Online listing shows Tilbury store has stock. But instore cannot find items or not in the correct alise or None at all. Online incorrect and not up to date.

DROVE car there for rear brake service - car stopped perfectly fine but rears were due - find out they don’t have the tools (power bleeder) to bleed brakes after replacing rear brake pads rotors and calipers on ford fusion was told to TOW vehicle to dealership to complete the job and still charge me 994.57 - get my car back with zero brakes.towed it home instead and did the job myself the old fashioned way - absolutely pathetic - DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR- STAY AWAY! FURIOUS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT - CT TILBURY ONTARIO

Poor customer service! Owner and employees need a lot more training. Under poor management. Definitely will not be back.

Definitely won’t be returning to this location. Rarely ever find a staff member on the floor. Aisles are tiny. I tried inquiring about parts this morning and the kid at the parts desk seemed miserable to be there. Shouldn’t be working there if he hates his job that much. Makes the experience for customers very unenjoyable. I would rate negative stars if I could.

I love Canadian Tire and so does my wife. She can always find someone to help her. Kind employees all around nice store. We shop mostly the Blenheim store.

There's never any one to help you. If you do find someone they bark 2 or 3 row numbers at you & walk away. Went here to get Acetone 55 dollars a gallon when every other hardware store has it for 35 yeah let's just screw the people some more. Not going to shop here anymore there are definitely better choices in Tilbury.

Should be rated at - 2 Stars. Store is small and overloaded / cramped. Inventory online and what is actually there is wrong more times than right. There is all new staff, what little is there, not very knowledgeable, little enthusiasm for what they are doing and it is Near impossible to find anyone for assistance if it is needed. Luckily there is Rona right next door, staff is always there to assist, friendly and courteous. At this point I will not be shopping at this establishment. They do not seem to care about long term customers. As far as Speaking to customer service online is a waste of time, they do not seem to want to address the issues with this store.
