Dropped my car after it wouldn't start, even after jumpstarting, there was a fuel issue.

They replaced the battery and serviced the fuel system, but they missed checking the radio after replacing the battery. Which was working fine before because it turned on after the jumpstart.

Now after the new battery the radio is dead.

They want to charge extra to look and fix this new issue, which didn't exist before.  It feels like a money grab, and sadly, it's cost them a loyal customer who spent over a thousand and would have spent thousands more here over just wanting to make a few extra hundred

They usually overcharge than other repair shops, and I was ok with paying a bit more when I trusted them to do a good job, but that trust is gone.

When you get something fixed, you don't expect them to break something new.

So long, Canadian Tire Auto Parts and Service Centre!

Worst customer service when you ho back to return anything. These guys will joy return your money and will ask you to replace the product even if you do jot want it. My wife bought a coffee maker and we kinda didn’t like it. We open the box but did not use the product even one time and after two days went back to return it. The girl at the return desk started arguing that I have to bu exchange it and they will not return it them she called her manager who was even a bigger nonsense then her. He didn’t understand what I am talking I dont know how Canadian Tire can be this irresponsible that his employees do not understand what customer is saying I told them very clearly If you do not wanna return the my money then put it on a gift card. But it took me 30 min to explain such a simple thing. I am not going back ever to this Great lake location. Big time waste.

Ridiculous service i dropped my car at this location at 2pm for oil change only the guy at customer service desk gave me hour or hour and half estimate to get my car in the shop i went back to pickup my car at 6pm but it wasn’t done yet and i had to come back without service done. Never trust theirs estimate time it could be more than u imagine

Waited for employees to reach bicycle section so that i can buy one even asked 5 employees nothing

Service was terrible. Staff was rude. We waited way too long before being acknowledged and had to wait for our skates to be sharpened while staff socialized.

The employee here name as GRANT … has very rude behaviour. Please give him some classes to how to talk with customer. Thats not way how to talk with someone. BAD EXPERIENCE

Good place for all car cleaning items and accessories. Also they have good collection of kitchen related items. Not that much crowds but billing counter team is very slow.

This location is absolute garbage. Auto services have poor customer service. Waited on hold for 25 minutes, representative picked up, immediately put on hold for another 20 minutes without explanation or words spoken about my inquiry. Had to call back, and had to quickly tell the person on the phone not to put me on hold as I have already been waiting for 45 minutes.then proceeded to be very unhelpful with my inquiry. I had called another location to help me earlier in the week, somehow he was able to see if he had the parts and be informative without putting me on hold for an eternity. What is wrong with this location? Do better!

Canadian Tire never disappoints. I went there to take a look at tools on sale and this location always has things on sale at visible sights.

I wanted an oscillating tool and I got it for $30 mastercraft brand in like 2 minutes. Yes I did the staff where I should look for it and they actually took me to the aisle and helped me out.

Staff is really professional and nice they show the true Canadian values.

Cheap management. They had 1 cashier on a busy Saturday with over 20 customers in line. Less employees and more profit. Who even shops at canadian tire unless theirs a sale.

Do not Buy Car Batteries from Canadian Tire at Trinity Common Mall in Brampton. They do not honor their warranty. They will make up any excuses for not to exchange the battery under warranty. I bought a 200 Battery in Sept 2016 and it has 3 years warranty. The service manager declined to exchange it. I don't seem to be the only person who experienced that. When I was waiting in line, two other customers had the same issue and they will not exchanged their batteries as well, and another customer also had the same issue while I was being served. That is 4 customers in less than half an hour that they declined to honor their warranty. Stay away from the Canadian Tire store at Trinity common mall. The parts manager is rude along with his staff. They don't seem to care about taken care of customers.

Worst service in the service centre.do not ever store your tires there.they don't have enough man power.they will take hours to change tires.no appointments. We have to walk in and wait for hours.i went there several times to change tires.they have no time.i took off today and went there. Still 7 to 8 hours they are saying. I said I want to get my tire back.so they said I can't. I have to come back.they need 24 hours.what kind of service is this.

