Go somewhere else for your auto work. Unapologetically piss poor service skills, time management, and communication. Dropped my car early Friday morning for a quick break pad replacement. It was only ready Sunday. Didn't get a single call from the autoshop informing me of the delays. When I called for status updates they straight up lied to me. Management will gaslight you if you complain. Costco or even Walmart is a better option.

The MOST TERRIBLE shopping experience I’ve ever had. Ordered and paid for a water dispenser online two weeks ago but they NEVER SHIPPED. Went to the store for pickup but the staff told me they can’t find the item after ONE HOUR WAIT. Called them but customer service REFUSED TO CANCEL OR REFUND. This is absolutely a FRAUD. Will request a charge back and never come again!

Worst auto customer experience. Had to wait 40 mins in line before being helped as there was only one sales rep. I called in before coming to confirm the tire quantity. After 40 mins of waiting in line, I was told that they are out of stock now

It's always a pleasant experience experience shopping at the Canadian Tire, staff are very friendly and helpful. A lady by the name of Davi was very helpful.she went over and beyond to help us with some furniture that we were looking! ️

No point of making an appointment with these guys, they make you wait anyways. The employee himself told me “the appointment only guarantees the tire change on the day”. If you care and value your time, change your tires at a local mechanic, they’ll be more honest and would care more to keep a customer around!

I love this store. A must visit when I am in Canada. They sell good and interesting stuff. Prices are reasonable too. Big shortage of staff if you need help. So one star less otherwise it's good.

I changed 4 tires this morning, after I received my car I found that they scratched the rims all around. Then I complained to the manager and he said that was dirt only. Very disappointed experience. Extremely bad customer service technicians are lack of experience.

Comparable to other retailers in terms of return policy, this of course in addition to the manufacturer's warranty. They were flexible enough to honor a return for a time-limited store credit, that I actually managed to use the same day I got it to buy some needed items (bicycle ceiling mounts). They could do better on their on their online store to place more details on each purchase item bit they didn't, they don't even have 10% of the details you'll find on Amazon for a similar item. This is a Canadian staple been around since the 30's, they should try to do better to attract more online shoppers. Apparently, it's not easy as someone may think it is but they should put more effort and bets on improving their online store/marketplace!

Horrible completely horrible. Scheduled a service appointment for 6pm and I arrive before hand and all ready to go. They don’t even take my car in for an hour. I had to go the service desk to ask them what was wrong. No one came to me. If I didn’t go ask no one would of came to tell me that they couldn’t service my car. What a horrible service and customer experience. Shame.

Called ahead about winter tires for my first car and got good info over the phone. When I got there, the lady pulled the tires and noticed the date of manufacture was 4 years ago. She recommended I check stock at another location. Great advice and they had my safety as an inexperienced driver in mind. Fantastic service.

I’ve been to this Canadian Tire for parts a number of times and each time I’ve ran into the same problem with the parts counter. Today I asked for service, the technician operating the service desk called for a parts employee. I waited for ten minutes and walked out because no one came to help after several p.a. Calls. This is not the first time, and I've gone at varying times throughout the day. It is frustrating and the store would benefit from updating the procedures in how they service these clients. I chose this Canadian Tire because the previous one I went to did not have stock of pads, but that store was helpful, maybe take a note from their operations to make yours more efficient.

It seems like the system is getting back to normal, but still covid protocol is strictly maintained. All shelves are fully stocked. Check out counter is pretty quick.

Horrible store and horrible staff. Went to buy a lawn mower last Friday evening. They had barely a few models for display and whatever was available was stacked in heavy boxes. Definitely needed some associate to answer my questions and help me make a decision. Waited for half an hour in the aisle without anyone bothering to help. Futilely asked two floor associates to page their colleague who mans that lawn mower section. Went to customer service to seek help but that insensitive lady asks me to be patient and wait. Still wait after waiting for half an hour? She starts blaming staff shortage on the pandemic. Her attitude was as if CT is selling the lawn mowers for free and doing a favor to the customers by keeping the store open and fulfilling their daily needs. Issue escalated to her supervisor but she is nothing better. Finally, some one showed up in the aisle. When asked what took him so long, he says he had not even heard the page.

CT staff, please get your act together. It is very easy to tell customers to wait even after waiting for half an hour. Would you be thrilled if you go to some store and no one attends you even after waiting for half an hour. If there is staff shortage, spend money and hire staff. Ontario Premier might have put a limit on customers entering the store, not on how much staff you can hire. And improve your work practices. Your staff is expected to acknowledge their colleague's page and give an ETA if it will take them a while to show up. Else you will continue losing business just like my lawn mower dollars went to Home Depot near your location that evening.

