My external hard drive was broken so I took the hard drive to recover the data and put it in a new hard drive. They're professional in recovering the data and able to recover all the data to the new drive. They also did it very efficiently, I am able to get the data back in one week. The price is a bit expansive, but it's reasonable providing with the professional quality of the job they did.

It's magic! Levon and the Capital Data Recovery were able to recover 100% data from my 17 years old hard drive. Mostly very important family photos and videos. The disc was purchased back in 2006 and stopped working after 5 years. All family memories such as birth of a daughter, and other important events were gone. No other copies.
It happened more than 10 years ago, and we lived in different countries since then.
Finally, a few weeks ago I contacted Levon for professional advice and help. Now we have it back fully recovered. Unbelievable, Fantastic work. Great customer service!

You’re probably going to Capital Data Recovery because you’ve made a stupid mistake. In my case, I deleted some irreplaceable Thesis files. Don’t go anywhere else to fix your mistake. Capital Data Recovery did a great job despite my complicated case. Even though they weren't able to recover everything, they did recover a lot given the circumstances (I formatted and installed Windows on top of my backup driver by mistake). Levon is a beautiful person.

After I accidentally spilled water on my partner's Mac Air on a Saturday night - totally destroying it, causing her to lose all of her files, photos, passwords, poetry, critical documents for work - I felt horrible and guilty. I didn't sleep a wink. The next morning, I rushed to the Apple store, got there when they were opening, and was made to wait more than 5 hours for an appointment. Ultimately, they didn't help me.

On Monday morning, I went to see Levon at Capital Data after reading reviews about the firm online. In addition to being in a frantic state, I barely understand computers.but he was kind and patient, explaining the recovery process he was going to attempt carefully and clearly. I felt a little bit of relief after two days of feeling awful.

A few days later, Levon called to tell me that he had recovered 100% of the files from my partner's drowned laptop. I cannot tell you how thrilled she was - and how ecstatic I was! When I came back to Levon's office, he walked me through the separate hard drive that contained all of the recovered files, even writing down the steps I would need to follow to immediately locate the most difficult-to-find (and urgent) documents.

I have nothing but praise for Capital Data Recovery. They took the nightmare I was in and gave it a happy ending.