I purchased headlights for my car recently. I used the tablet to make a selection. The tablet had one set that listed incorrectly. I was told i could only get a credit and that I would have to take it up with corporate. After getting the return attendant to speak with management a refund was issued. Totally unacceptable answer if you ask me

Horrible service at the busiest time of the year Christmas.only 2 cashier's and too much waiting time for cash out.
No carts available inside.leave alone sanitised.looks like covid is all forgotten.it was snowing.and the customers had to go outside to pick a cart.

The staff is quite rude, not just one or two staff members but overall essentially every staff member I met was passive and dismissive. The website also constantly shows that there is stuff in stock however it is never there. This has happened to me on two separate occasions.

Terrible customer service.yesterday I wait 4 hour their.but at the end they never repair my car, as well as they call me for money.today I repair my car some where else.front guy is very roude.

Terrible experiences at their auto service department. Too many to list. Why do I even keep going back. Never again. Recent one was for oil change and tire rotation. I marked my tires, just to be certain the right thing is done. Much to my chagrin, the tire rotation wasn't done even though it was part of the service. I got really mad. So they take my car back in and accuse the mechanic of negligence. I told them I would be making a formal complaint. And I think I should. This latest scam is the last straw. Just the whole vibe there is terrible.

Took my SUV to get 4 motomaster tires installed because they told me they have the tires instock over the phone. I confirmed that online as well. I arrived at 8 a.m, the put the car on the hoist and 1/2 hr later, the service person calls to say, the tires are out of stock - seriously Canadian Tire? Could you not check that you HAVE the tires BEFORE you put a car on the hoist?

Always find what i need here. Staff are very helpful in finding items. Scanners in store make it simple to double check prices. Wish they had more indoor plants.

This location is too expensive than other locations. All other Canadian tire location charges around 90 plus tax for oil change but this location charges 130 plus tax

I had a very bad experience with an online order with this store. I ordered 4 rims from the automotive department on November 9. After 24 hours I attended at the store to see if my order was going to be processed soon. The auto technician said it took 48-72 hours to process an online order. When I said to the technician that I hoped that the rims would still be in stock, he assured me that they would. This morning I received a cancellation of my order with no explanation. I then called the automotive department of the store and was told that they were out of stock and would not be restocked until December. The customer service representative was unsympathetic and abrupt and kept insisting that they do not cancel orders. I then contacted the online Customer Service Department for Canadian Tire. The customer service representative I spoke with was very sympathetic and understanding. She contacted the store and was told that the rims were taken from the warehouse for customers who bought winter tires and were having them installed. I find that to be a very dishonest way of doing business. It appears that they intentionally do not fill online orders so that they have stock for their automotive department customers. I bought my tires from this store and had just ordered my rims from them as well. I would have had them installed by the same store. Now I will go elsewhere because of the way my issue was dealt with, the inconvenience it has caused me and the way they do business. My advice is to not trust the automotive department of this store for online orders.

Update to my review. I ordered 4 rims from the CT store on Queen Street at 11 am today and they are already ready for pick up. Definitely go to the Queen Street store for all your CT orders! Great, fast, friendly service! 5+ stars!

Bought 2 pairs of winter tires for both of my vertices. The grip is amazing, should be helpful for this winter. Definitely worth it!

Just terrible! Stores look like a flea market, can't find no one too help u. Bumping into everything and everyone, cause the asles r so packed. One other thing, if u call Canadian Tire on phone, no answers r u r hold for ever.

I recently came into Canadian Tire this week because I was having mechanical issues with my car, and the workers there were incredibly helpful, especially the man who helped me find the engine coolant fluid, Saurav!

Placed an order for curbside pick up Wednesday around 4pm. My email from them stated it would most likely be ready by 7pm. It’s now Friday. I call them to see what the issue is only to have them place me on hold for 40 minutes just to have them tell me they have 3 in stock but can’t find them. I don’t get how you lose 3 large cabinets. The employee on the phone was rude and not helpful at all. If they couldn’t find it why not notify me so I can make arrangements to find cabinets else where.

Was there on a Sunday night. Staff seems to always be willing to help. Found what I was looking for quickly. Check out line was a bit long but went by fast.

Marg is one of the nicest employees who is actually trying to help the customers. I had such a nice experience today. She gave me a discount on a stained pair of shoes. Shes super sweet and respectful!

