When I am checking out they never offer to pack my bag. When I ask they tell me" no we don't do that "while they are twiddling their thumbs. Ridiculous.

Never enough cashiers on duty and lots of other staff wandering around or chatting with each other.

When I was in Canadian Tire the other day, I was approached 3 times by staff asking if I needed help. That does not happen anywhere anymore. Such excellent customer service in this store.

Looking for a folding table they have on sale. After walking up and down rows for 20 minutes, I finally found someone to help. There are non on display they are in the warehouse! WHAT?

The amount of time it took to make a servicing appointment to get my Audi 2022 TFSI 45 Quattro mild hybrid (not electric) for its 30,000km servicing, they rescheduled my service first and then forgot to enter in the appointment for the next time I showed up a week later. Upon showing up, the worker did fit me in and she was very kind; however, knew nothing of automotive servicing nor how to search the manufacturer’s suggested servicing. My car needed an oil change, filter change and of course a look over for leaks, engine problems, fluid top up and the usual point inspection that most every Canadian Tire and automotive shop do when servicing a vehicle. At the time I made the appointment, I made very clear that I wanted to make sure that the 5 mandatory checks were done (that are basic) and was told I have to order each and every single check individually, yet didn’t know what they were or how to input it. I named a few and was simply told that I need to make a 3rd appointment and just the oil change was costing 300$ stating that the oil alone cost 180$ yet I bought a quart of it for 22$ and it filled my empty oil levels to 100%. Strongly suggest using a mechanic who has good reviews and specializes in vehicles and has front end staff that can answer questions. The other thing is that there were 5 people waiting and 2/3 arguments about waiting for 8 hrs for their car. My local shop did full inspection, topped up all my fluids and knew Audi 2022 models inside out and total charge was 160$ and he replaced a few small things that were Audi branded as well for free in Niagara Falls.

Make sure you put a Nanny Cam in your car or somewhere on it. This location, we seem to have a problem with our vehicles after they have worked on them. Even simple oil change. Learned my lesson, we never EVER use them again. Bandits.

Changed my appointment time without informing me, now they can't help me in time. Text info never sent. Only sad attempts to make up for their mistake

Only Canadian Tire had what I needed. Needed it today and couldn't wait for other services.

A huge thankyou to this location, My son and i were trying to change a battery and the connectors the GM was on his way out asked if we needed some help and he went back inside got one of his mechanics to come and give us a hand. This was truly appreciated more than you know thankyou again.

The Auto Department and Garage at this location is absolute robbery! BEWARE. Just brough my 2020 vehicle in for a safety, I
was told the appointment would take an hour. 20 minutes later my vehicle was ready but they failed my safety due to tinted windows. I had no idea as the vehicle tint was on the vehicle when purchased. Something they could have told me immedietly, before taking my car into the bay and making me pay $130 for NOTHING. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Bizare story.
Went for an oil change. Told the service rep. I had some synethic oil left over from my last oil change so please duplicate the same synthetic oil.

The technician finds the synthetic oil
And uses it. However since the service rep doesn't show synethic oil on the work order he tops up the oil with regular bulk oil.

When I questioned the oil during checkout another service rep offers to drain the mixed up oils and and do another oil change with synethic if I am willing to wait an addional 90 minutes. I tell him I can't wait. I ask what are you going to do to make this right and tell him he should be very embarrassed by the situation. He offers me a 5% discount.

So here is my review.

Such a terrible service. Booked a tire change for 12pm today. Took a day off particularly for this. Came here waited for 15 minutes the line to hear the guy working stepped out and will need to wait the whole day. Now I don’t know what i’ll do with my doctors appointment this afternoon. Get elsewhere guys if you want a better sevice!

So for the reply canadian tire gave me below, i called up the no. Given by them. The lady on the call can’t do anything. Literally now this whole team is making fun of me. Now I don’t even know why they wanted me to call them. Such a joke! Never rely on these people. I literall Don’t know what to do now! Took a day off from work. Lost a whole day’s pay during this tough period for such a horrible experience.

Don’t trust the response from corportae support team. They’re literally jokers copy pasting the same stuff looking at the tone of the review.

Very friendly staff and if you look up items before heading out online you can find out what isle the item is in.

I wanted to commend Auto Technician Dustin Leblanc for the exceptional customer service I received when I took my vehicle in for a safety inspection. When the safety inspection uncovered some unexpected issues, Dustin took time out of his busy schedule to patiently explain what the most cost effective options for me were in order to obtain a pass. Thank you Dustin for going above and beyond in turning my frown upside down!

***I'd love to also add and mention they have THE BEST cutting boards around! SO SO amazing for charcuteries! ***

Visited this store a few days ago - I am obsessed with the Disney line that they have for kitchen items - amazing for Christmas gifts and/or stocking stuffers:)

The display was nice and clean, easy to filter through and SO reasonably priced!

Loved this store and how nice and friendly everyone was.

Horrible. I bought a $110 airsoft gun here i opened the box and the gun is completely broken. I try to go in and trade it 30min later the same day and the lady at customer service said it was final sale. So i just lost $110 to this cheap company. Dont go here the employees are awful and the policies are BS!

Kudos to Dustin! Two weeks ago, I had a question with my car and it was past 6: 00. Dustin was coming out of the shop and on his way home, I asked him if he could help me out with my oil level to make sure that it was accurate. He was nice to my two young kids as well. He took his time and explained why it smelled like burning oil with no urgency of him wanting to go home. Fast forward two weeks, my car started to stall while driving. Dustin was the mechanic that was fixing my car, he was accurate and his service was fast over the repairs on my car. Great job Dustin, thank you! I hope to never be back, only because I don't want to spend money repairing my cars. But, if I have to, I'll see Dustin again.