Very slow and bad service. I visited this location to replace one tire as it was under warranty from Canadian Tires.they said it will take less than an hour but it took more than 4 hours to replace one single tire. You don’t get proper service as long as they know you have no other option if you bought warranty from them and on top of that they charged me on labor and price difference that they decide and can go as high as the price of a new tire. It was a bad decision to replace my tires in Canadian Tires in the 1st place

I’d give them 0 stars if possible.
Workers are very rude and don’t have any sense of customer service. (One guys was great to be honest, but that’s after me waiting for a while and flagging him down)
Their curbside pick up is so disorganised and the system is literally set up for their staff to fail.
Says to text in but there is no answer from the text. Website says we’ve completed our pick up and nothings been brought out to us
Waited 20 minutes for them to bring us the wrong order.
When the girl finally came out she tells me the reason for the delay was because the name I gave her was not the pick up name. Showed me the print out, IT WAS MY NAME ON THE PICK UP ORDER! Maybe reading is not part of the job description?

The customer service is useless. I ordered online for curb pickup with full payment. I got order confirmation. I also got notification to pickup my order. When I went to pickup, out of two items only one item was delivered. For other item no body knows about status. The staff was rude and manager was not ready to listen my concern too. Manager gave me number to contact their head office. There is no one at head office to pick up phone.

Altogether I had horrible experience at this store. Not worth of even 0 star.

I came here to pick up 3 times I bought online. When I came to pick them up from the store, after receiving the email for pick up, I was told that two of my items had been cancelled. I was never provided a reason and when I go back to the site now, it says the items are still available for purchase. I'm not sure why they only gave me one item out of three and cancelled the other two, when the site says they are available and in stock. It even says how many are available at the store. Disappointing.

I went to pickup my online order only to learn that they close at 6 PM! I arrived at 6: 05 and there was nothing that they could do for me. Really, Canadian Tire?
I have been shopping here for years. It's time to start shopping elsewhere.
Oh, and you cannot redeem your Canadian Tire "money" while shopping online. So disappointing.

Canadian Tire at Heartland area did an excellent service during the black Friday week. I noticed the staff were so organized and prepared to absorb the demand of incoming shoppers. Customers were able to complete their shopping conveniently. Salute!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The only thing they’re good at is wasting your time. Came in yesterday to book an appointment for an e-test and some services, the guy made an on appointment for 10: 30am today. I came for 10: 30am only to be told that there was no one available to do an e-test. They didn’t even apologize for their mistake.

You can purchase lots of stuff here, and the people assigned to the non-auto section were nice. But when it comes to the auto section, lines were quite slow (changing winter tires) and very little waiting room for a lot of people to wait in. Overall, pretty good though!

I like Canadian tire, this one on Heartland is decent but to crowded with everything.
Few days ago I was at Canadian tire Oakville, woow, nice and clean and they have so many different products, especially automotive. Heartland needs cleanup and maybe more space.

The store is fine. However, their carpet cleaning machine I rented did not work. It dispensed some water and immediately sucked it up, doing no more than wetting the surface of the carpet. By the time I had finished cleaning, the carpet was completely dry underneath and many stains remained (stains that I later easily removed by hand). The machine offers a superficial cleaning at best while requiring quite a bit of soap mixture which was wasted.

Waited 20 min after a page to help assist in skate section. Still waiting. 2nd page through system still no one assisting. This is the 2nd time I've come to the store. Very disappointing.

AMANDA R In the Auto Service is an absolute ROCKSTAR. The wait at 8 am was 30 minutes which was rather long but once I started speaking with Amanda she listened to me and the problems i was having. I had been having a problem with one of my tires and was expecting to have to replace it. Amanda actually came out into the parking lot to diagnose the problem before bringing the car into the service bay. Once it was inside she personally took care of it as well as had 2 other mechanics look at it, she called me to tell me what was going on. Amanda's honesty saved me TON of money and I couldn't be more grateful.her customer service was out of this world. I hope Canadian Tire recognizes what a treasure they have with her.

Rip off and Worst customer service ever. I went for oil change and the advisors were walking around doing nothing at the auto centre and no one was serving me. After a good few minutes wait Service Supervisor himself who was also around came to one of the work stations and asked me what am I in for.

Oil change was advertised $42. - plus tax and they charged me $59 ar cash out. They gave me few suggestions to replace airfilter for $7 unit price abs additional $25 for labour ripoff and to get new front tires. When I declined to get these additional services and paid $59 key was given back to me and they didnot even reset oil life back to 100% which is their job. When I went back in to complain the technician who performed oil change was showing me attitude and said I can show you and do it yourself.