Worst service.curbside pick up mess. They emailed my bike ready and when go to pick up.they don’t have in stock.manager is helpless. Better to buy online other location than here.i would give negetive star if allowed.one star too much

Customer service is horrible…. Don’t even think about calling them
because, you will be stuck on hold forever…and don’t even bother to get your Canadian tire product checked there if you bought it from another store…. They will simply reject you and tell you to go to another store.

They don’t know the value of time of the customer. I waited 25 min. In the aisle for the key to get the colour paint cans. No body have the freakin key. Still I didn’t got the paint. At last i left the store. Bad customer service

Buying and spending your money at the moment is just fine.having a problem or issue with the purchase.that's when the TRUE colors.come out.and all the B. S.and attitude comes out.

Before new owners.and new management the store was a very good place to shop.and get help.

Overall is a good store, gets very busy. There weren't enough cashiers working so the line was quite long, took a while to check out

Today was great. Two days ago I went to pick up an item which was in a locked case, I spoke with an employee stating my need. He said that he would send someone over. I was standing and waiting by the locked case which was located just where customers are lining up to cash. No one came to assist me. I left and went to another Canadian Tire location to get what I needed. Talk about bad customer service at the Trinity Commons location. Their favourite line is" I don't work in this department " and brush you off. Never have this problem at Queen and Chrysler Drive location.

Went there to buy a bbq machine, Staff lady (seemed like Manager or Asst Mgr) was soo rude. However we bought the machine but never visit again.

If I could give this store a zero I would. This is the second time I have had the same issue with a Brampton location. They ship broken items and when you call customer service for a exchange the only thing they can do is refund you.
I would implore you not to have anything delivered from this particular location. Either go into the store or choose a different Canadian tire.

They just provided a generic response. *** Ladies and Gentleman again like I said previously don't order from this particular store they clearly don't care about their customers.

Was super hard to find employees to ask them a question about bike wheel tubes and if there was anyone there to repair a bike tire and after 10 minutes of looking for the bike section employee. He was not helpful or useful. I do understand that there were lot of people in the store but at least answer simple questions. Ended up going to another Canadian Tire and they were a lot more helpful

Extremely disappointed with curb side pick up procedure here. Waited 40 mins in my car, saw cars come after me and leave. It seems they prioritize the light stuff, whatever is easier for their staff to carry and no procedure to prioritize people who come first. I had purchased a car battery, I got tired of waiting in the hot sun and went up to the door just to see the battery I had purchased just sitting there at the bottom of the shelf. Had I not gone up who knows how long I would have waited. Will not be buying anything from this location in the future. Note to management, revisit your operating procedures.

Takes 45 mins in the curbside pickup to get the order. You would think they would have figured out how curb side pick up works by now

Nice place to visit for good deals but staff needs to be a little more efficient as people are waiting in lines outside the store in hot weather. They take their sweet time to process transactions specially the return counters

Very well organized store. Well managed curbside pickup. Thanks to the manager for that. With in 5 minutes I was out of there for the curbside pickup. I went to the other store at Mc Laughlin Rd, it was a disaster. It took me an hour to pick up a order.

Ranged 5 times to the store ; not even once they care to take the call and revert to the the calls ; very bad customer service.
8th feb 21 - Due to lockdown expecting atleast good customer service. Not picking up the phone to help customers

Excellent service even during this pandemic. Got same day appointment and was in and out in 30 minutes. They even made recommendations for me. Thanks Canadian tire!

Long line ups for the curbside pickup. Not sure why they're doing this differently than other companies.

The employee I dealt with was very helpful.
I needed oil for my car.so I did an online order in the parking lot.when I pulled up the employee said it takes a day for online orders and I couldn't really leave without the oil. So he ran in and got my order ready. Turns out you can make orders right at the door or call in! ‍️

Although closed for curb side pick up only prior to our current lock down they said they had curb side pick up but unfortunately it was not available on all items. No help from the store level regarding this matter.

COVID19 protocols are followed efficiently. Curbside pickup is a little hassle due to the holiday season, yet they are doing their job well I would say.

Looks like Getting ready for boxing days. Too many items, needs organization. But I got what I needed with the help of worker, named Fatima. Thanks to her and efforts she made.

