Typical Canadian Tire. Auto shop charges you for services they did not provide. Oil change service is a total rip off. They tack on additional "services and fees" that are included in the package that state are courtesy. Fluids were not topped up as stated they "completed" and charged extra for.tires were not rotated or inflated for me.

They have an IVY electric vehicle charging station in their Mark's store.which is the reason that I stopped to buy a few things while I was charging my vehicle.

I placed an online order for an air conditioner, and they gave me the wrong one that was cheaper than what I paid for. When I asked that they make it right, such as refunding the difference, they tried to tell me they had already sold me the unit below cost. After arguing that it was not my fault and they needed to correct it they told me they'd refund the difference. They gave a $378 refund onto a store gift card, and subtracted $46 in reward money for the purchase. When I used the gift card, it was ineligible for reward money. In the end, I'm still out $46 for their mistake, and all they cared about was that they somehow got credit for the returned air conditioner. Terrible service.

Would be a 5 star if they had a better supply of 10w30 oil and some lucas red and tacky grease dont gave much grease at all from what i could see. And washrooms dont work still.
After 3rd time here looking for the lucas grease i asked the young lad stocking shelves where it is their supposed to have 11 in stock.
It was in the back stock room.
He got me some. Thank you
Cant sell grease when its sitting in the stockroom for 3 months. That i know of

We got our non-residence 8-day fishing license and outdoor card renewed here. We were unable to buy online as we never provided an email with our first outdoor card and did have our outdoor card number. They were very helpful and quick, and we were in and out and back on the road in no time. Thanks!

The clerk was super friendly and would have loved to allow me to pay with song and dance if it was allowed

Dean and Harris in the automotive department are AMAZING! I blew a tire on hwy 17 just outside of Dryden on our way to British Columbia. I had 30 minutes to make it before they closed for the day. I managed to get there and they graciously offered to install new tires for me. Stayed late to do it and did it all with incredible customer service!
We can’t thank them enough.

I was looking for some reasonably priced tire repair products for a long road trip from Ontario to BC and a helpful salesperson pointed me in the right direction with accuracy, professionalism, and no delays. Found what I needed and was able to carry on. Thank you for your service. Store looked well stocked as well while I took a quick walk around.

Service was not good. There are not enough employees on duty. The ones that are there are over worked.

Good place to find your item stock online before you go. Always make sure to call if only 1 or 2 of the item left as they can't always locate low #'d items in their crammed stockrooms I've found. They do always try their best when you ask though which is great to see these days in large retail.

Incurred a puncture to a tire coming into Dryden, had CAA change tire and put spare on. Went to Canadian Tire at opening and Jeanine at the service desk was able to get the tire repaired and put back on the vehicle. Thank you so much for keeping our holiday in motion. Great service and great staff at this store.

CT Online order is unreliable, u will loose offers from others due to CT's process.

I ordered on Friday, loose three days and got cancelation email for my order. I didn't expect my order will canceled so loose offers from Walmart & Amazon.

This is happening repeatedly, lol, moreover after ur ordered product might show out of stock and when you get cancelation email, then again its available. CT do not bother to improve the inventory updates, why?

In a name of customer service, CT must give some complimentary rewards if they fail to do so.

Do whatever they can to get out of their tire warranty. You've heard of a "no questions asked warranty"? Canadian tire's is a "ask a many questions possible"

Selection is pretty good for most items. Extensive hunting, camping, and fishing section for a medium sized store. Often encounter empty shelves or can't find items I'm looking for without asking. Sometimes it is in the back and you have to ask. Good to check store inventory online.

Need to make sure he tires are done properly on there rims. Not like mine were they were on the wrong way.
They realy need to keep an eye on there trainys

Followed Me around like a shop lifter, and when I approached them with a legitimate question, they thought I was the wind or something.

A huge thank you to Nancy at customer service for providing the best customer service I have had, my local Canadian Tire store has never treated me like an important customer. Thank you Nancy, you are top notch in your service.

9/10 times no answer when calling in, it makes it more difficult having to drive from out of town to go into the store and finding out what I needed was could have be resolved with a 2-4 minute conversation (Parts&Automotive)

Even though there are exchange propane cylinders in a cage outside of the store, you are not allowed to buy them. You have to stand at the fill station at -20 for 15 minutes, ring a buzzer while no one comes and then return to the "customer service" desk, wait in line and then ask for a refund! They would rather lose a sale on propane than open the cage to exchange a cylinder. Unless you can grab it yourself off the shelf, don't bother shopping at this out of touch, backwards store with non existent customer service!

Poor.but one worker that was off work in her street clothes was gladly to help us while others stood around.workers talking stood waiting to ask a question and than they walked away without asking us if we needed help.
