Usually have what i'm looking for. When you look it up on their app, the quantity displayed is 100% accurate.
A lot of their sale prices are unbeatable.

I find Canadian Tire to be a store I only shop at when I'm in a pinch for something because the pricing is Ludicrous. Sometimes if they have as sale item you can get a good deal if something is in the flyer. Canadian companies need to learn fair pricing as opposed to playing price games with their customers. Don't get me started about how big a scam the garage is in there.

I needed to return an item and customer service took care of it very quickly. Very impressed

Same as any other Canadian Tire however website doesn't reflect what's in stock, that or the staff is incompetent.

Nice to have the ability to shop for kitchen items, tools and garden items all in one spot. And there’s always a good selection as well.

Well, we went there with the purpose of obtaining fishing-related goods. Not being Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom types, we needed direction. There was not one soul available in the fishing aisles who could offer any “expert” advice. There were three other souls in the same boat (pardon the pun) as us. Heading Lake Huron for some fishing, and wanting to know what lures are best for specific types of fish, depths &c. They asked me. They asked my party. Upon being told to “Best Google it, man, ” they then asked a sales associate for the fishing expert. The sales associate apologized and said there was no one available. So, you had some very disappointed potential customers who made up their mind to head to Bass Pro to find some answers.
That said, I got a quart of Motul 20w50 I wanted, so there’s that.
People expect sales help to be knowledgeable in the areas in which they are working. It may be an outdated concept, but folk like talking about things and bouncing ideas off one another.

Wide selection of home furnishing but limited selection for Ottoman. Didn't find anything suitable. Leon's is always a good place to look around for home furnishing ideas.

I only give negative reviews after I give the company a chance to make things right. I placed an online order for a piece of furniture in May, said pick up would be June 2nd, today is June 27th. After contacting the location and being told they can’t help me and gave me the corporate number - called and escalated, said I’ll get an email by Tuesday June 20th, I didn’t, called today June 27th and told I did get a call on 19th with a VM saying it won’t be ready now till end of august. I waited over 1 month to be told this? Why couldn’t they communicate sooner? Why did I have to waste time calling and escalating 3 times?
So I said will you do anything for this horrible experience so you keep a loyal customer? He said no sorry.
I expressed my loyalty and that I’ve spent over $2000 just last month with Canadian tire. Again, they didn’t seem to care. When you add up customer experiences like this, this will drive business down. I will not trust CT moving forward and my loyalty has been lost. Again, gave them a chance even said if I leave my honest review CT better not try to defend their actions and they replied “go ahead you’re entitled to your opinion” - really poor experience. Please avoid at all costs.

I left my work car there for service when i went to pick it up the next day 3 quarter's of gas missing, car completely empty, 9 kilometers to empty my dashboard said, i went back inside to complain and they said they will look at the cameras and get back to me. Not a happy camper if this does not get resolved they will never do another thing on my car

Good place to shop, plenty of parking, wide range of products and there are usually good deals to be found. They always seem to be well stocked and they always seem to be busy, I love the buzz of the people when I visit.

I love going to this place. So much and at such a fair price and can find almost anything there. Beautiful garden with many plants for the beautiful weather. And such friendly staff and cashiers. I've found everything I needed with ease thanks to the staff.

One of the better Canadian Tire stores in Burlington and surrounding area. Clean / Neat store that is well organized, with super helpful staff!

This store is always clean and staff is helpful and accommodating. We never have trouble finding what we came for and usually leave with things we didn't come for too ;)

Canidan tire have the best mechanic in town they might be $$$but it's worth every $you spend the advice based on latest computer analysis and the advice is free no comment

I had a minor repair completed today on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Service advisors Marcus, Ron, and the repair technician (sorry I didn’t get his name) were professional, courteous, friendly, and accommodating. Thank you very much, gentlemen…great work.

A common store in many Canadian towns. Always great service.
What I like is if I'm traveling and have a problem with something I bought here I can find a store to deal with the warranty.

Store is always dirty, low stock on things and staff is extremely unhelpful. When calling to ask a question to staff I was on the line ringing to customer care for 10 minutes. When staff picked up they were extremely rude and unfriendly and hung up after they replied in a rude one word reply to my question.

Went to buy snow brushes, racks were overflowing, took one down and a bunch fell down. Brushes were in wrong racks, confusing prices, some had no part numbers to clarify pricing. Not a plessant way to shop. Shud be stored in barrels

First time at this Canadian Tire location and it was amazing. This store is huge!

I loved the setup and distribution of the store. It was very well maintained, organized and stocked.

Great deals and products that I haven't found at others stores, specially the ones where I live: Guelph.

I interacted with some of their staff looking for items that I wanted and they were very friendly and helpful.

The only issue was the young girl at the cashier who scanned two of my items twice but I noticed right away and she reversed it. Also one of the items didn't have the bar code and she asked me to get another one. I had no problem with that, but the people on the line for paying had a different opinion.

