Canadian Tire

Very disappointed in the checkout service we experienced.
Picked up some hot packs that were on sale for $24.99, it got rang through the computer incorrectly at $70.00
We nicely let the clerk know they are on sale and was instantly addressed with rudeness telling us to prove it was on sale. And we said that the tag on the shelf has it listed and was yet again rudely told to prove it was on sale and that was the only way we weren't paying the $70.00

So, us doing the employees job went and had to remove the tag off of the shelf and bring to the front as 3 other people were in line (not being helped as the cashier just waited)

Very disappointed in how we were treated, we will be finding another place to shop.

Friendly staff and they had what I was looking for when I was in the area more then twice so I had a good experience

Not the biggest selection, but, staff are very helpful. Big bonus is that Marks is attached.

Horrible refund service. And once again today the same horrible cashier gave the worst customer service as usual. When you buy an item that is "mastercraft" and the package is still factory sealed you wouldn't expect a problem if you misplaced the bill from purchase date which was 2 days prior. She again used the same phrase "fraudulent transaction". If I was going to commit fraud why would it be for $11.49. Give me an Effing break!

I have had many rough experiences going into Canadian tire with my puppy. First one being asked to move away from the front of the building because my puppy was barking. I needed to stand outside of the store in order to get service to text someone about a purchase I was about to make inside the store. I let it go at first because I can understand but then I continued to have issues with the same lady. Another time when I was inside the store with my puppy he barked at another dog (as dogs do) and I was told in a way that could have been much nicer that if I were to enter the store with my dog again he was to be muzzled. He isn’t mean, he doesn’t bite, he is a puppy who is also still learning. Him and another dog were barking at each other. The other dog owner was not spoken to to have his dog muzzled, just me!
These are only 2 out of the I think 3 bad experiences I have had in this store!
I believe her name is Sandra! She is very rude and passive aggressive. And so disrespectful. Her customer service is terrible. And she is the only staff member at Canadian tire that I have been having all these issues with!

Canadian Tire is a great place with an amazing selection of great items. Their only downfall is an increasing tendency for some items to be lousy quality. It’s worth checking the reviews online before buying as there is a number of lemons in the store inventory. If you are listening guys… dump the junk… it’s not doing your reputation any good.

Services posted that are offered when in store to get the service not one able to do.
Asked around to many “blind eyes “ then one staff tired to find someone to help but others were overheard “ I’m not doing that”. This was not a technical service. Zero customer service skills, no manager on site and would rather walk away than offer help. I see why people do not shop locally. I was told to come back in a week when the manager is on site.

The staff were friendly and helpful, it wasn't too busy when I went, but I was checked out right away without a line. Having a Marks right there is super handy too. The only thing is this store felt more like a warehouse than a store. It's dark, feels dirty in there, although it may not be. Doesn't feel like every other Canadian Tire I've been into.

Very few staff. No floor people to be found, usually long line up's to cash out.
The automotive garage is very poor. Large amount of bays but its being used more for storage than auto repair. Takes days to get your vehicle in. Support staff aren't great, only one guy knows the service management end of things

The staff here go out of their way to be helpful. It's always a pleasure to shop here.

Was there for the electric charger at the gas bar. Used the Flo DC fast charger for 36 minutes and was off again. Once we found it we were pleased with the convenience.

Bought a product. Was missing parts. Took back after purchasing another one somewhere else. Was advise can’t get my money back as it was defective. Would replace it. Then I said I want to return that one for refund and was advised I can’t do that either. Would
not help at all. Never again will I shop there. Also I am local person. Would not recommend anyone shop there.
The customer service rep was totally rude to me as well. Plus some one who advised was a manger was just as rude. Horrible service

Ellysia and staff served me today. They're very kind and helpful and made sure I found what I needed at the store. I always enjoy coming to the Minden. Canadian Tire feels like home.

Great store, great products at great prices, great people, great service, great location with a gas station and a great sausage / hot dog stand to boot

Wait time was 2 hours more then told for a simple tire swap. After making a prior appointment.

Aisles are blocked by staff stocking shelves, they don't seem to care about customers
