So I went yesterday to pick up order I placed online. I don't remember when receiving pick up instructions to bring card used for payment. I seen it when I placed order for delivery. Maybe I missed it, anyway no matter, this little sweetheart with big blue eyes offered to switch it to delivery for me (free delivery) seeing she was not able to provide me my order without not just my ID but the card used, btw the government delivery doesn't even require that lol still the vape cartridge I wanted was available and excellent priced so I was happy she was a sweetheart and switched to delivery and currently enjoying BZAM

Amazing selection of products. Would be 5* if the staff was more organized.

Pre-ordered (24hrs earlier) and was told my order was ready for pickup.then had to wait 20 mins at the door while they got my order ready

The best staff! Everyone is so nice and helpful, i’ve never been rushed out the door and are always there to answer any questions! They even give my dog 10/10 customer service with treats at the door! I definitely recommend:)!

Canna Cabana has a great selections, lots of sales and free delivery. I've found their staff friendly, professional, and accommodating both instore and at my door.

Placed my order (#320060008) and got my confirmation. I showed up with exact $ and ID, no extra cash or payment cards on me. After waiting 10 minutes I was told you don't have it. The next closest product in quality and price was $3 more and your store would not cover that cost. That's a small amount of $ to cover in order to satisfy a customer for a misleading website and my time. Disappointed and won't shop here again.

Everyone working here is suuuper nice. I just started using last Oct.for the first time, so I was a bit of a newb, and the girl I talked to was really helpful and informative. Compared to the weed store in Burlington I used to go to before this opened, and even Meta in Kitchener, the staff at this place are by FAR the kindest, most helpful, and coolest people. They'll answer any questions you have without making you feel judged at all (definitely didn't get that feeling at Meta when I had questions). If you're a newbie like I was just a year ago, I can't think of a more chill environment to get into it. Recommendations: the Tweed Bakerstreet and the Tweed Houndstooth and soda edibles/drinkables. Yeah I know, I'm a Tweed shill, but hey, they make a quality product.

Also met Jen, who was also very personable. Was very impressed when I walked into the store. Very professional service

I had a slight problem with a purchase from a few weeks ago and the manager Alexa went above and beyond to fix it. She was friendly, professional and so helpful! She solidified why this is my go to location. I really appreciate all her help:)

Had a wonderful experience after troubles with the products I bought there. I was helped by Alexa who went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. She was sweet and welcoming, and did not try to sleaze her way out assisting me.

She was determined to help us find solutions and did so successfully while throwing in some free merch for the inconvenience of having to return to the store repeatedly.

Also they let me bring my pets in when we are not on lockdown, which is amazing on its own!

I was bummed when it had switched from Bud and Sally to Canna Cabana but all that has been put to rest! In fact, even more so this seems to be a place where building relationships with customers and creating a pleasant shopping experience is valued!

I am a regular customer who once again today had a great experience at Bud and Sally's (Canna Cabana). Excellent selection, and a very helpful, freindly, and approachable staff. I would recommend them to anyone.
Try the Whistler cannabis products for a treat. Check the package date though. High price, but top quality. Also, pedros sweet sativa is amazing and affordable.

I ordered delivery to my house and I canceled the order because something came up. One of the female employees on the phone who canceled my order for me told me I would get my $50 refund within a week, (this was in this past March) now it’s couple weeks past by and my bank statement doesn’t show any refunding that was supposingly guaranteed, I’ve been a loyal customer here and very disappointed in this experience. ️

Very kind, professional people, have fantastic products at great prices, happy to have found them. They have many locations, it's a real biz, with real customer service and professional website, not some guy from a basement. I can see this being my #1 go-to place. Oh and they have actual store fronts, where one can also pickup. Deliver is fast. Excellent stuff!

Great service and beautiful store. Product is just OK when you are used to Craft level quality, but that is not the fault of this store.

Super cool fact: Retailers like these are the best option if you want CBD only flower. It is hard to find on the "traditional" market.

Super lame fact: If you are not satisfied with your product you are forced to contact the producer, and you will be told to kick rocks when you do.

Despite my cynicism, I highly recommend B&S if you have no experience - they will set you up right as a newbie without a taste for fine quality.

Not happy. I ordered from these guys and got a call back from a younger girl saying they didn't have have what I wanted and she was gonna cancel my transfer and send it back. Only 20 minutes later the e transfer was ACCEPTED, which she said she canceled but I have the email of acceptance and my bank statement show it too. That was 50 dollars that was taken from. Me. I've phoned, I've left messages. So now I'm going here because it's been 4 days. My bank is set up to get returned transfers within 24 hours. Don't buy here unless you want to be stolen from. I am still hoping it's a mistake that can be worked out but I've tried to be nice and I'm done.

