I recently placed my 2nd order with Cantex. They ship their orders super fast however this order had a few issues that necessitated that I contact Sidra at Cantex to request an exchange. Sidra was super understanding, prompt with her replies and very easy to work with. She triaged the issue and quickly offered an exchange for a better quality product with no additional costs incurred by me. I will not hesitate to recommend Cantex to anybody. Their customer first approach makes them so easy to work with and that’s crucial when an order requires an exchange or refund. Thank you Sidra!

The customer service at Cantex is amazing! They take the time to answer all your questions in a timely manor, and if they don't know the answer, they search it out for you. The quality of the linens that I have ordered are excellent! As a Wedding & Special Event Rentals company, it is very important to have high quality linens. This save you time and money in the long run. The fabric doesn't wrinkle as much compared to other linens we have carried and they don't stain as easy either. They were really helpful and a lady by the name of Jenny was really good to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again. I love the flannelette blanket/sheets. The colour is a little different from photo on their website but no problem with that. Sheets are very comfortable and durable. Thanks again!

I have been ordering products from this company since 2017 and I am always so impressed with the customer service; they are really polite, very knowledgeable and know how to handle issues very professionally. I am a small business owner and I purchase all of my products that I require to fulfill my clients custom linen orders from Cantex.
I used to purchase from so many different/other suppliers and now I specifically choose to order from Cantex. Simply because their customer service far exceeds all other (wholesale/retail) companies, in regards to meeting my specific needs.
The last time I placed an order there was a slight delay, but it was understandable because of the holiday season and everyone trying to deal with the effects of Covid-19.
I was informed by their customer care agent (pretty quickly after confirming my order) that there would be a delay. I was so impressed with how they made a point to go above protocol to let me know about the delay. So many other companies I have dealt with in the past don't inform you or even provide you with an updated status on your order until you call or complain!
I cannot wait to receive my most recent order - Blankets, Aprons, and Napkins.
PS. They have the best Ibex Blankets (I haven't been able to find these anywhere else, since Sears closed!) Plush Blankets and Duvets.

I ordered 12 pillowcases from Cantex, along with some other items. The package of pillowcases contained only 7, missing 5. I contacted Customer Service to ask if I might order another 12, with the cost reflecting a credit for the missing 5. I was not terribly put out about this-things happen. The credit was approved and an online invoice sent. The pillowcases arrived yesterday-a perfect set of 12 for the cost of 7 and no shipping charges applied. I was most impressed with the way in which my problem was handled and the speed with which it was done. I was pleased with the timely and friendly emails from Jenny and Sidra. I would certainly order from Cantex again based on their products and customer service.

I am the founder and program coordinator of a peer network, Grenfell Ministries, in Hamilton Ontario. We called around to various place that sell insulated coveralls in the hopes of finding anywhere willing to give us a deal on this very expensive item (upwards of $150) for our homeless population. Cantex Distribution, got back to us and had an old order that they were able to give us a hugely discounted price for. Their huge discount made is possible for us to be able to distribute these to our homeless friends, they are water resistent, insulated, quilted, and full body. These will prevent folks from freezing to the ground, getting hypthermia and dying while living homeless this winter. We are raising money and purchasing as many as we can at a time but this would not have been possible. This company was able to assist us, they were kind to us, they showed compassion for their community members and continue to do so throughout this process. Thank you so much, this is a great company that provides quality items, and today they have shown that they are a company that has compassion and is willing to help their community. Thank you for helping us saves lives this winter.

Recently I purchased a Queen sized duvet and was delighted they offered curb side pick up which I find very convenient, In opening my purchase Iwas very happy to find the duvet was done in a boxed stitched pattern, also the weight and quality of the product impressed me so much that I will be purchasing 2 more for my children, Thank you so much Heather for the great service and product. Purchased queen duvets from cantex and love them! I initially ordered king size by accident and then called to change the order. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to if it were too late.the representative on the phone was so kind and told me that it was no problem and that they could change it to the queen duvets that i wanted and credited me the difference! They were so nice and understanding.the service was so fast and efficient. I received the queen duvets and they are incredible, especially for the low price.will definitely come back in the future! Will recommend this company to anyone who has any linen or bedding needs.

I discovered Cantex Distribution 3 years ago and since then I constantly order from them. The agent I deal with is Sidra, she is beyond amazing. Like always I'm placing the order in rush and she always go extra miles to accommodate my last minute orders She always take my stress away assuring me that she will do the best to get the order in time. LOL I have only Hotmail account so I have to use my husband email account to rate this great company.

Ordered twice from this company. First order, given cloth napkins in colour required but made from a lower quality fabric not what I was shown in the store. Returned this order and received what was originally ordered. Didn't appreciate that another out of town trip was necessary to resolve. Second order involve white table cloths. Discussed ordering 9 table cloths - 3 rectangle 72x120', 3 rectangle, 54x90' and 3 round 90'. Uncertain on ordering the 3 round 90' so this size was removed from order. Instructed order would be filled, return approximately 1.5 hours to pick up. Order consisted of 6 rectangle in the size I requested, so I thought. Prior to leaving had to sign a packing slip. A few days later table cloths were washed in house by my staff. It wasn't noted by my staff a round table cloth was included in the order instead of the 3 small rectangular ones. Given that the table cloth was washed I had concerns about returning it but I contacted the company to resolve and mentioned the table cloth had been launder here. Too my shock staff in the store and the warehouse insisted the order was accurate. They made the assumption my laundry was done at the dry cleaners and attempted to place the blame on another company instead of correcting their mistake and most likely I paid a higher price on a table cloth I didn't want. If you buy from this company be certain you open every package to ensure your order is correct. It's too bad your customer service is poor because not only did you lose my business and the new customer I brought in the same day. No small business has time for this type of mistakes and poor customer service.

I have only great things to say about Cantex Customer Service and the 2 Ibex Blankets I purchased. The Blankets are exactly as I expected and fit perfectly. The Customer Service Rep was extremely helpful regarding my order and it was shipped when promised. I would recommend this company and this item to everyone!
