Without a doubt the absolute worst experience I’ve had with a courier service. Rude customer service and the communication overall is not there at all. Go with these guys at your own risk.

The customer service agent was great but the service from them was lousy. I got a backdated delivery notice, and was informed they didn’t have my buzzer code info (that was stated on my delivery address) for them not even attempting to deliver my package

This company is an absolute joke. Personally, going forward anything I order from an online merchant that goes through Canpar will be an automatic refusal with a return. Hopefully merchants get the idea not to ship parcels using this joke of a company.

Worst delivery service! Driver didn’t even attempt buzzing my unit and dropped the package at a pickup point which is super inconvenient.

This worst courier service that I have ever seen. This is my second package that is prepaid that’s held at this location. My house is 20km far in different municipality. This is totally unacceptable to take the package back to distribution centre instead of leaving it to in the nearest vendor. This is my 2nd time coming here. Called few times no response what so ever.

This is the worst courier service i have ever dealt with. I was supposed to receive a package over 2 weeks ago (it was a gift for Christmas at that). Went to the Markham location 3 separate times to pick up- no one answers the door or picks up the phone. I finally get a hold of someone 2 hours later and they have the nerve to tell me i have to wait another 48 hours for someone to tell me where i can pick up my package. Its been over 2 weeks and they still don"t know where i can pick up my package. Avoid this company at all costs! I will never order anything from Walmart again.

The laziest couriers I have ever encountered. In the time it takes them to leave a ‘we missed you’ note they could have just bought the parcel to the door. Mediocre service, can’t believe Walmart still uses them.

CANPAR should not be in the delivery business. I'm so disgruntled about their delivery service. We're in a pandemic and they're charging an extra $10 for delivery if you missed the first attempt? The delivery guy did not even wait 5 minutes for me to go downstairs and pick up my package. I called customer service and after a 35 minute wait I was told I had to either pick up the item or pay $10 for them to deliver agin. Canpar normally delivers to my door like every other delivery service, now their excuse is due to COVID they're not doing door deliveries!? CANPAR IS THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!

The fact that I have to give this place 1 start in order to write a review about them is outrageous. We ordered something through Wal-Mart - they had our package en route for over a week! Everyday their status would say "out for delivery". Spent time on the phone with their customer service to only find out that the package never left their facility. We had to take time and drive to Canpar Markham to pick up our package ourselves. Wal-Mart should really consider using other delivery companies.

Ordered a ps5 from Walmart, came to find out they use Canpar as a delivery service. Still have not received my package, dealing with Canpar has been one of the worst customer service experiences ever.

Worst experience I have ever had with a courier. My father paid $30 for one day delivery to get me some important medication. The man at the counter ended up putting the address in wrong. I called them the next day to correct it and the lady assured me it would be at my place in 2-3 business days. The package never arrives and no one even attempts to call myself or my dad (both our numbers are in file). When I finally realize it’s being held in markham I go to the only markham location. The number on the door they want you to call doesn’t work. Eventually someone comes to the door. She checks my tracking number and tells me it’s not even in the canapé system, which clearly isn’t true as I’ve been getting text ‘updates’ with this tracking number. I write it down for her as she must have gotten the number wrong when entering it. She starts getting short with me and angry that I’m insistent the package is here. She eventually takes my number again and tells me to call canpar directly. I try and not a single one of their phone numbers work. I’ve been sitting outside this warehouse for a half an hour now and I’m convinced based on all the information I’ve been given that my package is inside but no one seems to want to put any effort into getting it for me. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER!

It’s the worst courier. Only courier that would not leave the package in front of my door. I told the driver I could not come out because I’m working and I have my daughter with me. He insisted I go to the lobby.
The driver ended up returning my package to be picked up in their Markham location (I’m in Toronto) and on the site, doesn’t even say the exact address.

Left a notice on the door saying “we will make another attempt on” none of the fields on the notice were filled out. Now the next day, it say hold for pickup (location is 20km from my house). No attempt to deliver the package again. Live chat keeps disconnecting. Worst service ever! 0 star!

It does not even deserve 1 star. If I could curse in this box, I would. Worst experience I have ever had with a shipping company. Canpar should go out of business. None of the phone numbers work and they gave me a slip without an address to pick up my package. -0 stars.

Where to begin? No attempt made to deliver package to our home and internet says Hold for Pick up at Markham. Worst courier experience through the pandemic - does not deserve the one star. On hold with customer service for over an hour without a reaching an attendant. Couriers are supposed to deliver aren't they (where is the sarcasm font)

Very poor service. I shipped from Walmart near by and my package is held a a factory further than walmart. How does that make any sense?

Very disappointing experience. It is just named as a shipping company. In fact they are delivering nothing. You need to take your shipment from their facility, which is even far then Walmart.

Where do I even start? Negative 5 stars? How about shut this place down! What a disgrace.
Customer service is non existent!
The amount of frustration I have experienced with this shipper is outrageous!
I’ve been on hold for hours on several different occasions. Tried the live chat and never heard a response back at all. Emailed with no response. We tried the call back request several times to no avail, nobody has returned our call. Tracking online says package is in Toronto facility and out for transit for the past two weeks.
I can’t get a hold of anyone to help us out.

Walmart picks canpar to deliver, they don’t even put any effort to deliver to your door and then they take your package to a spot thats all the way in Markham.

If I had the option, I wouldn't come here or use any of their services. I don't even live in Markham but the closest location was somehow there. After talking to them on the phone about their location and service hours (which was not provided through the tracking information or on the delivery notice), I got there half an hour before closing time only to find out they closed early. Canpar is a pathetic excuse of a delivery company that can't even manage to attempt a proper delivery and resort to sticking useless notes on my mail box. If someone shipped you something through this company, I feel so bad for you.

This company didn't even attempt to contact us before they sent our packages to some smartspot pick up place. We are home in quarantine. Call our phones if you dont have the apartment buzz number. Walmart really needs to do better.

I thought Purolator was bad, but this is by far the worst courier company. Customer service is nonexistent and when they do call you back a day later, they just say sorry we can't do anything. I will not buy from anyone using this courier. They are perfect for wasting your time.

Went to drop off package at location on Macro, door locked, called no suggested on the door, that number no longer in service
