Great place to find everything you need and want. They also allow well behave dogs in the store on a leash.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional staff and the so called manager. Refused to do a return for an item bought from their store. Item was under $20. Had receipt and showed it to them but they wanted identification to create an account. Refused as identification is not needed to make the purchase. Manager adamant that it’s company policy that identification is needed on ALL returns even WITH RECEIPT! He pointed to their sign where it says they MAY ask for identification without a receipt. Tried to explain the situation to the manager but he cut me off after saying a few words. He said “I’ll stop you right there” and refused to hear my complaint any further. I love Canadian Tire and have NEVER had an issue there but this location was something else with their rude staff and manager and enforcing a policy that no other Canadian Tire does. Went to a Canadian Tire in another city and had no issues at all with this return. Did not ask for identification nor did they ask to create an account for a return. I’m new to the area and I love to support local businesses but I will NEVER step foot in the Hanover Canadian Tire again!

Great store.well stocked, and usually have what I need. Friendly cashiers and staff.very helpful.

Cluttered aisle, many products missing prices, and staff that mean well but seem to know very little.

This store is most disappointing I asked them to hold a toy for me as my drive to them is 40 mins and don't wanna do it and the toy is gone. They refuse to hold it and said I will just have to take a chance it will be there. Poor customer service and I'm appaled that I hold a credit card from them and pay interest into a company that treats its customers as this store does. What a disappointment and total lack of overall customer satisfaction.

Clean store, well lite, lots of stock but zero customer service. Can never find anyone and when you do it's like an inconvenience. Staff can hardly speak.

Seems like they're more focused on pots and pans than tires if I'm being perfectly honest.

Canadian Tire is one of my favorite stores. I picked up an LED light foe work on my reno. The light would last all day, and I would recharge at night. It worked great.

Great customer service, I had lots of little things to find all over the store and every employee gave me the help I needed!

Not much staff on a Saturday morning.
Ones that I found were very informative.
Lots of bargains.

Angela made it a fun experience to look for the perfect pot and pan set! She takes her time with you and is very knowledgeable!

Great selection of products, and helpful staff at the automotive counter in checking parts numbers. Also, friendly staff at the service desk too.
