Yeah, the company has 2 individuals working in parts today one female and one male. 12: 05 Nov. 22 2023, Both worker are clueless in their department. I wasn't done talking with them about a product and I was interrupted by another customer and they brushed me off to help the customer who interrupted. I was prepared to buy a light bar, backrack and side step for truck. You have lost out on a paying customer. Thanks for nothing

So my plow buying experience went much better this time. After a few calls back and forth with the GM to sort things out, it only took maybe 30 minutes once I got to the store. (I live over 100km away) Customer service was aware and the employee was great to work with and efficient. The plow was waiting outside on a forklift and another awesome employee drove it over to my truck and carefully placed it in the box. Not to mention the truckload of 30x points I got that day. Overall very pleased.

Has almost everything a home owner needs but long lines and sometimes not knowledgeable staff but otherwise great

Carol the cashier has a major attitude problem, this isn't the first time she's given not just myself but everyone else in line attitude and being aggressive. Carol, this is your choice to be there, not the customers. If you don't like your job, there's more out there to choose from.

The cashier was very professional. In a time of self check out, I'll take a pleasant cashier anytime.

I would like to take the time to say that I had an outstanding customer service experience with CT Automotive Service! From the time I walked in to the moment I left Justys was absolutely amazing! He was phenomenal with me and kept in contact all day, he went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of and left a happy customer! I would also like to mention Tyler, he was the gentleman who did the work on my SUV and he also was very attentive and kept me in the loop! Both gentlemen made my day and made me smile & laugh, which is very comforting as a customer! I was having a not so great day and they made it a great day! Absolutely exceptional customer service! Hit the Arthur st store. Quick pick up for storage bag to put Xmas lights away. Half the store is a construction zone. However staff member asked what I was looking for and got me to new location. Great personal service

I just left the Arthur St Canadian Tire, struggling through the slush on the way to the truck, using my foot to shuffle carry a boxed baby gate, 2 mops and a bag.
Even though I was only parked 2 spaces up, I was moving quite slowly after 5 days of bed rest, as I'd fallen 10 days ago and hurt my back and hip quite badly.
This is when one of your incredibly lovely sernior employees, stopped on his way into work, grabbed the box from me with a big smile, lifted it as he placed it into the bed of the truck as he said "Here at Canadian Tire, we're all about Customer Service. You grab the latch and I'll grab the box. "
He didn't see me crying from this simple act of kindness he went out of his way to perform. You see, my mother took her life last week and I've been struggling. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. You've employed a spectacular brand embassador that you should be proud of.

Decent for a bit of everything.
Generally easy to find what your looking for if you use the app in conjuction with being in store.
Just cause the online thing says there is "x" amout in stock don't be to expectant that there is any in stock.

I think everything at this location is great. Stock is usually orderly, not misplaced, help is friendly and easy to find, staff actually show up when paged, the store is not so crowded with customers. Although less conveniently located for me, I intend to make this location my primary choice because of the overall good experiences I have had here. I recommend this location highly.

Brought rims in to get tires put on (205/60r16). Ended up getting the completely wrong size tires (235/55r17) put on the rims and given to me. Brought them back to the store to get the right size tires put on the rims. While there the auto service manager tried to lie and started yelling at me that the correct tires were already on the rims to begin with, at this point it was my 4th time there in 3 days.

I choose this location over the Thunder Centre as often as possible. It seems that most of the employees here actually care about their jobs and customers, unlike the other location in town.

Fairly organized store with a little clutter and can sometimes be hard to find staff. Lots of product on the shelves.