The reason I gave 4 stars is because I couldn't find everything I was looking for.maybe I went to late. Hopefully on my next visit I'll be able to give 5.

The Canadian Tire at Mclaughlin and Bovaird seriously needs to be better organized. That store is montersous disaster site. Even leaving the store is a struggle, especially with these Covid times. They MUST have a better layout. You get harrassed just leaving the store because you have to pass a whole line of people. Very bad. Please do better. I cant help but avoid this location until they come up with something and that's unfortunate as its close to my dwelling.

Ordered online for curbside p/u. After receiving confirmation my order was ready drove 15 min.to store and waited 20 minutes only to find out they couldn't find the product ordered. Received email stating they couldn't find the product 1/2 hour after I had returned home. Frustrated and xxxxxx off.

My bike has been at their store for repairs for over 6 months and they have yet to order the parts to fix it.

Went to purchase BBQ told someone to help with lifting and carrying it to cash counter. Told the people working at store twice no one showed up for help after waiting for 15-20 min went to customer service told the lady the issue didn't even bother to apologize and just made announcement again overhead. Finally my husband asked the guy where can he can the cart to put big box that's when he decided to help my husband. Pathetic staff and service

Went here with my eldest daughter to get some plastic totes that were on sale. They were doing a promotion for their MasterCard and the young man who was working this promotion was very rude and pushy. My daughter told him that she already had the MasterCard so she had no need for another. He followed us through the store and insisted on seeing her credit card as proof to which she refused. If management reads this please better train your staff that when a customer says no that should be a sufficient answer. On the bright side both the lady who helped me get the product that I wanted, as it was out of reach on the top shelf, and the cashier who checked us out were super friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

You will probably find more stock here than any other Canadian Tire, and they also have extended hours comparing to other nearby Canadian Tire outlets.

This is a standard sized Canadian Tire. The mall where it's located can get fairly crazy in the weekends, so parking can either be good or bad depending on the day of the week, time of day etc. The shelves were well stocked and there were a good variety of products. Overall a slightly above average Canadian Tire experience.

Stay far away from this location, no body has a clue as to what customer service is including the owner CHRIS. He is rude, unprofessional and has a major attitude problem.

As a customer you have to approach the employees at this location and request for help, you can be waiting in the service department without anyone asking you if you need help, they don't make eye contact and totally ignore you

I decided to launch a customer complaint against this location so they can learn to treat their customers with respect and the owner CHRIS can learn what the meaning of customer service is.

Danica in auto service deserves a raise. She went above and beyond to help me with my car needs. She saw me waiting at the parts desk and offered her service quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with my experience.

Found the battery which I was looking for and was not available to find at at the staples across this Canadian tire. The batteries were placed behind the customer service counter so the wait was a little long

This is the only Canadian Tire website that is so easy to navigate. It is very helpful when looking for specific items because the website will inform you what aisle and shelf the item can be found in stores. I love that. As a customer this saves me a lot of time and that is important. Thank you Canadian Tire Trinity for this.

Horrible phone service. Was on hold over 20mins and I finally hung up. When I’m there they are always on the phone. When I call they put me on hold. Wtf!

The store was clean and I was able to find the stuff I had been looking for, though a bit expensive.

I could not believe the service guys were so dishonest. Cheats. 2nd visit in 25 years. Never again. I paid for tire rotation and was fooled.

Messy. Got shower extension - arm mount. Found it has a defect that sprayed our bathroom and me allover! Now I have to go back.ect. Annoying.

Went there today to pick up a online order which a confirmation email was sent. Waited in the pick up line for for over half an hour (no joke). When all of a sudden a family cut right in front if me, my wife and screaming baby and they said John the manager said they could cut to the front. When i asked where is this so called manager they exchanged a life altering story that nearly brought me to tears about a gift card.the cashier then left to make sure they were telling the truth. Well this P. O. S manager john nooded from his office on the otherside of the store. Turns out they were telling the truth however. If a manager is addressing a issue he/she must follow through and check them out at a different till. All this bs drama could have been avoided all together instead of being extremely rude to my family who patiently waited in queue and waited our turn. John if you're not willing to put in the work of a manager, please step aside. CT is misrepresented by your lazy A and you should resign your tough guy tattoos arent fooling anyone.
