Ordered online for pick up. Order status seemed stuck and customer service was bitter and confrontational when asked about the order status. Half the order was then cancelled within an hour.
Going in the store for the other half of the order led me to staff that didn't seem to understand how to use the cash and could respond in my preferred language.
Go to another Canadian Tire store as this one doesn't seem to care about customers.

We brought our car in to have winter tires (we provided) put on new rims purchased at CTC. After going to pick up our car and presented an invoice for new rims, balancing and installation, we observed that they simply swapped the all seasons with tires we provided on the factory rims. No new rims at all! It was fraudulent.

We didn't pay and left the car for them to correct. Although it's another couple of days they have the car in order to order new rims (again) and re-install. The service manager (Danny) never even spoke with me about their mistake.

Customer service was friendly bit didn't have any of the parts needed. The store also had a lot of empty shelves.

This has been going on since the summer! I check on the site to see of you have the cat litter product and cat food I need. Says always has a bunch like this morning. Get there and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ON THE SHELVES!
Last week the young girl with an attitude told me " I don't know" shrugged and walked away when I asked her when the stock would come in! Today check on site (see pic) get there and nothing! What a town of nothing on the shelves. Well Orleans is where I went. They say shop local! What a joke!

Gloria. Professional, cordial, competent, jovial, fun, pleasant, efficient, happy helpful, glowing Gloria. Gloria, and people/employees like her, are the reason that customers return to places like Canadian Tire. Amongst my friends, family, and neighbors, whenever the topic of Canadian Tire Rockland comes up, all agree that she is the best part of the experience of entering the building. So, you're going to say "This guy's laying it on pretty thick". Wrong. Should Gloria ever leave your store, all of us will follow her to her next job.

Been shopping here for many many years

Lately I don’t know what’s going on in this store
They seriously need to fix it
First of all there is no floor staff
Can’t get help
The auto service desk is terrible
No one is ever there
And they shut it down between noon and 1
Who’s stupid ideal was that?
Most poeple can only go on there lunch hour
I’m never buying tires here again
After making me wait for 30 minutes
He comes back and tells me he can only find three of my tires
Wich I prepaid the weekend before and they confirmed to me my tires would be ready for pick up today
Very frustrating the amount of incompetence in This store now

Looking like I have to return because the belt I bought for my bissell vacuum was the wrong size. I was assured that it was the correct one. It smells like burnt rubber in my house and have a snapped belt. Hopefully they will take it back and give me the correct one. The young man who helped me was very nice and courteous. Let’s see if I can make my vacuum great again

Update - Tried to do a return here today for another product which was unopened and in original packaging. Customer service would not accept the return. This is still the worst Canadian Tire in Ontario! Corporate Canadian Tire should insist upon a change in management or shut this store down.

I had issues trying to return something here. The employees were difficult about returns. Canadian Tire, you have a return policy, you should honour it. Do not buy anything from this store if you are even considering returning it.

I had to have two tires replaced before the long weekend and the guys in the Service Department were great. They found and ordered replacement tires and when the delivery was late they sent someone to get them.

Sauf c est pas la faute de employer qui ma servis ca l air que c est sont patron qui l exige pas fort pis j etais pour rachetter d autres chose au lieu j ai ete chez Home Hardware vous venez de perde un bon client ca fait deux fois qu il refuse de me rembourser.

One of my go to locations to find what I am looking for to complete my projects. Store usually stocks the items in the flyer. The isle are a bit narrow here and a bit tricky to navigate with covid restrictions.

The covid lineup is long and slow for curbside but the staff are doing their best. Otherwise great staff and service.

It's always nice when you call to speak to someone, and they pick up the phone and say " I don't have time for this. " And then doesn't ever put you on hold. They just put the phone down and you can hear them talk in the back ground. Real nice.

No very well organized for Curbside Pick up compared to other Canadian Tire stores like Orleans and Ogilvie

We'll I'll make it simple, great costumer service, efficient and even through the covid-19 pandemic. Keep it up yall are doing great work!

Excellent curbside pick up today. Cars were lined up. All employees you could tell were smiling and having a great time. I know first hand how this is not easy. Thank you for providing this service during covid.

La personne au pièces se présente très bien mais semble pas vouloir demander de l'aide si il ne trouve pas ce que l'on demande. La personne dans la cour arrière je lui donne un 10/10.très serviable et compétente.

