Very nice location. The store has a wide variety of products on shelves everyday. Staff is very friendly. Store is always pretty clean, except for the spray paint shelves. Decoration both indoors and outdoors are nice to look at. Would recommend to people looking to repair their car themselves.

The auto centre are my hero’s - James and the team absolutely saved my life and car today! I was on the highway when everything went horribly wrong. I had to park my car over night and hope it was in good hands today (a Sunday) while I was from 2 hours away. James called me and assured me everything could be fixed and made me feel at ease that I’d make it home today! They did a fantastic job and saved my car and myself from major issues. I cannot express enough how fantastic, caring, quick and efficient this team is! They saved me and I’ll forever be grateful! I made it home safe and everything is running so smoothly! Thanks again James and team!

Just had the most unpleasant experience at this Canadian Tire location. Previously, I’ve had very positive experiences here, but in this specific instance, my friends and I were met with hostility and animosity. I was escorted out of the store within 5 minutes of entry, on no grounds other than the manager, Mike, felt like exercising his power. Frankly, I have never had such an unpleasant experience, and actually thought he was joking at first. In conclusion, the manager, whose business card I grabbed on the way out, Mike Vaters, is one of the most unpleasant, hostile, and seething individuals I have ever crossed paths with. It seemed as though he was projecting his lack of height, physical shape, and prosperity on a group of respectful, paying customers.

Never shop here.

Deceiving sale advertising forcing you to make an unnecessary trip to the store. Unbelievable how a reputable company can do such fake advertising!

I was so impressed with the service at this store. An item on sale was empty on the shelf and one of the staff went to check if they had any at the back. They did not, however he bought back the manager (Matt) with him who ended up giving us a rain check for the item but also discounted a product that was on sale the week before. The whole experience was so positive and the service was exceptional. I am definitely going to make this specific store as my “go to Canadian Tire” store!

My favourite place to spend my free time and look for tools that are on sale to rebuild an old shower.

If I can give zero stars to this store I would. I ordered something online for curbside pickup. The email said to park in the marked spots, there aren't any marked spots. There's a button in the meal to indicate that I'm there, I was waiting for 15 minutes after I indicated that I'm there, no one called or came out. They don't have marked spots outside, their help desk was rude and unhelpful.

This store have a very difficult return policy, the employee is not helping either. They just push everything to the store owner and blame to owner, they will told you: the owner is very care about the return, I can’t help. Lol, customer service’ Canadian tire!

Great store but not enough stuff to help customers. No price checker and you have to walk around to find team members and ask for help.

Ad a Canadian this is the first store I go to for household goods, car stuff garden and more. Thus location is not as busy as the locations north of here

Whether shopping or seeking to find a deal. It's in a nice location, not crowed and great for parents with children to manage while shopping. Great for seniors too.

Well organized. Was able to find exactly what I wanted, where it mentioned it was gonna be from their website. Staff are super friendly. I don't have experience with their auto services but the store is great. No complaints.

Good products and decent pricing. When products do go on sale it is always a good idea to go once you see it on sale, especially when they are seasonal items (ex: Christmas).

To parents with teenagers, please do not let them go to this store without an adult present, as they will be humiliated and treated like petty thieves, without cause or any basis. Today one of them whos name is “Sid” stopped 3 boys who were leaving the store, aged 11-13. A bunch of adults and myself witnessed it. She approached them and started asking them ‘what’s in your pocket? What do you have? Pointed to their pockets and made them empty them out, the boys shocked did they what she asked, as she is an adult demanding they do so. One of them had a backpack, which she also made them open. She was not nice about it and did not give them any explanation. She treated them like thieves in the rudest manner. The boys started getting scared and nervous and one of them even asked if something had happened or an alarm went off, she LIED and said it did, when in fact no alarm went off. She then told the boys “ok leave now”. Instead of apologizing that she absolutely had no right and she was accusing them without any justification or basis. She did this in front of all the other customers, basically humiliated them. When I approached her and, she continued to tell me she is allowed to behave this way and that it’s policy. I asked her if they did anything and instead of admitting that in fact they had not done anything wrong or there was anything suspicious with them, she just continued to repeat that there’s a sign. Sign for what!? !? She also said she would not give me her name when I asked her (but has a name tag on). I was really disappointed, is this how employees/adults are treating these young kids? If the parents of these children were with them, there is absolutely zero chance this behaviour would have been tolerated. I have filed a complaint with head office. This place has always been off, staff seemed racist and today I witnessed just that.

It’s impressive the rudeness and stupidity the employees have at this store, not trying to blame them but if I’m told to do something that is against my believes I’d rather quit the job instead of ripping of the customer.
They’re taught to say a couple of things back to you and if you go of script of what they have been taught they get mad, they expect you to be dumb, just get in store give them your money and shut up “ no questions “

The bike's quality is very bad! 2021 Oct I bought the 21 speed bike of CCM for my son.just after one month late, the bike already back to store to repair 2 times, the chain always run out from the chain rings /front sprocket when change speeding.

