Not recommended. Went there twice, one for bath and one for teeth cleaning. For the bath package, on their website it says they will also trim the paw pad for you, but my puppy did not get it. I had to do it myself after getting home.
For teeth cleaning - On the website it said $20 for 30min, so I thought to give it a try thinking it must be very detailed. But it was literally just few mins. $20 for just few mins is too expensive, comparing to other grooming place.

I am so grateful to have met Hollie from Candie Paws! She is kind, caring, patient and knowledgeable! I have been doing private lessons with my 1 year old maltipoo Feta and notice improvements with him each session. He recently has had some health issues, sadly his vet was not very helpful but Hollie was right there to help in any way she could! Great new place for Lola. Groomer did an amazing job and the staff are all very pleasant and patient - I had a lot of questions, they were extremely thorough in answering everything I needed to know. It was our first time here, we’ll definitely be going back.

My rescue dog has been going on private walks with Hollie since January as she is leash-reactive and wasn’t ready for group walks. Candie Paws go way above and beyond - Hollie was super friendly in walking me through the process as someone new to working with a walker and the platform is easy to use. I get updates from the walks including photos.

It’s clear that Hollie just loves dogs and wants to support her on her training journey. She’s been great managing Blossom while on walks and remains consistent with our training. She’s also worked to slowly introduce Blossom to group walks in a safe & controlled starting with group walks with just Blossom and her own dog. I’m SO grateful for Hollie for taking such good care of my pup and her work in helping Blossom to learn & grow!

We have been with Candie Paws since our dog Logan was a puppy, he is 4 now. Hollie's number one priority has always been the safety and well-being of the dogs. She has always made sure that Logan was in the right pack so all the dogs are happy, because he is not a perfect angel. Logan loves his pack walks and always leaves with his walkers with his tail wagging. I would recommend Candie Paws to anyone looking for a reliable walking service that their dog will love.

I honestly can't say enough positive things about Candie Paws. They are hands down the best pet care service that we have ever had!

We recently used their overnight care service for our 1-year-old puppy, Luna, and Hollie couldn't have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were kept up to date with photos and videos. Luna even came home with improved manners and walking skills!

I honestly do not know what I would do without Candie Paws! I have been using Candie Paws for around 9-10 months now and I have to say that I would be lost without Hollie. At first, I was super nervous because my puppy is really small and it was hard to trust someone else to take care of him. Once I met Khes and April I knew he would be just fine, my Pablo absolutely loves them both and gets so excited when they come to collect him for his walks. Candie Paws is such a great way to get your dog to socialize and play with other dogs too, Pablo loves his friends.

Candie Paws usually would take care of Pablo 2-3 times per week but now I have returned to the office and now they are taking him on 5 ½ day play cares per week. Hollie is amazing organizing Pablos walks and always accommodates any changes or scheduling issues I may be having. In addition to all the amazing daycare, Candie Paws also takes care of Pablo when I go on vacations or weekend breaks. Khes is usually the person who takes care of Pablo for overnight stays, and she is absolutely fantastic with Pablo, he loves her so much. She knows how nervous I can be when I don't see him, and she sends me tons of pictures and videos of her and Pablo.

I could not recommend Candie Paws enough. They are truly an amazing bunch, and you can really see how well they take care of all the pets in their care.

Candie Paws is the best! Hollie & her team run a first-class pet care service all-around. Our two large dogs can be quite a handful and the CP team does wonders with them. They go above and beyond to keep them out of trouble and bring them back happy and tired every single day. I recently had to travel out of the country on emergency and was extremely worried for my little furr baby (6months old), I called many boarding facilities and was told that they cannot keep him because he is not a member already and must complete a few initial week's trials with them before taking him for boarding. One day I found a card close to the dog park I go to and connected with Candie Paws and what a jackpot it was. Hollie (the founder) was so warm and assured me she can take care of my little guy for few weeks while I am away. Candie Paws is so flexible and accommodating, it was simply a pleasure to do business with them. While leaving my baby I was a little worried but of course with daily updates, pics, and videos, I was so confident that I couldn't have found a better place for my baby than Candie Paws. Other than their boarding facility they also have an App called Scout where I can schedule his daily walks and daycares based on my need, it is super easy to use. I would recommend Candie Paws to everyone out there who is looking for doggy daycare or boarding. They cover a vast area in downtown Toronto. Hollie really is fantastic and does her best to ensure that every dog is getting the care they need. I have complete confidence that my dog Charlotte will have a great time and come home tired when Hollie or any of the experienced walkers at Candie Paws take her out. I have had some issues with new walkers (not showing up a couple times, not locking the door when they leave, leaving the crate door open when my dog used to be crated during the day), but I've ultimately had significantly more positive experiences than negative.

