I am very happy with the job that Phil and his team did. I had to remove a tree and trim down two large trees. He also introduced me to the various trees in my backyard and how to take care of them.i am thankful to the suggestions and glad that I found him. Further his rates were reasonable compared to others I contacted, particularly few contractors I found in Kijiji gave me crazy rates for the same job.

Very impressed with this company. Phil came out multiple times to give an accurate quote and good advice on management of our forest. The crew arrived on time and accomplished even more than we expected in a day. They were conscientious to protect “good” trees and fences/structures near the trees they took down. We will definitely bring them back when more work is required on our lot. Top marks!

A very professional company. Extremely reliable. We dealt with Phil who is very polite, knowledgeable and a person of high integrity. He recognized the issue with the tree in our backyard and was extremely accomodating in getting the job done promptly. He delivered on everything that he committed and gave the job top priority recognizing how important it was for us to get it done. The crew was extremely skilled and professional. They completed the job of removing a huge tree that had moved from its place and leaning over a fence without damaging anything around. We highly recommend the company.

We were looking for a legitimate contractor to remove our trees (permit, arborist reports, etc).

Asked for a quote and scheduled a time to meet; contractor did not show up. Called to reschedule, contractor stated "I'm not going to waste my time if there's no permit pulled".

You'd think this would be considered during the quote but apparently not.

Poor customer service, unreliable.

I had a large tree taken down in my backyard and one in the front on April 22. When I dealt with Phil, he gave me a quote quickly and it was competitive. We set up a date and that happened to the day. No changes due to weather. His guys were great and professional and worked so good together. I would not get quotes anymore if needed again. I would just go with him. Leading up to the day, whenever I had a question his response time was amazing. All the work was done awesome. They really are great at what they do. If anyone ever asks if I would recommend someone, it would be Capella. Thanks very much for all your hard work!

The whole crew at Capella was fantastic! Very professional, and they did a great job. We recently purchased a home that has a small yard but quite a few trees, so we called and Phil came and gave us some advice on what would be best for the yard. We ended up cutting down two large trees and pruning some of the others. They got the trees down and cleaned up the yard beautifully. The trees they pruned also look amazing.
