Canadian Tire Gas Station

Spent money on the most expensive car wash today… about 15 + with tax. After getting home, I was shocked to see my truck was covered bumper to bumper with a white residue and other odd buildup of what appeared to be soap/ chemical haze. I have a black ram. It was terrible. I called up the station and the older man that works there told me I had gone through the blower too fast? What? Blowers blow the soap scum off? Plus a couple of other weird reasons. I explained that I go there all the time and never have had this happen. He told me that he never has had a complaint. I’ve read other complaints in some of the reviews below. I spent over an hour in my driveway cleaning this stuff off and it wasn’t easy!
Good costumer service would have been: 1.less blame on me and 2: an invitation to come back for a free rinse. Stuff happens. But now my business goes to the car wash located just up the street from there.

I love this gas station they have the nicest staff working there. Since this location opened up this is my one and only gas station that I use they have a very nice and clean touchless car wash keep up the great work guys. The Canadian Tire store next to them should use them as an example of how to treat their customers and maybe the Canadian Tire store would start getting more customers and more business.

This gas station has the best staff by far. They are always friendly and they go out of their way to assist customers. The car was is the highlight of this station! It always leaves my car spotless! I can’t recommend this place enough.

They have a fabulous car wash at this location. Store is always clean and the clerks are always polite and friendly. Their gas prices, most of the time, are lower than the big name gas ️ stations charge.

0 It had gas, the most expensive gas, hopefully the best gas. Can't complain as my car did take me from A to B

Friendly service. Gas prices at par with everybody. The car wash is reasonable and does a good job. Very convenient for me since I work at Canadian tire.

We used the touchless car wash here. It is soap and power water only. After it was all done a lot of the car was clean, but did not clean the tree sap spots.

They have the best gasoline. Our cars run extreme well since we started to use Canadian tire gas. The staff is polite and the manager always go out of his way to make sure you have anything you need and mentions carwash and other things they offers.

Tenant at the counter is to lazy to do his job they put out a sign saying bathroom is out of order so he won't have to clean it on his shift

Do not recommend the car wash.
Bought one yesterday for $14.68 and my car was just as dirty as before I went in. Finger prints, mud, etc.
Called and the guy working and he gave me a re-wash so I had my car washed again, same thing. Very disappointed in the price of the wash and the outcome. They definitely need to do something about that.

Very poor advertisement of “$5 Friday’s” pump did not display the $5 option so I proceeded to fill up, went in to get my $5 Friday ultimate wash, was told to go back and purchase $15 more of gas and choose the car wash with it? Already spent $60 worth of gas, does not make sense. Ended up trying the car wash out as I am already here - spent $14.68 for a less than mediocre wash. Still had to wipe my windshield down afterwards as it did not get bird dropping and other simple residues off. Very hard to find a good drive thru wash in Hamilton, this was close to home but not even slightly worth it.

Store open but gas not? ! Every morning the store opens at 6 (great) but the pups are closed? ! What's the point?

Very clean lots of variety in the store and very nice helpful staff and a brand new completely touch less car wash with no rails touching the tires!

This has to be the most incompetent staff I have yet to ever experience. She made a mistake on my bill, had to cancel it mid payment, and then could not use my points card after she rushed through the second one. This lady didnt even understand what visa was compared to debit. Id rather go anywhere but here.

Amazing location with amazing staff! Definitely will be returning.also amazing ultimate car wash i recommend it