Despite this, I will came back again because I loved this store.

There are alot of very helpful and friendly staff at this location. Some of the other locations could teach their staff about customer service. Keep up the great work!

The absolute worst customer service at the service center i have ever received. Just when I seem to think I can try cdn tire again, they disappoint. Do yourself a favour and bring your car somewhere else.

Had a bad experience made even worse by choosing to go here. My heater hose blew in my truck and spewed coolant everywhere in my engine bay while visiting family in Burlington. I had hoped that good ole Can Tire would hook me up with some heater hose, clamps and some new coolant. I couldn't find heater hose in Automotive section after looking around I asked an associate where I can find heater hose and his response was " I don't know, ask that guy over there. So I went over explained my situation and was told 'Oh no we don't sell heater hose" He then proceeded to tell me to go check in Plumbing aisle as they have hose there. So off I go and what did I find? A $49.99 roll of dishwasher/washing machine drain hose that says right on it "not for under hood use". Oh well that's not going to work, and I'm not even going to try it especially for $49.99 for like a 4ft roll. So after accepting that I'm not going to get any heater hose at this place I figured I'd grab some coolant and clamps at least and try to come up with another plan. As I'm walking to the cash through the automotive section low and behold guess what I found? Yup, packages of Prestone heater hose with bright yellow letters on the bag sitting on a shelf, I knew they sold it I've seen it before at other locations. I'm not one to complain but that's brutal, wasted 20 minutes wondering in plumbing aisle looking to play McGuyver with a bunch of drain hose. Point being employees must have some product knowledge at the least or perhaps flipping burgers would be a more advantageous career choice.

Brutal, keep multiple car brands of engine/cabin filters behind the parts desk and do not staff it adequately.

I wanted to do the safety certification for my car & they came up with unreasonable issue that they said I needed to fix before they can issue the certificate which it doesn't effect the safety certification process. The funny thing is, they charged me for looking at the car & no service was done.

Other Canadian Tire auto service has done the certificate for me with no issue.

This is the greatest Canadian tire store I have ever been to. It’s massive and has a larger selection of items.

I don't know. I think there is a certain atmosphere or vibe in there that I don't personally like. I barely shop in couple of stores. I know they have certain stuff no one have. Had what I needed ready at the counter when I arrived. Called another store when I needed something they didn't have and had it set aside for me

I bring my vehicles here for oil changes etc. The automatic technicians and store staff are friendly, fair and knowledgeable. The aisles are wide and shelves are well stocked. Each department has readily available staff to answer questions or find items for you

This store is going thru major aisle changes, so hard to find where items are when you are use to where they were before

Pretty big canadian tire that i have visited so far. Great stock, was able to find what i needed. Staff was very helpful aswell

Very trustworthy, well priced and helpful auto department. We will be taking all 4 of our vehicles to this location from now on.

Great for home repair supplies, car accessories, etc.etc. You can always check what's in store before you go and find out which aisle to go to.

Called in for tire quote and stock, before driving from Watertown to buy. Experienced the worst customer service at a CT till date. Avoid this store if you can.

In the end, bought the tires and had them on the same day. 3/5 due to the original encounter leaving a bad taste.
Employees also need to treat each other with Respect.

Not helpful as usual. Did not offer to help to look for an item, just said check by trunk organizers but I don't think we have it.

Probably the best Canadian Tire store around - they are actually OPEN when people need them! Wow, yes - until 10 pm every night! The manager should be given a knighthood! Products are the usual Canadian Tire quality (or lack thereof), but store is spacious, in a good location, and has everything you need - now with Party City as well!

Went into to this location to buy a cover - to protect my outdoor patio furniture - and unfortunately the product was not available, although it said their were some online. (I probably should have called in advance).

I fortunately was able to buy something suitable and similar to what I had originally come in for - and upon speaking to the Customer Ambassador Zahavi - was listened to and received a break on the price of an open box product.

Zahavi was professional, attentive but most importantly extremely knowledgeable. A negative into a big positive!

Today I was there to buy a bike and accessories. A young man name VINCENT in bike section guided me through all the suitable bikes for a new rider like me. He is so knowledgeable with patience and very responsible. He talked about different bikes and suggested me a proper one with reasonable price. He even picked the accessories needed for a safe ride like helmet, bell, etc. Nowadays finding good customer service+knowledge is hard but in this location I consider a very helpful and responsive environment. A nice girl who I don’t know her name passed by and took my bike for pump, another gentleman passed by and helped in something else. Thank you all and one of the manager who I talked to name ZAHAVI HAIMOVICI. Bless for the good service, fast response and knowledge

I had a poor experience in the paint department the other day. I had chosen a paint colour and told Claude and he was checking to see what paint base was needed on the computer. A lady came up and asked him a question while he was doing that and instead of taking the minute it would have taken to get my paint in the mixer, he just left to help this lady and left me standing there waiting. After a few minutes I was just about to leave and go to another store for my paint when Ellen came over and asked if I was being helped and took over. It was incredibly rude of Claude and made for a very poor customer experience. He came back about 5 minutes later so would have just left me standing there the whole time while he went to help a lady that had come after me. And 5 minutes feels quite long when just standing there waiting for him to come back. Very poor.

