Canadian Tire

While shopping at Canadian Tire on Regent St. I required some assistance in finding some products. Cameron, who was working at the time helped me find what I was looking for. Very helpful.

We purchased a coffee maker that was on sale. Very fast service. A clean and orderly store. We enjoyed our visit.

Sometimes hard to find staff but otherwise everyone loves Canadian tire. Each store seems to carry a different stock though so it's hard to always get what you want without driving around

Great! Went there for party supplies, so if you want to get everything done but groceries? Here is there perfect place.

Worse then the Canadian tire in Smithers. Online order waste of time. Said they had order but couldn't find it. Shame. Go to Costco get the best and if you have to return it, no questions asked

Man you know how it is and stuff, I pulled up to Canadians tires for directions to home hardware, but then I just chilled in this one and got myself a toy submarine for my adopted son Jakuitel, just a normal Monday for me. Also you guys need a new dinner menu. GOOD SERVICE

We can highly recommend the Canadian Tire on Regent Street in Sudbury. Staff were extremely helpful on the phone and in person, suggesting that they could fix our tire rather than replace it, saving us money. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Solid location. Anytime I've asked for help, the staff have been friendly and helpful. They usually have what I'm looking for. 4 stars because some regularly priced items can be more expensive than the competition.

Bummer this owner still overcharges for fuel.in hanmer.but charges Less for fuel in his other store in Chelmsford.greedy owner who doesn't care about his customers in hanmer

Nice selection of fishing equipment. Great place for Canadians and the like to buy almost anything they need.

Customer Service: Need to improve their customer service. They were rude when I was there to return an item.
They could have concentrated on better products as cultivator was broken on first use and went back to return on the same day.

What's not to like about Canadian Tire. Great product selection. Great prices (what I wanted was on sale) and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I love the app for even more savings and they do add up.

I like stores like this one, I call one stop shopping. Good variety of items from mechanical to gardening in r every price range.elderly staff know everything.

I went into the store which I go into on a regular basis I was basically told to bring my backpack to the front. She made me feel like I was some sort of cease meanwhile I have a Canadian Tire MasterCard. I don’t think it’s fair that ladies can bring your purse is in good men can bring their backpacks in. I have my wallet in there just like a lady has in her purse. Then if you would add up my laptop AirPods etc, etc.it’s fine to ask politely but A lady named Marilyn who is the supervisor Was extremely rude to me she didn’t asked me to please bring it to the front she’s old and crusty and she needs to retire and let young people take over with a better attitude then what she has I’ll never shop there again

Love shopping here. Although one cashier member tending to me was very rude and did not talk or answer me.

Rude and unprofessional customer service. Already created a ticket and they closed the ticket without even informing me. Worst kind of customer service

530 pm on this Thursday and propane is closed at 5pm. No where in Sudbury available to fill tanks. Barrydown is broken along with Costco

Nathaniel (Nate) was absolutely amazing and very helpful. He worked in the tools area.
Other staff members weren't as helpful, but overall a good experience.

Nice store little crowded in the aisles.also sales in the aisles are a different price then same product on shelf so you have to be careful when shopping.

Called for a quote was put on hold, waited 5 mins then put back on hold again. Not good customer service. Not impressed

Customer service agents are from hell - or their employer made the rules like hell - to not support a customer - ever.

Back in August I had a problem with my front passenger wheel where it was losing air and I would frequently have to fill it with air at the gas station, I went to Canadian Tire and paid 450$ for a new tire and a spare. Waited around for almost two hours to have the new tire installed. Perfect, problem finally fixed! A week or two later, my tire was still losing air so I called Canadian Tire again and explained the problem, they said no problem let's make you an appointment! So I went in for a second time and after an hour and a half of waiting (after making an appointment) they told me the valve needed to be replaced and that was the reason I was leaking air, awesome! I've had so many problems with this tire that I was happy I wouldn't have to deal with this. NOW my tire is STILL losing air, I've filled is up three times since then. Sometimes it's easier to just put the air in myself and keep filling it up rather than setting aside 3 hours and more money for them to not fix the problem. I called today and was put on hold 2 separate times and never ended up getting my call answered. The reason I give two stars is because the employees are very pleasant to deal with but as for actually fixing the issue is a no go.

