communicate properly. Go to a different mechanic.

So I went in one day; with my car perfectly fine. No damage and it was safety certified meaning, everything was good. But the day that i went, i just went for a tire change and when it was all done, i realized there was a very loud noise everytime i pressed on the accelerator. 2 Days later, i brought it back in and they said the pipe near the muffler was broken and there ended up being a leak in the front. In no way shape or form would i have passed the safety test if those signs were shown, as THEY were the ones who completed the certification for safety. How is it that i come in with a good car but i leave with a broken one? I paid $612 for the tires to be changed, but then they ended up trying to charge me $1800 more to fix my car up after THEY ruined it. Nonetheless, i went somewhere else and still paid over $500 to get everything fixed so i can drive my car again.

They have the worse service. Instead of repairing my car they made a big damage ant they charge me a lot for used parts.
Not recommended at all.

Lots of variety when it comes to items like From candy to car parts to even camping items. They have it all.

Got a tire fixed.shopped while waiting. Update: they didn't put the parts back on properly and we couldn't open the gate to our Jeep. We had to go rework everything to get our Jeep in proper original working order. Therefore lost stars afterwards.

Came here couple times and Canadian Tire has good selections of tools and supplies. Will be my number supply store

First time there. Staff was very helpful. Got everything I needed quickly and check out was a breeze with the courteous and efficient check out.

Canadian Tire is a place where if they don't have what I'm looking for, they'll go out of their way to find it for me.

Something has change in the past several year at the service/garage area of this store. You can't just show up for a simple oil change or flat tire. You have to book an appointment? They are so under staffed for mechanics. More then half the bays are empty at any given time. Even the counter staff at the garage can be heard with sarcasm and poor attitudes in front of customers. The staff are not to blame.it's management cutting back. Sad.this use to be a very good place to have your car taken care of.

Canadian tire is a place that you have think over what you really want to buy! You may have trouble to return the goods! Due right return policy!

Mission accomplished. CT had the product I was loooking for, after much searching. In and out of the store in 10 minutes, Priceless.

Made my motor oil change and they didn't give me the left over that usually is 1/4 of the gallon. As well previously I made the winter tire change and they scratched them, in addition they lost one of the rim caps.

What can I say.a dog and Canadian Tire are BOTH man's best friends! Found everything I needed and more. Great prices and very good prices VS quality.

The Auto service department almost ripped me off of $1000 for something that only cost me $160 to repair at my personal mechanic.
They give me an estimate of $980 to replace the bolts and nuts on 1 side of my front rear tire luckily I declined and called CAA to towed my car to my personal mechanic which only charge me $160

I love pickering Canadian tire outlet, you can get what ever you want even its not to big, parking is always free near the doors i didnt found it to be too busy staff is friendly, another thing i like about is that i got lots of in-store clearance stuff in this location, which i didnt found in many any other CT locations.

Went in to get our car fixed and dropped five hundred or so dollars on the "fix" that was really just swapping out a good tire for one that wasn't as good. I've always heard they were con artists, but I had no idea how badly they actually gouge people. Take your car anywhere else, you won't regret it.
