Do not use Party City here. The helium balloons fail within a few hours and you won't get all of your money back. I took the time to choose 3 nice bouquets. All but 2 of the balloons failed and they figured I shouldn't be refunded for those 2. Ridiculous! Later after dealing with one of the managers in store, customer service reached out and did refund my money.

Aisles are too crowded it's impossible to walk around comfortably and customers are always crammed literally shoulder to shoulder. Too close for comfort. I would only shop there in a pinch.

Worst experience, over charged and the wait was insane, more than $300 for a $57 part, 2 visits over 17 days! Took a 1/2 hour to instal, charged for 1.5 hours "corporate policy" was the response for the extra $100 charge - don't deserve a star- i did call customer service, (refrence 384-225-288 talked with Carla) and believe your 'corporate policy' needs to be looked at, as well as the guy running the desk

I tried to purchase a ride on tractor may 27 2022. The manager Steve would not sell the floor model that was already assembled. They had one in the back in a crate that had to be assembled. The manager Steve wanted me to wait 6 hours to have it assembled. Then after talking to Steve for a few minutes he said I could purchase the one in the crate in the box and not assembled. Then Steve changed his mind and offered the floor model and would add $40 assembly charge. I went to Port Perry Canadian Tire and purchased the same tractor already assembled and no assembly charge. I was told that they can’t charge assembly because they need to make sure the works before selling. I will never go to Canadian tire in Fenelon falls. The manager Steve was rude and difficult.

I shop here for quite a few things. Sometimes the most random of things and this Canadian Tire never seems to let me down! Customer service is great also! I would highly recommend this store!

Charged 200 bucks for straight up nothing. I had a misfire in my car. I had it scanned with a professional diagnostic tool and came back with cylinder 6 misfire. I told them and they said yes they would throw a new coil in no big deal. I got a call saying the coil they tried to put in the wrong coil and it didn’t fit. They said the right coil is 160, found on Amazon for 25 bucks and ordered my self. Told them I was coming to pick up the car. I was charged 115 for them to tell me EXACTLY what I told them was wrong. And 60 bucks for them to try to put in a wrong part. Owner is also clueless

Only one star because one of the ladies were absolutely terrible to deal with. She was very rude and did not even attempt to solve my issue. Everyone else was very nice.

Went to pick up new soda stream cartridges. Was able to go straight into the store find my cartridges and pay within 5 mins. The store was not busy and the staff were very friendly. Love the cleanliness of the store and the staff who are always helpful and treat you like your someone they know.

My suv shifter stick cable broke in the Sobeys parking lot Friday afternoon JAN 28,2022 and I had it towed to CTC that night. Had to take a room as I was traveling. It when down to -34 that night and although I was at the door before opening, the store mngr let me in to keep warm. Mike, the Saturday service manager, squeezed me in his already swamped schedule. With the help from Liam, the service tech, and a chance fly by from Rick (former master mechanic employee), I was on my way early afternoon. I never used CTC service centers before but would not hesitate in the future. Good Job Folks.

I would consider this store in all my years of frequenting Canadian Tire locations throughout the province as being the top for customer service, from the assistance being offered entering the store and the knowledge of the Automotive members such as Andy & Mike and all other store employees this store should be a model for all other retail locations.

Go to pick it up. Employees outside talking about how bad this place is to work at.

Wait 45 minutes for my order.

No order they gave it to the wrong person.

Employees are rude and rushing.

Overall, meaningful ups and downs. Good selection, though overpriced unless sale items. Some staff are very helpful, others not so much. Return policy is not clear at times.
Auto parts staff are good, and prices normal. Auto repair labor rate is too high for the nature of the work they do (mostly brakes, batteries, and tires). Ticky tack shop charges, as though a brand dealer. This happens where there is essentially no competition.
Vehicle registry and licensing staff are great, although computer outages recently are maddening.

Over the years we have literally spent thousands in this store, both for our company and personal needs. We have always found Jeff (the owner) and his staff especially Brenda, Ken, Diane, Andy and Dave to be very friendly and courteous. They always seem to go out of their way to make sure that if they don't have stock on an item that they will get it for you (or check stock at other stores).

In March just before the start of the Pandemic closures I bought a new set of tires for my truck (including installation). Andy did the paperwork for me at the time and I paid for them with my Triangle card. A $30.00 bonus card was given to me because of some Corporate promotion. The expiry date was near the end of March. When I expressed concern about the expiry date and the anticipated store closures I was told not to worry that the card wouldn't expire. This came from Andy with Jeff standing there.

