Price of an item wasn't scanning in at the price in the flyer. I showed the flyer the cashier asked another staff member what to do, they didn't know what to do either. So they called for Gino (supposedly the manager) who very rudely said they have the right to refuse to sell the item at the price reflected in the flyer if they feel it's a mistake. When I asked to speak to the manager he snapped at me and said "I am the manager"
I believe all the 1 star reviews speak volumes about this location.

Ordered online. Order was ready for pickup within one hour. Pickup took less than 10 minutes.

Lied about curbside pickup, had to go inside the store to pick up rims and injuring my hands in the process. Would not recommend this location at all.

The customer service people were helpful and kind at the very least.

No one wants to help you if u can't find it they will just tell u they don't have it even if it's right behind them

Falguni the manager of this store was very rude and racist, i just entered the store for the first time and standing near cs desk as i dont know the way to go to customer service desk waiting for my turn, she rudely replied and ask me to check my bag also ehen We went to return the stuff and she refused to refund and speak rudely replied and told me to return to other store not here which was very far, and didn’t returned the item. However, on otherside one of their customer service associate agreed to make exchange. When we ask manager that all canadian tire stores have same rules and regulations. She said all are different. I recommend please dont visit this store, the manager falguini was very rude and disrespectful with the customers. Please watch the reviews before buying anything from there.

This is a relatively small CT. Location in Findlay creek. Interior of store is crowded - not enough space. Sale items are generally out of stock!

Had everything i needed plumbing accessories/showerhead was purchased will certainly return

Update: Worst customer service. Ever. Called to book car apt tonite and guy on other end extremely rude with no tact answering in 1 word answers and clearly having no interest in looking up schedule to book a visit. Clearly having a bad day. Seriously CT. Why bother even running a store this horribly managed or hiring such miserable people?

I cannot begin to describe how poorly organized and managed this store is. No one has any clue where items are in store, know any about products, etc. Even if their systems say it's in stock, they cant find items. Also not sure why CT bothered opening such small store. Only half the inventory of regular CT and even then they are always short on inventory.

Falguni was so rude and my 6 years old got scared from the way she dealt with us. My son got a balloon and he played with the ballon after he asked me and confirmed that we are going to buy. She followed my son and followed me and said to us in a rude way that we have to pay for it and made as if we were running away from the store. I will go ahead and close my triangle account and triangle credit card right after I use the CT balance because I am interested in dealing with staff who disrespect clients and little kids!

The owner of the store is very rude. I would recommend that no one ever brings their car to the shop.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but the stock and inventory is not great, often I cannot quickly find what I need or listed as in stock online

Worst experience at this location. Bought a bike in May, within 2 weeks I called the store and said listen this bike is falling apart. They said you get one free tune up, no worries we;ll fix it. I went on vacation for 4 weeks, upon my return I followed up and they said wait until bike technician comes. Waited 2 weeks, only for bike technician to say "this bike is too fallen apart its not under warranty". This is a $250 bike that fell apart within weeks. I said it must have been defective, and their response is that my son was too rough with it (his previous bike lasted 4 years). They were rude and had 0 customer service skills. The manager yelled at me and basically chased me out of the store, other customers were there and told me how appalled they were at the manager, Nancy, behaviour. I don't do public shouting matches, so I left teh store and called their customer service hotline. 2 weeks of calling them back and forth, only for their head office to say "the store owner doesnt want to contact you, we can't force them". Absolutely appalling customer relations. Save your money, for big purchases go to Costco where they always honour warranties and stand by their products.

This location is by far the worst in Canadian history! I was there to return item, bought earlier the day, however it was defective.manager NANCY is arrogant, rude, no customer service skills ZERO if you understand. No greeting. I’ll give this location another 6 months they’ll be closed forever!

Employees here are rude. I bought a bbq had it assembled by Canadian Tire. I went to return it and then wouldn't take it back or help in anyway. They kept saying dealer doesn't want to cause it's inconvenient for the paperwork.

I bought a toaster from Canadian Tire over 1 year ago, and it's still under warranty. However, the toaster is defective, i.e. The bread doesn't pop up, and the cancel button doesn't work, so the bread burns inside the toaster.

I brought it TWICE within 3 weeks to exchange it, and their return system was down both times.

I then brought it up a 3rd time, and the manager didn't even fully know the return policy and process and was not helpful at all. She didn't give the correct information.

So I brought it for a 4th time, and the customer representative was more helpful this time. She looked for the invoice but couldn't go beyond 2022. She needed to fill out a coupon and have someone look for the invoice in the system the next day.

What do you know? I had to call them to follow up on this and was told it wasn't done. The customer rep asked me if I wanted to talk to the person responsible for looking for the invoice since she was still at the store. After I said yes, she told me that the person had already left for the day.

How hard is it to replace a 100$ toaster, especially for safety reasons? This whole experience proves to me that they don't care about customer service. I won't support this location any more, even though it's 2 min away from my house.

Worst Canadian Tire. They neverhave anything in Stock. Even though online inventory shows that they have 6 items in stock but when you go to store they say "they don't have it in store". Then what's the point in showing it online, people check inventory online so that they can save their time and don't run around, but here the case is total opposite. You have to run to other canadian tire to get stuff you want.

Unorganized store with terrible customer service. Went in to get stuff to install a toilet once and couldn't find what I needed, so I spent 10 minutes looking for someone to help me.finally found someone and they told me to go look in the outdoor/seasonal section without coming to assist. Of course what I needed wasn't there. So I tried to find someone else to help and when I did (another 10 minutes) I was told "uh, I don't think we have that. " They didn't bother checking or trying to help. I left and went to a Lowe's where I was greeted by an amazing friendly person and asked if I needed help with anything. I told them what I was looking for and they brought me right to it and asked about my project and verified that I was getting the correct thing. 200% worth going further away from home for actual customer service!

Employees weren't letting us look at bikes because some teenagers were messing with them? Not sure what happened there but they were super aggressive and they didn't let me go to that side of the store.

Très mauvais service à la clientèle! Désagréable et irrespectueux! Vu la proximité du magasin de là où j'habite à Findlay Creek j'y vais régulièrement. Recently, I ordered online and i picked up my order. When I got home two bottles i ordered were in a Bad condition. Lot of scratches in one and the other one with bumps in it. Mes étiquettes étaient enlevées et remplies de poils ou des fils ou je ne sais quoi. Au moment du retour, la miss à l'accueil m'a regardé d'un oeil bizarre, she told me directly that she cannot change them if they are used, i told her that they are not and that they are in this Bad condition because of the Bad packaging and service when packing the order, she started smelling them in an odd way. What a shame! Getting an order préparés like this and this behavioral at thé return!

They will happily sell you a battery that doesn't fit your vehicle, and then refuse to accept a return.
Selection is poor, and they always seem under-staffed.

If you need a tool (majority of which are locked up) you'll ask the front desk to have someone open the locked cabinets except this staff member will never arrive. You'll wait and wait.and wait some more. This is one of the worst Canadian tires we have ever been to in terms of efficient customer service.

Also, don't be fooled by their "sale" prices. They just jack up their regular prices and pretend the sale price is a deal.
