They rarely have items in stock. No one ever helps you. Even when I have asked for help they keep walking and pretend they didn't hear you and the cashiers are not pleasant. When I was there a few weeks ago I brought an item to the cash which was marked on sale, but scanned at regular price for quite a bit more. The cashier was super annoyed when I told her I wasn't going to take it because I thought it was on sale. She didn't try to resolve the discrepancy at all, but rather turned to her co worker and apologized to her because she had to do a return! So rude. I only go here in a pinch, but it's often the same awful customer service experience. Who runs this place? Seems like the staff do.

Reasonably good selection of products. Very busy at times especially when they are short of cashiers. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Parts and Service doesn’t require you to wait in line, they will serve just whoever walks in and walks past the line first. No first come, first serve!

People guided me find the stuff I needed in town even though they didn't have it at the store:)

I try to shop locally and it seems they have all that I need and the staff is very helpful.

Our Home town store that's been that struggled through worse pandemic in our recent History got give the credit when credit is deserved, second you support home town business or there won't be any to support us with our many daily projects!

Bought a king size weighted blanket. It was only 60 x 80. That's not king size.
