Had a shipment arrive in Toronto days late - Kincardine Post Office received it early one morning and I had it in the afternoon! Terrific. Thanks.

Terrible customer service. Had a dead battery and called, and while they had one in stock she refused to hold it for me until I could get there this afternoon.
Two weeks ago I needed a serpentine belt, and the Autodesk associate completely understood the situation and held onto it for me. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Dropped off my truck to replace a serpentine belt. Was told it would be done in a hour. Came back 4 hours later on my break and they told me they couldn’t do it because they don’t have the right tools. Seriously? An auto shop doesn’t have a ratchet? I’m a long way from home with none of my own tools and I figured any shop could handle a simple belt replacement. I guess I was wrong. Will never return. Edit: I also waited 15 minutes at the front desk before seeing any employees.

Had a emergency situation on my hands.
Needed to remove a hitch ball as I bought a new camper and it was a bigger size.
Saturday 3 pm I drive in and asked if they would torch or grind off the old ball.
NO APPOINTMENT.
Took my truck right in and cut off old ball installed new one

Worst experience of the auto Center, rude manager never came back at this location…. They don’t even clarify the charges before

Easy to find exactly what I needed and they were having an I store special so it was cheaper when I arrived, bonus.

I will like to take this opportunity to shout out CT auto customer service. It is a bit unfortunate that they don’t fix European vehicles however they did a great job with directing me to the right auto center to get my vehicle fixed.

I am new to the town of Kincardine and had an amazing experience with the tires change service at this location. Spencer is really awesome and very accommodating.

I had a very impressed experience with the auto services in this store. I was switching my winter tires myself accidentally broken the two bolts on the hub, I went to the auto services spoke to Kenar try to book an appointment, unfortunately the earliest appointment would be in more than a week, and I have booked my vacation to the US within a week. She spoke to the technician Robby, and Robby was willing to work on Sunday to help fixing my problem. This was a great help to me so I could still go as planned. I even never thought this could happen. Thanks again Kincardine Canadian tires, I love your store.

Terrible attitude at the Automotive service desk, I would suggest you send Cheryl for some customer service training

Very disappointed wth the return policy. After purchasing a Peerless kitchen faucet and installing it, it leaked out of the handle. I decided I would take it back and look for another make. Turns out that's not possible. Kincardine Canadian Tire will only replace the unit, not credit or refund. I know Home Depot, Lowes, Costco and many others will take defected items back with a full refund. Not Canadian Tire. Buyer beware.

This store is the best customer service experience I have ever had at a Canadian Tire Store.

Went to get an oil change done on my Honda. Canadian Tire told me they could not take off my oil filter. I made suggestions to help them get the job done. They did not take my advice. Later they asked me if I would go and remove my own filter, because it was not possible.
I did not see any experienced mechanic around. The job took 2.5 hours of my time and made me late for work. Especially after they forgot to install my oil cap.

Went to Canadian Tire to look for some items.
Miss Smiley Face, who was stocking shelves was most unhelpful and rude.
The check out was another problem.
There was one cashier at the customer support desk and no other cashiers around. There was a line of customers (9) to check out and the individual at the customer support desk did not have enough common sense to call for more cashiers until another customer complained.
Worst Service. Ever!

Helpful staff. Usually lots of sales on at this location. If they don’t have what you need, they’re pretty resourceful at ordering in what you came for.

Poor automotive services. They don't hire mechanics or potentially pay them enough but continue to make appointments months apart and waste peoples time. You won't know that your appointment won't be made unless you call and ask, they don't even provide the courtesy of giving you a call when they literally can't perform the appointment they scheduled. They have done this twice to me now over the course of three months and always seem to have a rude tone over the phone as though it's my fault for making an appointment.

Spend the extra minutes to go to the Canadian Tire in Port Elgin, incompetent automotive shop service and staff at this location.

For such large store toy selection and kid area rather small. Other than that reg to be expected CT. Staff are friendly

Winter tire season. Thanks to the good people at Kincardine Canadian Tire for making it painless and prettying up the winter wheels with covers.:)
