I called the Canon help line in Mississauga because my printer was not working properly. It was communicating with my ipad, but not printing the data. Blank pages only. The technician who answered the phone (yes, it was a real person), Raj, was helpful and positive. He told me that he could fix the problem, which he did. He was polite and knowledgeable. He tried many possible solutions and finally together we found the right one - downloading documents as opposed to printing them as attachments to mail. Thank you Raj for your excellent service and your patience with this senior!

Canon had a repair centre where we could drop off equipment for repair before COVD. Now Canon is accepting repairs only by courier. They need to have more options for the customer not just courier. To add insult to injury, I waited over 1hr to talk with a very unprofessional representative on chat. I’m seriously considering switching brands for my equipment.

Canon printers equals garbage after one year. There is no costumer service or support. Just waste of time and money.

I have been a customer of Canon for 6+ years. I have always had great service and great support. Whenever there is a problem with a machine, the service technician is readily available. Even during the pandemic, the service technicians were responsive and available and made every effort to repair my machine. Their customer service representatives are always polite and available to assist. I have been extremely happy with the service I have received from Canon.

I bought a Canon TR4527 printer last year and it got broken within a year and can get it to work or fixed. The wifi/wireless connection automatically disabled.
Won't purchase anything canon again.

Sir my request your printer model no TS 3320&3420 has wifi problem.it does not connect with phone plz chak your wifi system in printer or increse the power of your printer so that it could be connected with phone and we can take out out documents print.

I have been a loyal Canon customer since my first A-1 purchased in 1977. Repair services have always been a great differentiator for me, and I have relied on Canon support for all of my equipment since my very first purchase. However, this pandemic situation has me totally disillusioned. No walk-ins are allowed. Repairs are only accepted by courier, even though I live 15 minutes away from their service facility. For over 18 months I have resisted having the repair made due to the $300 plus charge every courier charges for the insurance (it's an expensive lens). Today, upon inquiry, the Canon Representative can't even tell me when this embargo will be lifted. So I continue to wait. Maybe another year? Maybe two? Nothing but great service for decades, then this?

You guys are the one of the worst companies service wise. Your print app is slow and buggy. Has any of your employees ever used it? It takes 3 seconds for it to register I clicked something. My printer wont connect to the WIFI anymore so I've thrown it in the garbage. I try to fix it myself using your website. Guess what! Its horrible as well! You have to make an account to even get anymore help than what's on the page. Because what's on the page doesn't say anything about what happens when it doesn't work.

Purchased a EOS Rebel T7 tried to upload video's onto my phone was told unable to do so. Tried to upload onto my computer was told need a $30 cable to do so. So basically purchased a $600 camera and have no access to my videos unless I spend another $30. Cable was not included inside the box but is required in order to access videos.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH CANON CANADA. Ive purchased 6d mark 2 and not even year ago, the product went defective 2 times with in 2 months given to them since it's under warranty, now it's the third time i was shooting the event and stopped working and got to cancel few events then I've got to rent. When I took the camera to the service since I have few more months warranty they said it's a physical damage and charges me 400+ dollars when i didnt Male any mistake dropping or even made any damage, I handles my equipment with almost care and I'm moving away from canon since it's the bad service I've got from Canon Canada for not my mistake. THANKS CANON CANADA FOR MAKING MY 20 YEARS OF LOYALTY FROM YOU GUYS TO SOMEONE ELSE

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I had a canon Selphy CP910 that I used very minimally (about 100 prints) that stopped working. It was working fine when I put it away for about a month or 2 while I reordered paper and ink directly from canon. Not only would they do nothing about the printer (they don’t repair them and won’t replace because it’s over a year old) but they won’t give me a refund on the unused ink and paper because it’s been over 30 days! Basically just blew me off. You would think a trillion dollar company would stand by their product better. I would give zero stars if I could. Very disappointed.

I had an issue with my 4 year old Canon 70d, it stopped charging and was out of warranty but Canon fixed it for a minimal fee, my camera now works like new. Great service.

I bought an EOS M6 from Canon 6 months ago after having spent a few months owning the M100, needless to say I'll be getting my warranty coverage and then selling the product I have; to never look back at Canon ever again as a supplier for my professional gear.

I use my M6 as a primary source of income and only 6 months after owning it, it has gone defective. What does Canon have to say?

"10 days to have it repaired, with no loaners. "

The fact that I now have to cancel 3 client shoots and lose money because of system that does not support its professional clients effectively enough, really bothers me.

So I won't be ever using a Canon product again after this.

I cannot WAIT to give Sony a chance to do what Canon couldn't, to impress me.

They want to charge me $550 for a stripped screw that's not visible and does not affect the functionality of the camera and the camera is testing 100% for all their functionality tests.

What the hell is wrong with these people? Canon just dropped of my list of respectable companies. Nikon, here I come!

I just had my EOS 70D repaired under warrantee at the Campn Canadian headquarters in Mississauga. The repair was for the no power fault that the 70Ds seem to have. My manufactureres warrantee expired long ago, and I would like to comment on my experience. Once I resurched online what the problem was, and that Canon US is recalling these cameras if they are experiencing this power loss issue, I was concerned that Canon Canada would not hounor the same recall. I was greated by a friendly customer service person who acknowledged that Canada is also recalling these cameras. The repair took 6 days at no cost. I appreciate a company that stands behind their product. The whole experience was painless.

Only called so far but spoke to a very helpful and informative friendly person. Going to drop off my Canon 5d iv for C-log upgrade this week.
