Canadian Tire

This is possibly the weirdest but best place on earth. There is lots of things to look for, and personally I like that, but they also have a kids toy room and I find that a little strange but still amazing! And everyone is nice here

Staff needs to learn more about the products available. Canadian tire used to be the place to go for what you needed and a knowledgeable person was behind the parts counter. Not once in the last 6 months has one person said, yes follow me. Instead it's "I don't know sir, let me ask someone else. " Despite it being thier section.

Medium sized store, small parking lot, tight spots for a pickup truck. Store is very tight aisles, very cluttered. Fishing lure selection very low stock. Staff at autoparts counter very nice.

GO TO THE CASH OUTSIDE - If you try to purchase your item inside you will be waiting 30 plus minutes and you wont be able to get out the door due to the placement of the registers. What a joke the lay out is inside the store compared to any other location BUT the staff in the garden section is amazing!

Not too impressed.very small n not much inventory on certain products you think they would have! Prices high as per say to other similar stores!

Should have been at west end of town not in congested traffic zone, space is limited for parking, it's wheelchair accessible to

I was looking for collagen lights this afternoon I had a nice young lady that served me, very patient and helpful

I think the team in service Department at the Canadian tire in Kirkland Lake. Really went out of the way to help me, especially for being out of town. Thank you very much.

Bought a lawnmower here yesterday and had trouble fitting it into my car due to the size of it, the 2 workers (nick & omar) helped me with it for 5+ minutes and were very patient & helpful. Even helped pick up my belongings to place back into the car that I had to move.great customer service from them.

Bought an item online for in store pickup. Recieved my confirmation email my order was ready shortly after. Service desk had my order ready as promised. Love this store. Super helpful staff

As we just moved near this location we have been shopping here often. The staff have always been so helpful. We have also purchased a new set of tires which are amazing. We currently had to have our truck serviced and again the amazing staff were so helpful. We will always continue to shop here locally as the outstanding customer service we receive is invaluable

Love this store. Service is great and you always get a nice smile or a little friendly chat when being served.help is always available when needed. Love the specials here.they always have great sales.

I initially rated this store a 3, because of the size of the store, instead of considering the fact that they had in stock just what I was looking for. Just a couple of items that we neglected to bring on our vacation.thx for being there,

Up until today, I would have given this Canadian tire a higher rating. Today Was a terrible interaction. We purchased a generator from this location, and unfortunately it stopped working a little over 2 weeks ago on a Sunday and this store was closed because of their hours.no big deal. I drove to the New Liskeard location, and they gave me a straight exchange.no questions asked. My next generator lasted just over 2 weeks and would not start. So I take it to the Kirkland lake location. I get told to bring it in after the mechanics take a lunch because someone needs to look at it, no problem.it took the mechanics 2 hours to determine there was low compression in the machine. This was after being told a compression test will take an hour to do (not the case for a single cylinder engine, max it should take is 15 to 20 minutes) Then it took another almost 30 minutes to complete the exchange after finally getting ahold of the own to inform him of the compression issue. There is NO REASON it should have taken this long for the generator to be looked at. I was there the entire time, and I between "looking" at the generator other vehicles were being swapped around the shop. I live completely off grid, I've spent upwards of over $5,000 in the last few months on materials. I can assure you, after how I was treated, I will gladly drive to the New Liskeard location going forward.

Has almost everything in the flyer, but I wish they could have bigger stuck. Many times there is nothing left, so it's rain checks or at the worst, some thing else.

Was ok, but suprised there was no one at the checkouts when i was ready to purchase what I needed.

Was told they don't really sell tires much so theres no one there to help me? This store sinks more everytime in.

A place where people have worst attitude you will ever see. Auto parts department is very rude. Not friendly at all.

No help offered. The tool i bought broke 1st use. Can Tire tools are par with the dollar store. Only difference is that you can spend more money on the same junk.

Poor service & they don’t honour the return policy that is clearly indicated on the Canadain Tire website. I reported Maggie to corporate headquarters & got results!