I bought a car battery booster lithium battery. When I got home I realized the box was opened and that someone had used it to boost their car and returned the item to the store.then Canadian Tire restocked it and sold it to me at full price.

So Canadian Tire Sold me a used battery at full price. I don't want to suffer another trip to your store to return it.but you get a bad review from me for doing this.

Buyers beware if the box is open don't buy or don't pay the full price. This store restocks returned items as sells them as new.

This 1 star is for parts auto section. Poor customer service lack of knowladge for a simple parts request….

Just to my car there Monday to replace $455 one wheel bearing $110 for the and $345 for labour also an oil change and of course the top up fluids was added. The next night my battery dies out I take it back to them under the warranty and they suggest I test the alternator anither $160 to do this and then a quote of $1300 to fix the alternator ouch. I was able to get two quotes for $950 and chose to take my vehicle somewhere else. Last night I picked up my car from my mechanic and start heading home in the storm and guess what I have no washer fluid. A fluid top up was only $4 but I was charged without asking and frustrated to realize I had no window washer fluid. Unfortunately after 15 years of servicing our vehicles here I will only consider Canadian Tire Service for oil changes or very basic jobs. If you have the money to get your repairs done here that is great they do have good warranties on their products and I think a 100 day labour warranty and I am certainly not doubting the mechanics work, but my mexhanic was happy to offer me the same labor warranty with 5 a year warranty on the alternator so I do suggest you do your research and compare quotes and do whatever feels comfirtable to you.

My wife’s car recently had 2 flats, went into this location with the flats and they inspected them. Outcome was we needed to get 2 new tires. I put them on and then a day later One of the new tires we received had a small leak so my wife went in to get it looked at. The service was fast and good. But the service from the gentlemen I spoke with 3 times and the same gentlemen who helped my wife 2 times in the store at the desk for the service spot was exceptional. I didn’t get his name but my wife said he was very nice accommodating, answered her questions got the service team to put the tire on for her as he realized how many times we went back and forth and walked her to her car and everything. I couldn’t be there so it’s nice to know they were so helpful.

Searched in several CT stores for an item in flyer wiyh no luck and very little interest from employees to help me. Last stop Canadian Tire on Southdown. Not on shelf or bins either. Very disappointed, and a female employee named Jacquie not only told me what aisle to look in, but want into the back to check stock and found me 2! Very happy and impressed. This will now be my Canadian Tire Store!

Amazing selection and the most organized fishing department I’ve been to out of all Canadian Tires. Big props to the employees and staff who help make it like this. Very easy to find what you’re looking for and they have a lot of products in stock.

The fishing rods and reels are all organized from Spinning rods on mostly one side to Baitcasters on the other.

They have a lot of fishing lines in stock at this time and again really organized but wished they had more options for braided line.

They keep the Rapala lures in a locked glass cabinet which I can appreciate to deter people from stealing, opening or tampering the products.

Full shelves, still difficult to locate staff to answer questions. Cost of items have increased.

I came in near closing time on a Friday night as our car broke down right in their parking lot. But the people here at Customer Service desk and the Pit Stop were most helpful. I don't have enough words to express how very grateful I am! They are the best!

Bought a kitchen faucet here, and used their third party "Quick Contractors" for the install. WHAT A DISASTER! Canadian Tire, you should really look to subcontract out to a more reputable company as this one is clearly not interested in retaining or acquiring new customers. We went THREE DAYS without the use of our kitchen sink due to a leak Quick Contractors created during the faucet replacement. Ended up having to hire a completely DIFFERENT company to repair the leak Quick Contractors created and pay an additional $300 out of pocket.

Shame on you Canadian Tire, we will never purchase such things from your store again OR use your home services. This was was supposed to be a simple fix, but turned into three days of hell. I will be pursuing reimbursement from both you and Quick Contractors.

Good to be shopping in person again. Never a bad experience with staff here, and have a decent range of camping equipment outside of high end stores. Nice to see some freeze dried food, but please add a few vegetarian options.

I took a qoutation to change oil transsmision it was cost about 154 dollars, the day after I had appointment to do it, the staff told me this qoutation is wrong and the real cost is above 300 dollars, and he said leave the qoutation and the manager will come after one hour and I will give you a call, then he called me and he said I will do it for you for 179 dollars, three diffrent prices for the same service, I didnt do the service because the way they deal with me is unprofessional and they wasit my time.

I have always had a pleasant experience at this Canadian Tire. Staff are friendly and helpful in the store and at the automotive shop. The managers are always floating around to help and the auto shop manager Tim is very accommodating. After running two small factories and living in the area for 20 years I question some of the nasty reviews.

I called the Automotive department and got voice-mail which is fine. I left my name, number and the information (I was looking for winter tires that their online specialist suggested.and btw he was VERY helpful) I was looking for which is what you're suppose to do in a voice-mail. Now I know things can get busy during a day but it's been 2 days and counting and still no return call from the store. If your voice-mail says you will return the call then as a consumer I would expect that they do so and if you're not going to return the calls then say that in your store voice-mail.

