It’s always nice to deal with employees who enjoy their job! Clean and well stocked store location. The young man that was my cashier this afternoon was so friendly. Thank you

Guy in automotive with dark brown hair and beard and glasses (Operator #1111) is a moron. Extremely rude and dismissive, and had earbuds in and then complained he couldn’t hear us. Asked for a 1/4 hose and he gave us a 5/16. Huge difference. If you go to to Automotive make sure you aren’t dealing with him. Save your time and energy and your sanity as well.

Manager is very unreasonable. I bought and paid for an order on line. When I arrived from 1/2 hour away I realized I had left my phone at home. I had government ID and the credit card I used to puchase the item. She told us without the pin code that is emailed to the buyer we couldnt pick up our item. Apparently this is for MY protection?
I had the credit card that was printed
on the receipt. I feel there was room for human flexibility. In the end I used someone else's phone to access my email. This was not my first difficult encounter at this store. There are nicer Canadian Tire Stores. The clerk, Ellen who served us was very nice.

Picked up a new battery for my harley. In and out in less then 5 minutes. Guy at the parts counter made it super easy.

Keep giving this location a chance. But again ask for help. And they told me where the item I was looking for was, and i was not there.told them the item is not there.got a blank look.

I asked a man in the automotive department where i can find bolt extractors, he said not over here as if i knew where to look, he then said over in the area of isle 21, rather then bringing me to the isle where they are located or stating where they were from the beginning, i felt i was suppose to know where to look instead of asking, this is poor customer service as they should be there to help, not make people feel like they are stopping the employees from doing their stocking the shelf job.ill make the drive to another location.before going the only one in the small town

The manager and staff in the Auto department (Head mechanic and his apprentice) were amazing! As a woman who knows nothing about cars in my opinion you can trust them to be upfront and honest about what you need. They are not pushy about taking your money for things you don't need. Great customer service I will definitely take my car there for all my mechanical needs.

Not the best selection at this location. A lot of empty shelves. Somewhat of an obstacle course to get to the registers

Not sure why but mid afternoon Tuesdays the store is all yours. Shhhhhh don't tell anybody lol.

Go to place for good selection and reasonable prices. Staff that I dealt with were very friendly!

At this store, I have always been able to find the majority of the items I needed. The staff at this location have been very helpful to me.
