Unfortunately due to weather and extenuating circumstances we were not able to use their services. But the initial service provided and the no hassle refund of my deposit made me give a 5 star review. Usually you would never see that money again. I was very impressed with their honesty and integrity in making things right.

Gave them 4 yrs to fix issues with door installation. I was even warned not to complain to owner with anger management issues, still I gave them every opportunity to fix install issues. But once Erik decided it was more cost effective to categorize me as a disgruntled client, I turned to another company for help. In a week they fixed all the issues that Capitall were unable to fix in 4 yrs.

I dealt with Capitall Windows twice and in both occasions I had a very good and professional services. I strongly recommend it.

We’ve had Capitall Windows install windows in our century home three times now. Despite the home’s irregularities, the jobs end up looking great! We always receive excellent service from the initial quote to installation. The work is done with great care and the crews are always professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

The Good
The installation speed and quality were good, staff were friendly and communicative. No issues.
Price for the entire project was great.

The Bad
I was quoted and sold a window product that was supposed to line up with my existing patio steps. The salesperson assured me it would be no issue. When the installers came, I again confirmed the door would open on to my existing step. After ripping out my old window and door and beginning the installation they discovered the new window could not be installed as was specified.

As this installation was occurring in a cold mid-march, we proceeded with the installation with a different configuration which will require me to dig up and move my step in the summer. Also, the final bill failed to take into account the deposit I paid previously, requiring further work on my part to resolve the discrepancy.

Overall, I am happy with the installed product. The timeline from quote to installation was quick. The salesperson was helpful in trying to work with my budget, and the installers did their best with the situation they were handed. Attention to detail pertaining to product specifications and limitations needs improvement.

The good: dealing with sales was a breeze. Pete came to my house and explained the products and help me choose a beautiful door.

The door looks great! The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes.

The bad: they broke the brand new doorbell that I purchased to be installed with the door. Although they replaced it, they didn’t install it properly and left it hanging there. It still doesn’t work after almost three months.

Also they installed some metal flashing at the bottom right before you walk in. It’s not corrugated or textured or anything.very slippery when wet. This piece of siding should never be used here. It’s for underneath a window. As expected, this has been a tripping hazard for my elderly parents when they’ve come over.

Also, one of the installers was smoking right at the front door while it was being installed. I could smell it all inside my house. When asked them not to smoke, he stopped but then I saw him smoking in my garage. I don’t even smoke in my garage.

Installer was excellent and professional. Patio door was excellent quality and reasonably priced. Very satisfied

Love my new patio door and can open with one finger and the installers did an excellent job and clean up and would recommend to anyone

The service was great from planning to installation. We are very pleased with the service and quality of windows.

I had an excellent experience dealing with Capitall Windows. They worked really hard and gave me beautiful windows at a better price than other companies. They also offer cutting for custom installation which is hard to find. I highly recommend this company for your next window installation.

I love Capitall Windows. First, they listened to our requirements (front door and main front window), and as we were selling our house, and wanted to make it perfect for the new owners – but didn't want to overspend – they gave us a super price, handily beating the competition. Then they cam through, on time, very professionally, the installers were great, and now we have a wonderful front door and window that we love. Hmmmm - maybe we won't move after all.

Excellent quality of doors, however the installer seems to be a bit impatient during the installation, due to a few problems we encountered.

Even though Sheldon (the sales representative) was polite and answered my questions with patient, but did not inform me about the limitations for the deadbolt that I could choose.

The installer did a good job on installation, but it's not pleasant to communicate with him.

In short, product with impressive quality, whereas the service may need to be improved.

Terrible after-installation service. A window was damaged in the installation process. Two years later it still hasn't been fixed and I have to follow up to get any updates. I would never use this company again.

I love my need twelve FT sliding door. Awesome work done by Capitall windows team. Highly recommend them.

I'm a general contractor and have dealt with many window companies. I chose Capitall for my latest project and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Erik was great to work with. The windows arrived ahead of schedule and at a great price. The installation crew were excellent. I'm coming to these guys from now on.

