Been happy with most of my purchases, until I bot a $17 prerolls single that I COULDN'T even smoke. The Kief irritated my throat.was xpecting weed and distillate or maybe some hash
I only go here cause it's close. That's the ONLY REASON.

I visited this location for the first time today, first of all it's absolutely gorgeous! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed right away. I will definitely be back.

I had to go with only 4 stars. The staff and selection are very good as are the prices. Great staff! The downside is that the building -in 2022 - is not accessible as there are steps and no ramps for us the disabled. WIth the AODA coming into full force Jan 1 2025 this might be time to invest in a ramp to accommodate all customers. If not I am not averse to shopping elsewhere in future.

Friendly, informative staff - who were double masked. Canvas Cannabis was a little cheaper than the other one in neighbourhood, and gift wrapped for me. Overall pleasant experience.

We love the staff. Very friendly. As for the products, we did have one incident where we got less product but was compensated with a $10 amazon gift card. Go check it out and let me know what you think. Will always go back.

Best marijuana store in my area I'm a customer for almost 1 year Nik is an extrdorinade person who always leaves you with the problem solved, I just think they should better check prices with other stores because there are stores that eat canaca with very different prices the same products

This is "your neighborhood dispensary" if you live in the Mount Dennis area. Weekly sales are really enticing because these guys discount some of my most favorite products whereas most dispensaries only discount the products that nobody wants. Free parking out front which equals in and out in only a few minutes. Tremblant and Vortex hashes are legit.

Beautiful storefront. Impeccable attention to the curation of their products. The hallmark of this place is the kind caring considerate and knowledgable staff. I've never met kinder staffing anywhere. They are really nice. All round unparalleled in store experience.

This is THE place to go for your weed needs in the Weston road area. None of the other places near by will ever come close to the customer service and customer satisfaction provided by Canvas on Weston road. The employees are phenomenal, always so accommodating and understanding of what you need and they have you leaving the store with a genuine interaction rather than just get your product and leave. Nick is phenomenal to every customer that enters the store and provides an amazing, and welcoming experience every single time

The customer service is sublime. First time buying weed, so I didn’t really know what I was looking for. Nick helped me out through the process so easily and with ZERO complications whatsoever. He also told me Canvas is the first female-led cannabis shop in Ontario and I vibe HARD with that. He gave me the type of customer service one dreams of. Also the pot itself is great. Me and my girls had an amazing time. If I could leave more that 5 starts believe me I would. Simply magnificent.

Particularly in in dealing with Nick even with the kerbside pick up my experience was beyond exceptional very quick to inform me on what I’m getting very quick to tell me how to quickly make my purchase I was walking to the door and all around the best cannabis in town not only did Nick make me feel welcome but he made me choose the right cannabis for me!

I had the best 10 minute experience with a budtender yesterday. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and so appreciative of the compliments and positive feedback from me. The service was quicker than a drive-thru. I wanted to hang around just because of the budtender as he was so happy and helpful!
The shop is very clean and well put together with displays and menus. Thanks, Nick, for the excellent customer service!

Make sure they check the product before you touch it because they won't refund you your money and because they are almost never right on the % amount and never give you information over the phone your lucky to get what you see on the website.

Wish I could have been able to give a 0 STAR but this wasn't an option. This location n possibly this company will NEVER get a dollar from me again. Ordered online, my money was taken from my account only to get there and was told there was no order under my name. Showed my online bank statement that my money taken out only to be told "sorry there's nothing we can do as we have no order.wait see if it comes through later" No call, no follow up, NOTHING! Had to make a report with my bank to try and get my money back (could take up to 60days to get back my money) THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Nice small operator.they have two locations and usually a small wait time to enter. This is a wonderful shop with a knowledgeable staff.

Canvas has been great so far, no complaints. The staff are friendly and quick to process your order. I've been several times, and will continue to go.

I’m a local and love it but if you guys don’t open till 9! I’ll be forced to give you 4 stars. I have a disease called lateitus I can only have weed late.

I love this store! There online menu is well done and easy to use. The store is clean and very "trendy" and cool in my opinion. There prices and product selection is better than most other places.
Where this place shines the most is their customer service. The woman that works there is not only knowledgeable but she is also completely relatable. She gets it. You can tell she has a love for marijuana and clearly understands customer service. If i had a shop i would hire her on the spot. (I see future wife potential here lol)
I had an incident with a product (this incident was a problem from the company and not Canvas Cannabis). The manager, who is also amazing and cool, remedied the problem without any hesitation. She also gets customer service which seems to be a thing of the past. Not at Canvas Cannabis. Even the security is welcoming, polite and easy to deal with. They always say have a good day or something like that. This place is my spot from now on for sure.

This was my first purchase since recreational Cannabis use has been legalized in Canada. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted like a long awaited family member. I received my order swiftly and had a nice chat about the mandatory viewing of Pink Floyd's "The Wall" as an almost right of passage with recreational Cannabis users. I will definitely return as I felt as though everything was safe, and comforting. Thank you for a great experience.

I’m so happy to have found this little gem of a store! I’m a novice when it comes to cannabis and with so many products out there it can be hard to choose the right one. I called Canvas to ask about their products and what they suggest. Their service is amazing! They took their time to help me find what I needed. My order was ready in no time:)

This location has a great set of knowledgeable people! So wonderful, so sweet and their selection of products is great!

I spoke with Nick today, well versed in all products, flower, vape, beverage and edibles. No pressure sales and he knew the backgrounds of the Licensed Producers they carry. I have to say after today I will be back, beautiful store and clean.