Went there for a replacement bulb and unfortunately the tablet they have for customers to use to determine what bulb they need gave me the wrong light bulb. Had to go back to exchange but customer service was awesome. 2nd time I got the right piece. Reccomend going in with the part you need to replace in your hand

Frustrating that the store is still in a disarray as they finish renovations to the sporting/hunting area. Items are often out of stock and inventory in store never matches the online inventory.

I bought tires and over payed, The manager heather P contacted me to come to customer service to get what was owed to me, very honest ️

I find the Southend CT way too busy as there is excess inventory piled everywhere. Logging on to the internet is impossible, the in store computers do not seem to work, the post (useless) lockdowns renovations result in even more confusion and as such it is difficult to find special bargains as depicted on the app. Oh well.

Automotive manager was not well versed in car parts. She was unable to find what I was looking for and failed to get help. Management was unwilling to drive accountability when I brought this forward. I drove 1.5 hours into Sudbury to get some simple hydraulic brake line fittings. Finally I gave up and went to NAPA. SUCCESS!

They have great prices, nicely organized, and a great return policy. However, I wish staff was more knowledgeable. My disabled mother went shopping here on her own and got redirected around the store 3 times because nobody knew where water filters were.

I love the convenience of the location, but the sheer amount of stuff that overflows into the aisles tends to make you feel a bit claustrophobic. That being said, they have everything I've needed, and the staff has always been helpful.

Don’t waste your time or your money with the automotive department. They told me it was the head gasket and they wouldn’t repair it. A simple compression test at the dealership told us that it wasn’t, along with no coolant in the oil nor oil in the coolant reservoir. It was the thermostat which is what I suggested when I first went in. So I paid Cdn tire the $135 assessment fee for the wrong diagnosis. Might cost more for the work at dealership but will never trust Canadian tire automotive again.

Went first thing. Little line up. Store manager came outside said thank you for everyone coming out to the store and thank you for the support. Thought that was really nice. The staff was polite very happy to be back working it was nice experience.

Absolutely the worst place to take your vehicle. Less than 15,000 km. On new wheel bearings. And they were finished. As well after contacting there service department. I was told I would need to pay to diagnose the issue. Then if they deemed the part faulty I would have to pay the diagnosis and labour to change them. All still within warranty. Stay far far away from the service department.

Everything we ordered showed as stock. After we were notified our order was ready we waited in curb side only to be told they had misplaced it. After waiting half hour we got order with items missing. When we got home recieved email telling us missing items were cancelled.

When i walk into Canadian Tire i am like a kid in a candystore.i really do need a much bigger vehicle when i shop there, and the staff at the Regent Street Location - a shoutout to Angela and Kaitlyn - are wonderful.

This is hands down the cleanest, most organized Can. Tire store I have ever been in! Congratulations to the manager and staff! The store staff are very helpful. I did not have to run after and find someone.the item I wanted was not yet on the floor.a quick call to the back warehouse and it was in my hands! A pleasant experience over all! Placed an order for curbside pickup. Picked up the order and brought it home only to find one of the items was damaged. It was very obvious (packaging falling apart and the item itself was discoloured. Had to go back to exchange the item and voiced my displeasure for the store in not taking the care when picking up the items for my order. The manager explained to me that it was not in fact the fault of the person who packed the order but the stock person who cut the item. I pointed out that the person packing the order still had the obligation to actually look at the item they were packing up. The manager disagreed with me again and ended the conversation without even an apology.

I've placed 3 curbside pickup orders at this store through the pandemic and there have been problems with 2 of the orders (other order they gave me the wrong item). Avoid the hassle and DO NOT ORDER a curbside pickup order at this store. It is obvious they do not take any care in selecting items and this is accepted behaviour based on the conversation I had with the manager.