Really bad customer service. Went to the auto department and the older indian man cut me off and sent me to hardware. I then waited 10 minutes around hardware to find no help. I had to walk over to customer service to ask for someone and they told me to walk back and wait at the paint department desk. After waiting another 15 minutes help finally came. They only had one kid working in hardware which isn't fair especially during the holiday season. Staff was really rude and failed to understand the customers needs.

Very professional staff especially the person who deals me. Usually most of the stores are the same but staff makes the experience good or bad.

Every unprofessional place! Needs better Management do to the fact that only the cashier are the ones doing there jobs properly unlike the floor staff/supervisor/management witch are useless do to lack of product knowledge, how the policies work and much more witch should be know to the staff and ect as a previous worker at Canadia tire this was the worst staffed/managed place I seen and delt with very sorry to say that to a store I love shopping at but just very poor service not happy at all. Better off drive 5 more mins to go to Winston Churchill Canadian tire wayyyy big of a difference trust me!

Stock always seems to be skewed at this location or extremely limited. Older style store, which is very obvious in its layout and how cramped the store is.
Most of the staff are quite helpful and courteous.

Ample parking. Helpful staff. Staff could not find the product but website and the store inventory systems say they are in stock at this location.

Fantastic and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and helpful. Clean and organized store that is very well maintained and organized. A pleasure to shop there.

It was very Canadian. Not sure if I am rating the one on Mavis or one on Clarkson Crossings. Since I had to visit two of them, one was better than the other.

Selection for fishing is a bit sparse, and they are not longer a fishing/sporting license vendor.

Update on the review below: Got a message from Cdn Tire to call Customer Service to discuss. I did, waited on hold for 5 minutes and then all they did was apologize and say they would send it on to the store. I don't know why I had to call for them to do that since they should do that anyway. Suggestion - if anyone gets a note from Cdn Tire, based upon a review, to call their customer service to discuss further, do waste your time. Lowered the rating from 2 stars to 1 star. They need work on their customer service.

Not a very good experience today. I was looking for a particular product and the website said there were 14 there but did not indicate the location. Looked around the store for a while, tried all of the self help terminals and none worked. Tried to ask an associate, but she just ignored me and answered her phone. Finally found someone that knew where they were. There were 3 on the shelf, probably more in the storage room, but I was too frustrated at this stage to inconvenience someone to go and get more. Product carts all over the place. Very messy.

I was in for driveway oil remover. Parts dept staff knows the product and found it promptly. I really appreciate it. Thank you.

The staff had no knowledge of the products they were selling they had me walking around the entire store to find items that were not in stock in some cases didn't even carry

The store is so under staffed a d with lines now running around the store and 2 cashes open, it's even worse. I really hope to one-day update this review and improve this rating, but having the least amount of staff on hand seems to be a trend at Canadian Tire stores including this location.

My car battery went dead outside Canadian Tire at Clarkson today. I went in to ask for help. James (in automotive) did not hesitate. He asked a colleague of his to cover the automotive front desk, and walked with me to my car to jump start it. I did not go in the store to purchase a good or service, but James went out of his way to help me. Thank you for reinforcing my belief in simple human kindness.

It's a standard Canadian Tire. They're doing the best they can during Covid 19. Please respect and follow the one way arrows.

My front passenger tire went flat today. I had to have it towed and said to bring it to the Dundas and 403 location since their auto shop is open tomorrow. Otherwise I would have to wait to Monday to get it fixed.
Will be fixed tomorrow. Am happy about that because I need it asap.

Hard to find someone to help you and often sold out of common stuff and specials. I shop here often, but usually need to head to Oakville location to get everything I need. Oakville seems to do a better job on inventory ordering.

Don't waste your time bringing your car to their service department.

I barely made it there with a flat tire 2 hours before closing. I could not change to the spare tire because the bolt was too tight.

I explained the situation and the service advisor left to see if they could 'squeeze' me in. He returned 15 minutes later and said 'Go to another Canadian Tire, we're closing (2 hours before scheduled) '. No help.

I went to the Canadian Tire at 403/Dundas and they were full and I did not have an appointment. I was greeted with service advisors who understood my situation and knew it was a either a quick patch or install a spare. They did everything they could for me to avoid me being stranded.

Southdown Canadian Tire needs motivated, fresh staff. That was the last time I'll be there.

This Canadian Tire location provides most of what you need in a pinch. It doesn’t always have the same inventory levels or selection of bigger stores located in Oakville. However it serves as a go to location in Clarkson for all sorts of household goods, tools, sporting equipment and automotive products. This location also fills propane, sells seasonal plants and has an auto shop. Each has various levels of service quality.

Good selection at this location. They need more cashiers to get people through in a timely fashion. Always a delay at the cash out!

Had an issue with tires. The snake oil of balance beads. No extra charge to remove them, well other shops wanted 2 hours of Labour. Very solid, no vibration at top speed, loving to drive now. THANKS.

Found what I was looking for, so not bad in that sense; however, terrible customer service.maybe they were swamped with the Black Friday deals.but again, not pleased with the service
