Canadian Tire

Inventory is never accurate.if it shows 1 in stock, you might be out of luck. Some staff are friendly. Seen better stores in different locations.

Well stocked store for a smaller location. Was in to get a few things at Mark’s inside the CT. Had what I needed.

Cashier was unpleasant and seemed annoyed that she had to do her job. I was also sold an item that had been previously purchased, used, repackaged, and resold. I called the 1-800 number, explained the situation, and Canadian Tire offered to make things right without me having to ask.

I would like to know if you have a policy on mask wearing in your store? I went to the Canadian Tire today and there was a man not wearing a mask and nobody said anything. Another customer mentioned that fact, but still no reaction. I would really like it if we could stop the fourth wave!

My car broke down near Hearst. Had it towed to Canadian Tire. Explained I was from out of town and asked them to look at it asap. It was Sunday. There are no mechanics on site on Sundays.that's ok. They promised to look at it on Monday. By Wednesday they still didn't gave a diagnosis. Then they called me and said they could neither diagnose nor fix the problem. This is a national auto repair shop. How can they not even figure out what the issue is? And despite their friendliness, I question their competence.

Small store but great service! I needed my tires torqued on Thanksgiving weekend while on a long trip, and this was the only place I was able to find that could help me!

Terrible return policy. If you are not sure how something works or is compatible ask an employee to check that does. If you go back because to return it you are going to have issues even with a receipt. Better to drive out to Kapuskasing and get it Wal-Mart or order it online from Amazon. Atleast they dont penalize you for shopping with them.

Unfortunately this Canadian Tire governs it's return policy differently than other Canadian Tire stores. I purchased a fan and I was disappointed with its performance so I figured no big deal, I will return it and buy a hopefully better performing product. But I was denied the return/exchange since there was no factory defect with the fan, it works perfectly fine. Returns have never been an issue with any other Canadian Tire I've been to, so I'm taking my business elsewhere

Excellent service, store is well organized. I was able to get all my answers by asking their staff. It's important to make a good impression to the customers and visitors that stops for a short time. Nice job!

Talk about service! Needed an oil change and switch my tires and only one set of rims. They were booked solid for a full week. I explained I desperately needed an oil change because needed to travel out of town before that date. Did not mind having two appointments. Instead booked my oil change and got an extra crew member to come in and accommodate me. Full inspection done, oil change and tire switcheroo in a much shorter time anticipated too. Thanks will be back for my next one too.

-5 stars getting watched everywhere you go. And they make it look like they're doing something like cleaning the shelfs. The only reason I go there is because it's the only one for 130km

Young man gave me super service all the till big box was in my car. Thank you for the good sercice.