This store goes out of it's way to help you. Even during covid pick up times, it has staff answering the door to help you with things you can't find on-line or that you might not have a way to see. You'll love the hockey stick credit machine. Pick ups are easy, right behind the store.rarely ever more than one or two cars.

Seasonal staff I dealt with were very friendly and quite knowledgeable with their products as well as assembly.

Always a good experience. Curb side pick up is reasonably quick depending on how many cars are in line.

Just fyi, I didn't see any signs but curbside pickup is located at the back of the store. Try not to go during busy times or if you're wanting to buy a small item, call instead! Then you can pick up your order in the front with a much shorter line!

Impossible to buy tools, drill bits etc. All locked up. Not gonna wait an hour. Not to mention most of it is pretty junky. One week saw all blades are 99$. The next they are 19.99$ Get real. This is why Amazon will Kill most Canadian stores.

Love Canadian Tire. Always fast and great service. Well organized store. Extremely reliable staff. Willing to help you out any time.

I had a negative and bad experience in this store today. I will take my business else where! I was harrassed by 2 Authoritarian kings (male employees) about having my mask down for a few seconds under my nose because I was having a hard time to breath and glasses where fogging up. His reply was he didn't care. He then called a manager to proclaim I was a problem. He then followed me around to make sure I was wearing the mask properly! Then told me I couldn't open a box! Do these people have nothing better to do than throwing their authoritarian rules around? Then they never have what you need in this store as they don't replenish their stock enough! Shelves are always empty! It is sad when you can't walk into a store with this kind of unprofessional conduct from the employees.

Their inventory is very inaccurate and they should not be selling via canadiantire.ca. A year ago I ordered online for store pickup and the entire order was cancelled as they had nothing in stock. Canadiantire.ca still showed stock available so it seems they do not update their inventory when they notice they are out of stock. Tried a second time this week, same issues exactly. This seems to be ongoing and has little to do with current increases in online orders due to the pandemic. Very frustrating.

Bonne station de gas généralement mais dernièrement ils ont engagé un jeune homme qui est unilingue anglais seulement. Samedi le 23 Mai j'ai demandé pour des billets de 6/49 puis il m'a mentionné en anglais avec une air arrogante qu'il ne comprenais pas le Français et qu'il ne pouvait pas me servir donc il a fallu que j'aille a une autre station pour avoir mes billets de 6/49 et cela n'est pas acceptable selon moi. Si le jeune homme veut servir les gens au comptoir il doit être bilingue.
Pourquoi le propriétaire engage seulement des unilingue anglais quand la majorité de la population a Rockland (70%) est Française! J'ai beaucoup de difficulté a comprendre ce raisonnement puis c'est une insulte pour nous les Français.

Sales people really helpful, but the store needs to do more for the people standing outside in the sun waiting to get in. Awnings or covered relief from the sun.

So I placed an order for curbside pickup. I figured it would be simpler than going to the store. WRONG. The item I ordered was on sale so I wanted to make sure I get it at the sale price. Like other stores I've ordered from including home depot and lowes, I understand it takes time to process the order so I was ok waiting a week or so. In this case my order was outright cancelled the following day. Now I have to go into Ottawa to pick up an item at the store directly (so much for social distancing). You would think that they would just process my order in a queue when the Rockland store would have the item back in stock? I'm an industrial engineer that streamlines processes, this is not streamlined. I must ask, are you in business to make money? This is not the first time I have a similar experience at the Rockland store. I usually drive out to Orleans. I guess I should have known.

Went in for stain and rang bell and asked 2 clerks for help to get stain mixed and told me they would send someone waited 20 minutes for nothing nobody ever showed up

Had them install muffler easy right, they welded muffler on at a 45degree angle also on backwards so it hits rear shock, manager called it a professional job, ps did lodge compliant with main office three months ago, nothing so posting this so others aware. Thankyou.

Can be difficult at times to find what I want with almost all the signage in another language. A bit more english would be better for me.

Helpfull and friendly staff. Got what I needed and was even told about a promo that I was unaware which was beneficial to me spent an extra 10$ got 50$ back lol.

Great service by staff. The place is very small and you feel it as soon as you walk in. Other than that it's what you'd expect from a Canadian tire.

The customer service at this location is very poor. Today, after finally managing to find a staff member, I asked where I might find drywall screws (I was standing by the aisle with screws and nails and had just searched it unsuccessfully for drywall screws) and was told they would be in the screw aisle.

90% of All in-stock merchandise comes from China, do I need to explain more. Nope, all at very high prices, some items are overpriced, their is more local friendly stores close by, look and have a good day
