Looking for those little battery connectors for a quad. Asked the guy in automotive and he said “if we have any of those, it’ll be over there”, pointed and back to his book.

Left about $30 on his counter and walked out. I’ll hit the Hanmer one this weekend. There’s service there.

Store is clean and tidy.
Had checked website before going in. Store showed product in stock with multiple on hand.the shelves were bare.

Don't bother going to the Chelmsford location. Horrible service and poorly managed. They offer curbside pickup, but the manager doesn't hire enough staff to provide the service. When you go to pickup your order, there is no one to answer the phone. So you have to go inside to get your items. Kind of defeats the purpose. Once inside, most service points have a plexiglass between you and the staff.except the online pickup counter. Again, this is due to poor management. If you ever need to return something don't bother going to this location, stick with the Sudbury Lasalle location.much better service! Whoever manages this store should shop at the Sudbury location and take notes.

Can you store until covid-19 hasn't taken any steps to prevent social distancing. Moved a couple store racks to fill the aisles to make it.impossible to find the cashier so walk down 3 or 4 aisles to find a line up with no distancing markers and has become a not so.friendly place to shop

Had to go look for a sales associate then it took forever for that person to get item requested. Left the store empty handed.

Horrible service when the stores open and drastically worse with the covic going around have been waiting now 4 days almost 5 for product i paid for to be placed out side for me to pick it up.
Id have to say to many young people and everyone is way to laid back no ones working.

Had a flat tire.they got me in right away, just a small dent in my rim straightened it.filled back up problem solved.no charge! SUPER nice guys.thanks Alot

Service was helpful. Found out on-line that what we wanted was available and in in what aisle it was located. Assistance was available when needed.

I just called the service department to see if they could take me because I was losing air from one of my tires and I happened to be a block away.
The person that answered advised me that if the tire was damaged they could not change just one tire. He then went on to say that they would have to change all 4 tires because I had a 4 X 4! Really? He said it is Canadian Tire policy! What to screw the customer?

I like shopping here because its quiet and the staff is friendly. I'm sad because they didn't have very many blue balls to choose from. But this store has almost everything you need
