Thanks to Mr. Kooresh, the ultrasound technician, for his knowledge and recommendations. He performed the abdominal ultrasound with high accuracy. There was no delay, and he started the ultrasound on time. I am very satisfied with this experience.

Dear Owner of the Ultrasound facility, being busy in your facility is the reason that you give your patients inaccurate ultrasound results?
That is not a good excuse at all! That is an unprofessional excuse I have ever heard!
What does it mean when you give someone an appointment you should do your service which expected in a best way as much as you can, you are working in the medical industry not serving the coffee or sandwiches, patient and doctors are relying on your results!

Went here twice for ultrasound. Both times the ultrasound lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. She even has the audacity to ask if I’m new to Canada when I asked her to clarify her instruction. Terrible experience and please do something about her behaviour. It is not tolerable.

I have been a patient of Kooresh, the ultrasound specialist, for past five years with whom I have had an excellent experience. He makes the process completely stress free. I highly recommend Kooresh for his professionalism, competence and diligence.

I'd like to leave a review about a Russian speaking receptionist working at this medical center. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. She communicates like she is a mad monarch and not a receptionist. So rude and disgusting.

There is another receptionist, a very nice lady actually.

Polite & qualified personnel. Had an exam on exact time as scheduled. Everything went as good as possible. Very clean premises. This one should be highly recommended

I had an ultrasound at the lab with Val. She is very attentive, courteous, and professional. The scan was on time, and she was very efficient. It was also wonderful to see that one of the receptionists speaks Russian and Ukrainian.

Honestly this place was great. I got my ultrasound done by I think Karesh (not sure how to spell his name) and he was very thorough and did a great job. I also went back to get an x ray. I got my results quickly. All staff and receptionist were good.

I was called 4 days in a row to to verify my appointment time and location. I showed up on the date and time they confirmed with me and they had no record of my appointment. I asked if they could squeeze me in or do something for me and they said they could reschedule my appointment for another day and time. I left work early, used my car and wasted time, money and gas. Thanks a lot

I’m currently pregnant and rushed there from my Dr.in need of a vascular ultrasound and even though it was 15 minutes to closing time I was taken in and very well looked after by one of their Dr. / technician. I’m very thankful for their great service and care.

Brand new facility that offers better parking, more staff, and a comfortable waiting room. The technicians are very professional, good overall experience
