This is the worst joke of an operation. A national delivery company that cannot find addresses with todays technology. Pretend they phone and never do. Supposed to be an operations individual at the warehouse and no one there. Voice mail full, shows you how much they care about customer service. If you can avoid ever having anything shipped through pembroke and pick up in store, do it. Will save you a giant headache in trying to deal with National customer service who cannot give you any way of contacting a local operator.

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER. For context I ordered an e scooter TWO WEEKS AGO and it came with a free hat and bracelet (which was sent a week later) and guess what arrived on my door today the hat with no bracelet and guess what wasn't in sight the scooter! My dad chased down the guy in his truck and guess what wasn't in the van MY SCOOTER.the man told my dad that it might be in the damage pile which if this is true a random delivery man should NOT have been the one to tell me this I spent A LOT of money for this.its for my job that is 4 km away. I'm a high school student trying to work and it's hard to wake up early and walk 8 km every day. I'm a literal child and I know how to be more professional. If negative stars was an option I would have chosen it.oh and one more thing I wasn't even given an order number so there's really nothing I can do but drive down their and do there job for them. Very disappointing!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this location. Multiple times I have had shipments from the GTA delivered to me in Renfrew come through Pembroke via Ottawa without issue. People leaving 1 star reviews need to relax. This is a exceedingly fast paced business with many variables that can lead to a late shipment.

If could give negative stars I would. The website is complete garbage and the tracking service doesn't work. You can't speak with an agent on the phone, and the location near me goes straight to voicemail, and doesn't have space to leave a message. NEVER deal with this company if you can avoid it.

Package waited in warehouse for an extended period of time. Voice-mail full. Passive vs proactive business model. Will not source this company as a reliable or timely delivery mechanism. Straight up disappointing. Use at your own risk.

Worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. Flat out lies about delivery attempts. What's the point in getting shipping when you have to go pick it up after one "attempt" and I hear these stories all the time. They should be out of business by now.

This is what one can expect when a company has no direct competition for any period of time. They don't feel the need to communicate with anyone or deliver any kind of real service. They don't care about you or your goods. Before you use UPS, Canpar or Loomis in this area, think twice. Better to get it sent to Renfrew some other way and drive there to get it yourself.

Terrible service tracked my package to their warehouse then it showed delivered to my office at a time the office was closed, said RAY accepted the package but nobody at my office has that name, could not produce a signature. My office is literally a 4 minute drive from their warehouse 3.3km and the package got lost. Asked the driver about it next time they were at the office was clueless and told me he was not working that day, went to the warehouse and they brushed me off. Hope whoever took my shoes gets the worst blisters ever.

So I have placed about 20+ shipments with Canpar over the last 8 months, and I have had to call and complain for every order in the last 6 months because no driver has shown up to pick up shipments when placed. The last shipment I made on Monday. Today is Thursday, and the package is still at the door and no driver to be seen for 3 days. Try calling support and hung up after waiting 57 mins for someone to answer. Worst run company ever. Apparently you make so much money that you ignore every other shipment.

Does anybody work here? Have been trying to call for days and been 3x to the physical warehouse. Sign always says closed even if you go in the middle of the day.

The worst service I have ever seen in a courier company. We have been waiting for a very important piece of equipment for our Grooming salon. It states it was out for delivery and tried to be delivered on a Sunday evening? Both Business are closed then. Finally after terrible customer service we were told " No it is still in Toronto due to a mishap" yet we paid for urgent delivery. I do not recommend this company for any delivery service.

Literally have the worst experience with them every single time.
You file a complaint and they tell you the manager will be intouch with you; they never call.
They have a female delivery driver who is literally the worst and horribly rude.
They don't even try to get the package to you.
They don't come when they say they will.

After 10 days of my package sitting in a hot trailer in this weather, I had waited for over a week for updates. Friday it was to be delivered after a phone call I received from their staff.finally!
Now they said it was delivered but can't tell me when and where! I dont have my packages. Thanks for nothing!

Considering everything going on in the world right now, I think this crew are doing a fine job. Driver was friendly and courteous. Only delayed by a day, which is amazing considering the backlog some places have right now.

We have 12 PERISHABLE business packages sitting somewhere in their system that we’re supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. Currently in Pembroke, they have only 2 trucks working the area and employees are using their own vehicles to make deliveries. Driver told us they are a month behind.

TOTALLY INCOMPETENT.
