Sadly, there weren't many associates around to help me load 2 Noma 50 pint dehumidifiers into a cart. It wasn't an easy task for one lady, but I did it without a mishap. Cashier was grumpy'ish, maybe not wanting to be working on a Saturday, no matter what her issue was, she never asked me if I wanted help getting the items just purchased into my car. I again unloaded by myself. Which brings me to the subject of the carts, EW! In need of cleaning/disinfecting.

For the most part CT has anything you need.but if your budget minded, watch the prices.for example I bought a 12 pk of fresca for $8.99 then went to grocery and ground it for $6.99.

I was there for few things for my car and your staff help me locate them in minutes and i got everything i was looking for. Great job guys

First of all your washrooms are not open to the public. I am well aware.of the covid protocols but if you are allowing people in you should have a facility open. Some people need to have the proximity of a washroom due to medical reasons.
One cashier was available but his time was taken up by another customer needing extra attention. The line up went from us to 6 other people rather quickly. Another cashier was called out, she took her time and wasnt happy about it. Very unfriendly.
CTC you have disappointed us.
Covid is a threat but keeping your customers happy and welcome should be your first.priority.

Travelling west needed a wheel repair, they took it in right away, fixed it and told me have a nice day no charge!

Great Experience! Moved in to the community, ordered a lot of items online, got curbside pickup, all through seamless process. Excellent!
Unfortunately 4 items were left behind erroneously, enquired couple of days later, Kim at the customer service desk took extra efforts to locate the same in the inventory return list & handed over in a few minutes. Big shout out to the team, Appreciate your honesty & support. Keep up good work.
