Canadian Tire

Went in to have two tires off the vehicle changed, was told it would be done that day, I said I had no problem taking them to another location if they were not able to get them done was told it wouldn’t be an issue. I went back before closing time nothing completed. Total waste of time and unprofessional will never use Bracebridge location again due to their false communications and lack of effort

Came in to fix a tire that had a small nail in it. After an hour, the mechanic came back and told me my tire was too damaged to be fixed and I’d have to buy a new one, despite asking if he could just patch the tiny hole from the nail. He stuck the spare on and I went on my way since they didn’t have the correct tire in stock.
Well here’s the good part. I went to a different mechanic, one I knew to be reliable, and was told that the mechanic at Canadian tire completely destroyed my tire. He shaved off the entire layer of protection my tire had against small punctures. All the man had to do was patch the small hole, but instead he went out of his way to destroy the whole tire in an effort to get me to spend more money.
If there’s one thing I can’t stand in this world, it’s sleazy people trying to hustle people for a cash grab. And in this economy? Are you good dude?

Went in to pick up some indoor outdoor carpet I saw online. Website said they had 27 feet. Great, I only needed 16 feet. When I got there no one could find the carpet. Was told the website was wrong. Had to go down to Gravenhurst to get it, which I had passed on my way up from Toronto. Then, back to Bracebridge to install it. Total waste of almost 1 hour.

Pretty good. Inventory system online doesn't match the store.but they usually have what I need.

Stocked shelves, clean neat isles, happy sounds of employees. At the check outs the cashier (Laurie) went out of her way CHEERFULLY assist with pts card. I was shocked at the level of customer service improvement.

I understand that you are busy in your automotive department but when you have someone that comes in and has a flat tire who has 4 herniated discs and is just asking for someone to take 15 minutes and take off the tire and put the spare on and they dismiss you like you mean nothing, that is frustrating. No human compassion anymore in this world. We spend a lot of money at your store. Time to take our business elsewhere.

Great place to get most non-food related things. They have a bit of everything, from tools and car parts to kitchen and home-ware. Reasonable prices. Good place to go when things are on sale!

Canadian Tire Auto in Bracebridge should be avoided until better staff work there again, I have been a customer for 30 years but the loss of yet another good service manager has really hurt this place I now have to move on its a mess half the shop is used for storage they don’t seem very busy and new staff are not very good actually the whole store is not what it used to be when Mr. Doty owned it very sad hopefully it will get better but at this time staff seem unhappy and overwhelmed there are better and happier places to go in Muskoka.

Addition.just to be clear there is nothing wrong with Canadian tire just this one in particular we will just go to another store it is still a good Canadian Company.

Canadian tire has been a part of my life since I was born in 1987 my father worked at the Canadian Tire warehouse in Brampton for over 20 years. This is one of my all time favorite places to shop. They have a huge selection on everything, from Auto care and needs to home decor and home necessities to lawn and garden, and Tools, and everything in between I would absolutely recommend Canadian tire to any shopper and I will certainly continue to shop there myself.

Helpful staff. Stocked well. Nice small town store. Fishing section had everything i was looking for.

I took my car into service to get my winter tires put on. They told me there was one car ahead of mine, that it wouldn’t take long. It took them over 4 hours to install my winter tires. When we were paying, my husband asked them if my brand new summer tires were in the trunk. They assured us that yes they were in the trunk. When we arrived home we realized that we only got 2 tires back. So… where are my tires?

I've had the odd incorrect item given during an in-store pickup order, and it's always been corrected; while inconvenient, they sort me out every time.

If Canadian Tire did pharmaceuticals and groceries, my wife jokes I'd shop nowhere else.

Looking for snowblower parts, they have nothing and all the spring and summer shelves are being stocked. We still have 4months of winter.

Steve in the parts dept.is a great person to deal with. He is knowledgeable and very pleasant to speak with! Today the staff that I dealt with had no clue where to find the product I was looking for.

This store in bracebridge was very busy and felt a little crowded, but was the staff were helpful.

Needed some emergency car repair/service. Called on the off change that I might be able to get in near immediately. Extremely friendly and pleasant service rep was able to accommodate my request. Impressed by the attention and friendly service I was provided. All to rare these days. A huge thank you to all the service staff involved! RC

Canadian Tire can never score more than 3 stars. 3 stars is excellent for Canadian Tire standards.

Great customer service except auto department. Based on personal experience and word of mouth, I would avoid their auto service.

Hard to give a grocery store 5 stars these days, when you leave $500 lighter and cart not full, same everywhere however something has to give or this country will be in big kaka.