Hollie and the Candie Paws team has been easy to work with and reliable. My pup was truly a handful, but they were patient, loving and gave him the attention he needed on walks and check ins.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found Candie Paws! The owner is such a pleasure to speak with and is so understanding and willing to work with you to find what best suits your pups needs. I have a difficult work schedule but Hollie and her team has made this such a smooth transition.
The app they use is very user friendly but they're just a text or phone call away for any questions.
They keep us fur parents up to date with daily stories on instagram so we can check in and see little a glimpse of what the rascals have been up to.
It also gives me peace of mind when I get the "Appointment Begins" & "Appointment is Complete" emails - HUGE BONUS when I'm at work and I get a photo of my pup getting ready to go on her walk and an email once she's home and even a map of where they've been that day AND if she's pooped/had water/been fed (if you require feeding). WHAT A PERK.

I have done SO much research on doggy daycares in the city and the rates are very reasonable considering the amazing services. Take it from someone who has gone through the nitty gritty to find this gem, you won't regret using Candie Paws.

We love the candie paws team! Hollie is amazing and I know that her and her team take wonderful care of our one year old bichon frise. Minnie loves going for her daily walks or 1/2 day daycare and is always so happy to see her crew. Hollie is always quick to respond to your messages and is very flexible with last minute bookings. They have the best insta stories and you always get a great snapshot of how the day went by looking at the photos you receive in your email update of the day. Highly recommend candie paws for any of your dog walking and boarding needs. Minnie loves sleeping over!

Candie Paws has been the best for our big guy Walt. The daycare service is something I know he loves (can see for myself on the stories they share of him everyday) and he is always exhausted in the evening! Also love that we are notified when he is picked up and dropped off at home. AMAZING service, plus everyone at Candie Paws is just lovely.

We had met Hollie at the dog park multiple times and recently became a client since we were both starting new jobs and away all day. We are so grateful for the way her & Olga take care of Cali. Our dog is not only a high energy mix but also still a puppy so she can be a handful but not only are they very patient with her, they embrace her crazy personality! They are very flexible with our changing schedules and I know I can always quickly contact both Hollie and Olga if I have any questions or concerns. They also keep us in the loop with constant videos & pictures on their instagram story - I’m constantly amazed how they can get multiple dogs to pose so well together lol. They also use an app which lets you know the check in/check out times for the walk as well as a GPS route & report card which includes any notes about the walk. They have an incredibly professional team but also are so personable and friendly. We have only been a client for a few weeks and when we went to their Christmas Party (yes, they host a Christmas Party AND donate proceeds to the humane society) Hollie had actually got a little toy & treats with a personalized note for Cali - so sweet! They really know how to go above and beyond and we are so grateful to know our crazy girl is being well taken care of. You can really tell how much they all love their jobs. If you’re looking for a dog walker in the king west neighbourhood, look no further.

I've been using Candie Paws for about a year now and absolutely love it. My english mastiff, Izzy, loves and adores Hollie and her team. She gets so excited for her daily walks with Hollie! While I was out of the country and there was an emergency at Izzy's overnight camp, Hollie really helped us by taking care of Izzy. Now we only leave Izzy with Hollie. We know she will always take care of Izzy.

The BEST dog walking/boarding service around! Hollie is so incredibly thoughtful and caring. She genuinely cares for every dog. With each dog walk she'll send the cutest pictures of your pooch. I would have Hollie care for my human baby if I had one!
