I bought a 36”x 72” Canadian Red Ensign and received it a few days ago. The flag measured 36”x 67” instead. I mentioned this problem to Canadiana Flags who immediately posted a correct size of the same flag the same day, no charge, and allowed me to keep the shorter one. They didn’t require proof. This type of service is increasingly difficult to find. Everyone makes mistakes, but they went beyond. They have a client for life. Thank you for your incredible generosity.

My experience with Canadiana Flag was great - the flag pole arrived a couple of weeks after I had ordered it and just before that our new flag had arrived. Looking forward to the snow going and the ground warming up so I can get our flag pole up.

Upgraded to a larger flag. 108x54. Got it in a week. Seems to be of good quality. Time will tell. Great quality.