Horrible service. I ordered for something and get confirmation for pick up. Then upon reaching the store they send me an paid receipt. Upon waiting for more than 30 mins they say that they don't have my stuff in stocks. Wasted my time, money and energy. They need to get better with their service. I wish I could give them a Neg star.

We have been waiting for over an hour for our curbside pick up today.this is now the third time it has happened. They just delivered the order after we called in again directly to the store and still missing both weed control containers. So we are still waiting. The last incident we ordered a wheel barrow and the pieces were wrong.worst part is when you call in it feels like you are bothering them

The queue takes a while for curbside pickup but the customer service is excellent. The only time I've seen an employee being unpleasant was to yell at someone for speeding in the parking lot- and that guy deserved it. It was refreshing to see someone care about their customers.

Thank you so much to the mechanic who took my same day appointment for a tire change after Mr. Lube screwed me over. I was very happy with the customer service and the tires look amazing. See you in the winter

Visited for pickup, I parked in the designated area, I texted as instructed on their sign, got no reply, then I called, they answered, I waited in my car for short time. I got my stuff as expected, I would definitely shop online again. But they were supposed to text me when my order is ready for pickup, they didn't; how I knew it's ready! I checked the tracking service from the email.

Had a pleasant experience with curb-side pick up. Waited less than 15 mins and the customer service was very kind and safe to interact with.

Had an oil leak.brought it in.they said $1,800.00 to repair the transmition cooler. Paid $200.00 for this estimate. Went to another garage. Transmition expert.nothing wrong with it.it was a simple oil leak from the engine. I have been a client for as long as this store opener at least 20 years. No more. Something terrabily wrong. Get a second opinion on everything you wish to have repaired in this repair garage. It not what it was any longer. John Semple (Burlington)

Hard to trust the guys in Automotive. I brought the car in about 10 months ago due to a squeak in my suspension. They said I needed new suspension and it would cost 1500 dollars. I brought it to JP Motors service on Fairview and they said it it was a loose mounting cap which cost me 50 bucks. 10 months later my car is driving to the right and they tell me again that my suspension needs to be replaced but this time they show me and it turned out it did need to be replaced. Curious that the first time they didn't try to show me as there would have been nothing to show. Either way they fixed it and the car is running better, but they took about 3 hours longer than they said they would and when I called for an update, no one answered the phone. I called 3 times over the course of 20 minutes and the phone rang off the hook. Finally they answered and then put me on hold for ten minutes. All in all not bad, but the service could be better and I'm still hesitant to trust their diagnosis.

I had a great experience with the service center, they got me in same-day for my punctured tire, gave me accurate quotes up front, showed me exactly where the damage was. I ended up needing a new tire, which they had in stock, and they did quick, efficient work. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Both of the men who helped me were very kind and professional.

They were pretty good to deal with but with curbside and online only you cannot reach anyone and they like to cancel your orders because parts are unavailable. Because when you call and ask about your online order they shuffle you off to the curbside pickup who tell you to make the order and wait for a call. If you wait for a call they will sell your stuff!

Had to wait 35 mins to get a curb side pick up, the text system did not work, everyone in the parking lot was generally confused. Very bad experience.

Nice store. Liked their covid curbside pick up & feel the employees are doing a great job.
I wish the customers would remain in their vehicles as i witnessed many trying to help the employees and therefore they are forced to not social distance through no fault of their own. No employees complained or demanded the patrons get back into their vehicles whenni was there.

I always have good experiences at this Canadian Tire. They seem well organized and I really love their online pick up option. They are quick and efficient when delivering orders to my car and very professional. The store is laid out quite nicely and is well organized.

The curbside service takes some getting used to. I needed parts on a Wednesday but due to various circumstances it took until Friday to pick up.

One of the worst and terrible customer service ever received in this location. Poor communication with staff between front pick up staff and backend staff shipping bay (A). Front end staff didn't give any slip and backend staff asking for slip I showed my email confirmation and details but they couldn't figure out and even before ididnt get product I got email as order completed and they didn't give the receipt.normally they used to give receipt for a purchase but this time no receipt nothing. They didn't load the product properly in my car they just put in my car half way and left and I asked to reload it properly so that I can tie up the stuff they didn't accommodate me and say rudely that's all we can do and walk away. Compare to very good service reputation of Canadian tire. This is by far worst of all entire purchase in my lifetime shopping in Canadian tire.