Went in looking for a P Clamp.

Could not find any logical layout to the store to help me locate what I needed. I wandered multiple aisles befor encountering anyone. When I did, they told me “past aisle 30” - I had already been down all of those aisles. I asked them to walk down and show me. They informed me they didn’t work in the area so didn’t know and I asked that I be directed to someone that did. They begrudgingly walked me to a colleague who also had absolutely no idea but suggested I check aisle 31 (spoiler: no).

At no point was I asked for a further explanation/description/picture to help aid them in their search.

I even showed them pictures and an item on their own website that matched what I was looking for.

In the end I ended up using one of their self service tablets (which are slow as hell) and was able to find they are located in aisle 10 (for anyone interested in P Clamps).

I ended up leaving as they had only a single size and no one around interested to help further find other sizes.

I went to Lowe’s, walked in and found the item I needed in 2 minutes as everything is clearly labelled and organized. Not only that but an incredibly helpful staff member willing to walk me through all alternative options and how I should proceed.

Save yourself the headache and shop at Lowe’s.or Home Hardware.or Home Depot.

I'm never coming back here, I ordered my winter tires on Thursday and i was told they were going to arrive the next day yet they were booked till next Wednesday and that's when i get to install them, i was also told that I'll get 2 phone calls one when the tires arrive (the next day) and to confirm my appointment, sadly i never got any of those phone calls and i tried calling them 5 times on the day before the appointment and 5 times on the day of the appointment i was able to get through to them 30 minutes before my appointment which the said i didn't have and that my tires weren't at the store yet, the guy who answered said that I'll get a call when they arrive and you guessed it right, i didn't.
I go to the store one week later and discover that the tires had arrived but no one called me and if needed them done at that day I'd have to leave my car till the end of the day so they can squeeze it in between appointments or its gonna be and extra week till the next appointment i agreed and had my car done by the end of the day, when i got inside the car i saw the low tires pressure sign but I'm not gonna go back there i just did it myself, and that's why I'm never coming back

Had the absolute worst car service today. I dropped my car in the morning to swap out the winter tires. One of my winters was punctured and I asked if it could be repaired. They said they would take a look at it and if it couldn’t be repaired then they would call me about purchasing a new tire. I told them they had authorization to put a new tire on my behalf and that I would cover it when I came in to pick up my car. I was told all in all it would take 3-5 hours. Ok fine no biggie. I call 5 hours later and I get an answer immediately that it should be about an hour more and that they will call me to arrange a pick-up (they use Uber as a shuttle here). No call from them for the next two hours and I called back over 9 times within 2-4 hours after the initial call. I kept getting voicemail. So I got my brother to drop me there only for the service advisor to say that my vehicle is not ready. Keep in mind it’s been 9 hours already. 30 minutes later the assistant supervisor comes out to say that the technician couldn’t reach me via phone (since the tire did need to be replaced) and that he left at 4: 00. He did NO work
to my vehicle whatsoever. They offered no apology, could provide no proof that anyone from their store had reached out to me, and offered no faster service the next day. I declined coming back and was still charged $50.00 for the visit.

I love shopping at Canadian Tire, just not this store. I am not picking on the older layout, the crazy parking lot, not the reason for my poor review. I find that if you need assistance, heaven forbid your going to the Autodesk or anything in a locked cabinet, you'll be waiting for everyone to ask for help, then you need to wait for them. This seems to be the case the last 3 times I have gone. I won't be back, take the time to drive to another store.

Average store and service, not very descriptive but expectations are low and this Canadian Tire location similar to most has employees that are not interested in going out of their way to help shoppers, two employees in isle were actually completely focussed on their issue with a shelf item, rather than anything happening around them, a reflection of most retail outlets these days, sorry to say.

I went to get my tires changed and they put on the wrong tires (i wanted winter tires and also paid for them and they put all season tires) that same day no one called me that my car was ready and I kept trying to reach them but no one was picking up. I had to taxi it Canadian tire and grab my car. The next day I realized they were not winter tires and called them back to change them from which they didnt pick up. A couple days later I stopped by to ask them to change it (which they did thankfully! But had very bad customer service didnt take into account any of my time that I had spent or the hassle) then once again didnt call me once the car was done. I had to keep calling in order to reach them and then they finally sent the uber 20 mins before the store closed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very helpful employees, the only con is stock. They have way less than I am used to. But I won't rate the store less because of it as that isn't their fault, that's a corporate thing.

This location is way better than the Shoppers world Brampton and McLaughlin Brampton. They have good stock of inventory and staff is always looking for help. Not tired and "i am not in mood to help anyone" phase. Very satisfied. Reccomended.
