Canna Cabana Burlington Cannabis Dispensary

Best prices, great staff, and a good layout. This is the only spot I go to and it’s 15 minutes out of my way. Definitely worth it!
Hands down the best dispensary in Burlington.
10/10 highly recommend.

Shocked by workers having to be security, was helped by one of the workers in store tonight who was so helpful and wonderful as we were being checked out another customer came in and he had to go over and verify ID, I heard the worker calmly tell the man he could smell alcohol and he could not come in, this lead to the man being very belligerent and yelling at the cashier, refusing to leave slurring his words. This made for a very uncomfortable atmosphere in the store. THERE IS NO WAY the cashiers should be responsible for checking ID at the door or having to be bouncers.

I also wanted to browse edibles but was told due to ROBBERY that they had to keep them locked up, leading to further shock there was no dedicated security there.

I have been to many other dispensaries that have a dedicated door person or security. Do yourself a favour and maybe avoid this place until they decide to smarten up and hire dedicated security.

My advice to whoever is in charge is to relieve the cashiers to help customers who want to be served, looping back to my original comment that the staff at this location were awesome and have always been helpful, but I feel sad for them being put into a poor situation.

after reading the response from owner It obvious they didnt even read this review and they don't care about their staff. Checking IDs is not the same as acting as security for the store or the well being of the staff.

Friendly staff. I wouldn't agree that their knowledge is up to par with other locations (milton specifically) but they try to be helpful which is more than you can say about many retail stores these days!

All your marijuana needs under one roof. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who answer any question.even dumb ones!

The store manager (an older woman, curly hair) displayed disgraceful customer service.

Appeared to have racial prejudices and denied entry, while admitting I was of age.

I showed 3 pieces of I. D.and am 28 y/o.

Never spend your money here.

Richard and the prices are what keep me going here. The owner (I’m assuming) doesn’t have the greatest customer service skills and tends to make everything more difficult than needed? Like even when we as paying customers are following store and provincial policy. It’s not personal, it’s just off putting and is such a drag to deal with when I’m shopping for cannabis of all things. Maybe keep him in the back?

This is the best dispensary in the burlington area. Canna Cabana has the cheapest prices of every dispensary and this is the best store and service at those prices. I live in Oakville and go out of my way to shop here at Guelph line exclusively. Realm and other dispensaries are charging you way more.

Sold me product that was a year old. Always check the packaging date. Buds were completely dry, weight was down.

I purchased Atlas Growers Zour Apples Full Flower Pre-Rolls for which there was a recall notice for this product for contamination with yeast, mould and bacteria. The manager refused to return, exchange, or accommodate any way, even though I had a receipt. She claimed that despite the recall, she saw nothing wrong with the product. I saw white spots which were mold but she refused to agree. I told her I’d report her and she accused me of threatening her. I left in a huff and she immediately called me back and said she would work with me. When I returned she agreed to a full refund. Upon completion I noticed that the receipt looked like I had been charged again. I brought this up with her and she said that’s just how it seems. But if I ever return something usually it shows a negative sign to indicate the return. Anyways I later find out that I had been charged again for this recalled product. I just went straight to VISA to reverse the charges and they told me that Canna Cabana has done this before. I went here for betting pricing. Instead I get ripped off and revealed they don’t care about their customers health or well being. I reported the manager to head office and reported Canna Cabana to Health Canada. They tried to bribe me with a free purchase up to $35 but I told them I’d rather customers hear the truth

I freaking love this place! Super great deals on all my favorite weeds! Staff was so helpful i was in and out in 5mins. Mind you I am a full time chronic weed smoker so this place is the best “go to”

Went in today to see what was on the menu, as every other shop in Burlington has. Was told there is no menu and everything is on the floor. OK but it's written in size 2 font and a foot off the ground.not to mention when I said nvm I'm going to leave to the pink haired batch at the front I was told "whatever"

Love this place. Everyone is so friendly, Megan, Lucas, Costa, the girl with the pink hair.lol. Super helpful and always honest about what they think of the products they sell (good or bad). They never steer you in the wrong direction or try to upsell you. Much nicer now to be able to go in and talk with someone rather then order on line and pick up at the door eh?

Cana cabana has well priced good quality products with a knowledgable staff that is ready to answer questions. This is my go to dispensary!

I started going to canna cabana at there Hamilton on barton location. Ive started going to this location where i met Lukas hes very helpful. Well experience with products this location sells and gives great recommendations the items he pointed me to get more for my money but hold high percentage on items.thanks again lukas

For your own sake go somewhere worth while where the owner doesn't treat you like trash.
Tried to ask a few questions & got yelled at for "breaking in", the doors open, your site says your open & opened until 11pm, no need to be as rude as you were to a potential customer who's following YOUR OWN STATEMENT: "open till 11pm".

Go to fire & flower in Guelth it's SO much better then this trash heap

Never had a problem good service laughing at the comments about them following rules and regulations Like im sorry your husband of 40 forgot his id and you think it now falls on a 20-25 year old to fix the problem. Canna Cabana has become my home for all my cannabis needs. It truly is an enjoyable experience every time I come in to pick up. The staff is the most knowledgeable I’ve seen in the area. All employees seem very approachable and friendly. Tasha went above and beyond to help me during my last visit! Her recommendations were exactly what I needed. Love the recent renovations too. You all set the bar high!

Been here a few times - recently renovated - the employees know their flower and its an easy going atmosphere.

Horrible experience. I went in for the first time today. This was my first experience in any dispensary. My 40 year old husband did not have his ID with him and was denied entry. He has been served here without ID previously.

I have a 15 year old son, whom if he tried to get in, I would expect them to reject him at the door. All Cannabis stores are 19+. I guess my 40 year old husband looks equivalent the age of my son. I went in for relief from Menstrual pain, as well as Chronic Pain as I have Ankylosis Spondylitis. I have cannabis trauma from growing up with weed being illegal and I get paranoid of the thought of smoking it.
Rather humorous that the man who held my hand for the births of our five children was denied access to hold my hand upon my first attempt to enter a Cannabis facility.

Upon going to another store, we were treated like gold. Wow! There was such a difference between these shops!

I do not recommend this place to my family and friends just because of this experience.
Humanity is very important to me. I did not feel it at this location. I ended having a better experience elsewhere.

I was a regular customer until the employee with the brace on his rist started giving me an attitude. When I told him to give me 6 feet of space, he wouldn't. Then when I said I want to deal with the other employee, the one with the brace wouldn't let him.
The owner of this franchise should lose it & go to jail for not putting people's health 1st

Been here few times. Always satisfied with my bud. Many options - prices varies. Believe me but government weed smokes better and cleaner than illegal bud.