They got some exotic stuff like my favorite 8ball Kush but the price is highly expensive I wish they sold in larger amounts and gave better deals for example 18hwelve half quarter will run you $60 imagine if you were buying an OZ That will cost you $500 per Oz I don't care how good your cannabis is or where it's grown weed is weed, There's no reason why you should pay such a ridiculous amount, This company is profiting more than 50% on every product they have, which I don't think is fare to general customers.

This place doesn't make it easy for people who can't leave home and how the system works doesn't at all I keep having trouble with the pre-pay bull and its hard cause I have a child and only one car that my wife uses for work so either fix your system or let people pay in cash to make it easier

Delivery service is robbery. They will not deliver your product and attempt to keep the money without telling you. They even shut off phones in attempt to avoid me and my wifes calls.

Next time you attempt to steal my money I will be contacting police. Make your service work.

I ordered here by accident. They said they would refund me. They wont answer my phone calls and wont refund my money its been almost 2 weeks.they seem dishonest, there are tons of weed shops. Shop from an honest one.

I would say the experience was good - store is setup nice and the online shop is really convenient to pre-order but i'm not so sure on the research front as I was a little deceived today with my purchase. For example, I bought some pre-rolls today as the site was quoting some fairly high THC ratings, so I went into the store and said "i want these 3 pre-rolls from this company, and these 2 from this company.if I like the quality, I'll know to buy a bigger amount, etc.

Can we make sure we have consistency between the online shop and what's in store? It's not like I have the ability to see the product THC levels on the package before buying or else I wouldn't of purchased said products at these sort of low levels. This is a little bit of false advertising as I figured it was amazing to have those sort of THC levels in Canada (been to California and Amsterdam so made me think "oh finally our market has ironed out with the quality"). Boy was I surprised when I got home.update July 22nd: Owner gave awesome information on explaining the labels and forwarded me to the OCS site for more info - (why would they make them so complicated: S). I was sort of wondering on the couch sitting there after smoking being like "these pre-rolls are petty good". Quick wait and knowledgeable staff, clean store, no edibles menu to look at while you wait however, have a self serve kiosk, ID at the door, lots for accessories! Can order online and they have a fast lane pick up which the prioritize.

Today was my first visit to B&S and I was completely blown away. The store is gorgeous, like a weed Mac store. The staff were all ridiculously personable and friendly (and face masked of course). I can't remember the last time I had a geniunely pleasant retail experience like that, and I can't wait to go back.

I'd frequented this store several times during curbside pick up, but had never been in until now. I was greeted with lovely masked smiles and hellos. Once inside I was helped by one of the woman who met me at the door for the curbside. Not only did she remember my name, but what I ordered, and made a suggestion accordingly. Her name was Alexis I think, and she was wonderful. All the staff seemed to know what they were selling and were amazing. Keep up the great work

Nate was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to person I have ever met. I have been in dispensaries in 4 different provinces and never met anyone of his caliber! Amazing. Keep it up.

Seems that I had the same experience as others that have reviewed here. I waited in line for 15 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement, and watched someone cut right up to the counter and take over the 1 available employees time. The other 3 employees were huddled at one of the tills, oblivious to the customers in line or that were entering the store. I finally just left. A complete waste of time and an overall frustrating experience. Now that more of these shops are opening up, it will be customer service that will set you apart, and this place has fallen so far short. Speak with your wallets are go somewhere else.

I love this place! They have an excellent selection of cannabis products. The store is beautiful and the staff are exceptional. It’s a very welcoming and knowledgeable atmosphere that will bring me back again and again.

Looked at there products and found some products can tell you exactly the thc% it is and most other products will say something like 14%- 28% that a huge difference i believe they are lieing on ther products and they are not tested for thc % its fake news people

Nice new place and it has a good display setup. Bought many types of product. Hash, flower, cbd iced tea, thc soda, kief, vape cartridges, chocolates, and softgels. Happy with all of them. First store that I have seen protective glass for their bud tenders.

Came into Bud and Sally's a few days ago and it's safe to say I will definitely be coming back! The store was beautiful and I was very impressed with the variety and selection they had. One of the staff (I'm pretty sure her name was Alexa) went above and beyond to help me find the weed that was right for me, and I was was blown away by her enthusiasm and patience as we worked through what I should get. Will definitely be recommending this location

Went on opening day while everybody else in the city was fighting one another and clambering over toilet paper & hand sanitizer at the grocery stores like lunatics. Yes, things were a little slow, but that's to be expected for any business while they work out the bugs between finding inventory and computer glitches. Overall, all of the employees were kind, helpful and apologetic about wait times. Welcome to the community Bud & Sally!
