I had an oil change there yesterday and it was the most pleasant auto experience. They had a promo with 4 free bottles.of windshield wash, free car wash, battery check and alignment, plus a separate deal of 15.00 off. They were so pleasant, friendly, and even put a few pins in my skid plate as it was missing some. Will certainly go back again.

This used to be my favourite store. What the heck happened? !? The garden centre used to be the best around. Now it's virtually inaccessible, with the outdoor entrance permanently closed and the nearest store entrance usually closed as well. Inside the layout is confusing and prices have skyrocketed. ($29 for a plastic watering can!) Very disappointed.

Thank you to the new Auto Service Manager, Logan, for dealing with our vehicle’s issue in a very professional and thoughtful manner. He listened, we discussed and mutually agreed on a resolution.

Canadian Tire is great in Midland. I love the vehicle display as you walk into the store. Great help when needed and they have a little bit of everyone.

Placed two orders for pickup. Both orders were ready for pickup within an hour! Way to Canadiam Tire Midland!

I came in the other day for some paint and was helped by a young lady named Amber. She was very helpful in getting me the paint I wanted. 10/10 experience!

I’m only giving a single star because this afternoon I had one of the most frustrating experiences in any Canadian Tire store (I frequent the local store at home a lot)
I’m visiting the area and simply needed a single split ring (key ring) and a
Cr2032 battery. I checked the computer located at the entrance and it directed me to the fishing department for a key ring…. I asked three different employees for directions and one of them could direct me to a battery display or anywhere where I could purchase a simple split ring…. My mobility isn’t 100% so after walking from one end to the other, I left….

Went across the street to Rona…. The cashier knew exactly what I was looking for…pointed it out and I made my purchase and was out of the store in less than five minutes….

Train your employees Canadian Tire Midland!

Went for a product which showed was in stock, only to find none. Staff didn't seem to care.

They need to get the junk out of the isles. You can barely fit one person down most of them let alone someone coming the other way. Also time to bring in self checkout.

I was in store, and asked for help from employee, she said "I'll send someone". No one came, they don't care for customer.

Would like to acknowledge Terry in automotive - exceptional customer service and knowledge. I will be coming back to this location solely based on my interaction with him. Thank you!

Purchased an expensive AGM car battery with 5 yr warranty. After 2 years it would not start my car. They refused to replace the battery because their testor said it was fine. But it would not start my car. Warranty is quite useless and I had to buy a new battery elsewhere. That was the last time I shopped at Canadian Tire. Called customer service corporate. They were no help.

Said they have a BBQ in stock online, but it's not available when you come. Reserve for pickup if you want an item like that because "in stock" can mean "in stock at the offsite warehouse".

Visiting Canada for the first time, I thought wow what a huge Tire dealer, but surprise, they truly have everything (not food lol) the sell pools to hockey sticks, and sure tires too, love the store a real go to for any house hold or outdoor sport needs.

I had the unfortunate experience of a flat tire on my pick up truck while camping in Awenda. Was able to put the spare on and get to Canadian Tire Midland. Your service advisor Ryan was very well spoken and very professional. He explained the patching process and the various reasons why that may not be possible. I left the vehicle with him. He messaged me a few hours later that I was ready to go. The tire was successfully patched and the spare returned to its spot under the truck.

Sorry to say, but got let down here big time. Had no heat in my 2017 Kia Sportage, was notified it needed a thermostat and they had to order for next day. Next day thermostat changed, still no heat. Then tell me that they need to order a actuator to fix it. In other words, wasnt the thermostat at all. I had original thermostat tested and is fine.
So they changed the thermostat for nothing and charged me $431 that didnt fix the problem! They put in the actuator and charged me $223. Have heat but not like before I had the problem. Not happy as I was charged $431 for nothing and they did not offer to help compensate me. Update, was very pleased when Canadian tire Service dept (Lance) called and offered to compensate me for the thermostat and labour. Further update.was lead to believe the refund would be $400 for the unneeded work, but only rec'd $194. So not that happy. Update, After contacting the head office I accepted a $100 gift card. Tks
