I always have such a great experience coming here! Staff is so friendly and accommodating, especially doug! Gas is always a great price too

Poor customer service and propane gas tank ripoff.
See the picture for their 80% tank. Luckily I had gauge to show the volume put in the tank.

Pumps are clean; staff is friendly and cooperative; but merchandised shelves are nearly empty and dusty: need to be filled, and and be cleaned on regular basis.

$110 approved at gas pump, went to put diesel in but nothing would come out. The clerk stated my card declined. Ok, well, my Scotiabank app showed otherwise and I showed him so he called Doug. Doug is the manager who stated that the money will be put back in my account within 2 to 3 days. Apparently this is a thing according to Doug. So now I'm out the $110 for a few days and gas. Something seems real fishy here Canadian Tire. I have had zero issues in Cambridge with the pumps approving my funds and dispensing diesel. So what's up? Why did the money come off my visa card and why was I given no gas? I even said to Doug, so now I'm out $110 and gas, and silence. I have been a long time customer and I'm really disappointed in how I was treated. I will no longer buy gas or any purchases of any kind from Canadian Tire. I will also encourage others to do so. This is absolutely ridiculous!

Great customer service. The gentleman working the morning shift is top notch.

The nicest employee I've encountered at a gas station in years, and the propane refill was competitively priced.