Moving forward to today my wife and I came into Town to pickup a bike helmet that she had purchased by phone and I needed an air dryer for our compressor.

We paid for the helmet at the customer service desk and then attempted to pay for the dryer with the promo card. The girl at the desk (who was friendly and very courteous) indicated that the card was expired. I asked her to contact Jeff or Brenda because the card wasn't supposed to expire. She indicated that both Jeff and Brenda were not at the store but called the acting store manager (I didn't get his name and I don't remember seeing him at the store before today).

He came behind the desk and stood there. I started explaining that the card wasn't supposed to expire because of the Covid restrictions. He indicated rather gruffly that I would have to take it up with Canadian Tire Corporate. I suggested that maybe I should just bring the tires back because they haven't been installed. I left the promo card at the desk and said to the girl "just give it to Jeff". I then attempted to use my Triangle Card to pay for the aIr dryer. He grabbed the dryer from me and put his hand up in a waving motion towards the store exit and said "with an attitude like that we don't need your business". My wife and I just looked at each other in amazement. I picked up my Triangle Card and we exited the store. As we were walking out I said to my wife "don't worry about it this guy is a goof". He interjected and said "make sure to tell them that. We then drove to the CTC in Lindsay and purchased the air dryer. I guess Fenlon CTC doesn't need our business anymore.

Very helpful staff.
A bit on the smaller side, but gets the job done considering that it's in a small town. For a more extensive inventory, see the one in Lindsay.
Would probably give 4.5 stars if I could, knocking off the 1/2 star as they don't carry everything that a full size Canadian Tire does.

Worst retail experience I've seen in some time. Understandably in hard time during COVID. Never the less I was made to feel like a lower level customer and received zero help without prying an answer from them just because i was an online order. "We dont have time to do online orders. We have in store customers to deal with. " Even though i was told the day before it would be ready the next morning, absolutely. Customer service is a joke. I actually laughed at the fact that these people had so much negative attitude to spit my way. Couldnt even believe they allowed them to work a customer service job. I canceled my $120 order and took my business elsewhere. Really sad to see.

Extremely disappointed by every aspect of this store. Horrible service at the auto centre. The gentlemen working was rude and nasty with us and other customers and even got snippy with a delivery driver. Had to wait over an hour and a half for a tire change (before they even started) we only wanted tires as 1 had blown that morning but they gave us a huge hassle about the "brakes" which were getting old we were aware but the man insisted we do them now and would not relent until we got nasty back. Total joke of a store and will never be back, will make sure to tell everyone I know to AVOID this store

The store is VERY cluttered and not many staff to help serve you, it felt like a tornado just went through Fenelon Falls and I was looking through the aftermath, the staff was friendly.

Disappointed after going out of our way for the last 15 years living in Bobcaygeon to give them our business instead of the Lindsay store.
On March 9th I ordered an item online to pick up at the store.
At the time of purchase, the estimated date of arrival was the 11th.
When I called the store on the 12th and asked if it was there, I got a very short, nasty reply "When it's here they send you a notice. " and the woman hang up.
I never got another notice from Canadian Tire online orders until today (the 23rd) and found out they had some issues with the online processes.

* - - So this is an update: In all fairness, the only fault this store had was the verbal attitude I received, but I can see past that, especially at these times.

Absolutely love this Canadian tire location, I am from bobcaygeon and come here once a week or more, I’m on my way there now to pick up shop supplies, great selection on parts/oil/tools. Fenlon falls Canadian tire is my go to.

I love this small compact store with many many many things inside. I did however have a problem today I went to get the infrared thermometer that's on sale and the employee didn't know where they were he suspected they were in hardware and for me it's a tool maybe I had a look around and I couldn't see it. I'll get it off Amazon later

It is worth the drive to Fenelon Falls. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Jeff offering his personal assistance. The item on sale that I wanted to purchase was out of stock. Jeff promptly offered a rain check along with a follow up call when the item was back in stock. Customer service was "Second-to-None", as I was on my way within minutes!

I enjoy going here way more than before because the lines used to take forever! Every time I'm in there now, I can almost always get help. Kudos to this store! I went in during a power failure recently. Instead of closing its doors and turning people away, they stayed open. I had a personal escort through the dark store who helped me get what I needed while taking codes down. There was an old school credit card machine, too! They took my number in case of any mistakes. It all took a lot of time, effort, and patience I'm sure! Every time a customer came in, someone was at the door waiting to help! I have never been more impressed by a retail store! The team seems to work really well together. Thanks for everything CT Fenelon Falls!