Was actually asked if I needed help, as I was looking over (overwhelmingly, I'm sure) the wall of lightbulbs. That was very much appreciated.

Brought my truck to get it certify at Canadian tires southend Sudbury, my rocker panels was done last year and they said it new rocker, my truck have the signal light n the side mirror and it not working, they said the can’t pass safety without replacing the signal light on the mirror, that is bs, they quote $4k plus yo get it cert, the truck was cert 9months ago. Please!

If you get the works done somewhere else, they will charge another 38$ to recheck on top of 146$ for the inspection.

Stay away from Canadian tire auto service

Auto parts department repeatedly failed to provide accurate information and parts to mount rims purchased from this location. Same lack of knowledge demonstrated by one of their license mechanics. Had to do my own research and buy from competitor.

Lots of staff to help, great deals and clearance on hunting attire, cashier was super accommodating.

I didn't find them very helpful and I couldn't find what I was looking for because they sent me to wrong aisles.

Very dissatisfied with the service I received at the service department.

We went in and ordered winter tires that were only available for purchase online.
A few days later got a call and the tires had arrived, so we then booked our vehicle in to get the tires mounted.

We show up a few days later for our appointment only to find out they never made us an appointment, they did however say they could fit us in that day.

A few hours later we get a call. During the process of all of this happening they had sold our tires to another customer. So they had no tires to mount for us as they now had to order in a new set of the tires for us.

They didn't offer any sort of compensation or anything, completely unorganized at this store.

They have alot of misplaced signs over the wrong product leading you to think the items are cheaper. Use caution and compare barcodes before you get to the check out.

Looking beyond the poor attitude of the CSR which is a management issue for allowing it, they can't issue rain cheques to honor pricing by but a note on the order, account or email.so you have to drive in to get a piece of paper to drive back to pick it up. In 2020 this is a sad outdated business model that doesn't reflect an appreciation for customers time. Oh ya, 2 in stock they couldn't find, happy I encouraged them to verify.ffs.

Was in for plumbing stuff and most of it was mixed right up. Not a mess but was a little confusing figuring out what was what.

I love Canadian Tire, but not this store. As a family we have had problems with their service department and find in general, their staff are not that helpful. I have taken to going to the other one in town where there is often a better selection.

Real discouraging to walk into this store and have an employee follow you around and always check out your items in the cart like a criminal.lucky they were the only store that had the tool set i wanted to buy or i wouldnt have even shopped there. Always a very uncomfortable experience when shopping at the north end canadian tire

Worst service I've ever experienced from an auto shop in my entire life. Waited a day and half just to have it looked at only for them to not even look at the issue I asked them to look at. Will absolutely never return and never recommend. Oh almost forgot to mention I had to wait half hr just to pick up my keys.

Definitely better to shop there in the morning. If product is not on shelf be sure to ask a clerk, as often the item you are looking for will be on some top shelf somewhere or in the warehouse.

Good selection. Reading through other reviews and confirmed this is not just me. I dont appreciate being treated like a criminal. Being told to leave my already full backpack is one thing. I pay for my $11 butane canister, return to customer service desk to get my bag. The lady is like "Did you pay for that? ". I say yes. Then she demands a recipt which i didn't get. Had to find the cashier who changed desks. As a legally blind person, it was really awkard. Guilty until proven innocent. Not a nice experience.

It's hard not to go in and buy tools all the time. Lol but customer service is good there and easy to find what you are looking for.

Excellent service! Our truck blew the front bearing onroute camping. CAA dropped it off on a friday just before closing. It was up on the hoist in minutes for diagnosis. John the mechanic was on it first thing in the morning. We where on the road again by 10am! Thank you

Pretty busy hard to do 2m distance all the time but was in and out quickly.need to know what you need before you go.there were alot of rubber neckers