I cannot recommend this company enough, Capitall Windows has exceeded my expectations. I contacted a few companies, some of which never returned my call and others taking at least a week to send someone for a quote. I was given an appointment from Capitall only 2 days after my inquiry and provided with the best price out of 3 other companies. My sales rep Sheldon was not only able to respond to all my questions on the spot, but also gave me a quote on the spot. Installation was smooth, quick, and efficient. Our installer Yuri and his crew worked hard and installed my windows and doors with care.

Excellent service from sales to installation. Quote process was quick with no pressure to buy or make and quick decisions. Price was very competitive. Excellent selection of products available with lots of options. Installation team was very friendly, professional and efficient. We are very happy and will use Capitall again for sure.

In 2019 Capitall Windows did some solid work for me. Fast forward to 2022 and it's a totally different story with material they used clearly being of lower quality, a notable defect developed in one of the windows they installed and Erik Marbar (owner of Capitall Windows) hasn't gotten back to me about my concerns after many weeks of me reaching out. If the owner of the company doesn't care about Quality Customer Service why would any employees working there cares about it.

Next up for me is likely involving the Better Business Bureau!

Amazing quality of work and a great price! What i was more impressed with was the team that installed my windows. Chris and his team were amazing, they did a lot of prep work before starting the job to ensure nothing in my house got damaged. They cleaned throughout the prcoess and a final cleanup after the job was done. I could not be happier with capital windows and a big thanks to Chris and his team.

Quickly responded to my original request for an on site quote to replacement my existing storm door. Walked me through the door models and handles available. Advised that delivery was 8 weeks. Installation occurred almost exactly 8 weeks later. Everyone that I dealt with was very knowlegable and professional. Very happy with the new door.

BUYER BEWARE! Don't spend your hard earned dollars with this company!
I had all of my windows and doors (front/patio) installed in December of 2019 and have had issues ever since. I wish I would have NEVER gone with this company. I had wood windows previously that caused no problems, the only reason I changed them was because I thought I was doing a 'good' thing by upgrading. What a MISTAKE that was, or I should say the mistake was going with Capitall windows. I had a LEAKING transom 3 mths after install, the large picture window in living room creaks and pops if there is even the slightest breeze. When I initially called to have it looked at, I was bounced to the Manufacturer who then bounced me back to Capitall Windows. The problem has still NOT been fixed.
When I last spoke to Erik in September, he indicated to me that he 'didn't know how to fix windows' and he had to look into it further and even suggested I have a home inspector come and check it. I told him that I was NOT going to pay for an inspection when I just paid thousands of dollars to his company.does that make sense to you? ! Especially since I had zero issues with my old window except that they were wood? !
I Also had them install a new front door which was installed incorrectly and took months for them to come back and fix it. (btw.there is air coming through the bottom of the door).
I had to get the BBB involved in order for them to take care of the door and now they have closed the case but still haven't taken care of the window. So my message to anybody looking into using this company is. DON'T.save yourself the headache and definitely go with a better company. The manufacturer for windows is ProVinyl and the transom and Patio door is Oceanview Patio Doors Ltd.

Great overall experience using Capitall Windows. Pete was very professional and is very knowledgable about the products they offer from the initial consultation to the final installation by Max who was awesome! The only complaint is that my windows took a long time to arrive although every time I called the office, they happily provided me with an update. I would not hesitate to recommend this company if you ever consider changing your windows.

We had a best experience ever from start to finish for the sale and installation of windows and doors for our newly renovated house. We would highly recommend them to everyone. We would personally thank to the owner and the contractors.

Job was somewhat demanding as it was replacement of ancient cottage windows and doors on an island cottage. Initial sales visit took care of all measuring, pricing, deposit and scheduling. Pete was very knowledgeable and helpful in matching the right options to our preferences and suggesting new ideas and better alternatives.
Project got delayed by factory shutdowns due to Covid, but delivery was expedited to meet our seasonal shutdown deadline.
Chris and his Installation crew were punctual, professional, personable, and hard-working, Only minor drawback was the amount of trim left for me to finish.
Doors are excellent, windows are spectacular, my wife is delighted - I would not hesitate to recommend these guys

They were quick to give a quote but when one of the windows would not lock and we called to have it fixed or the pane replaced they keep promising to fix it but after 6 months it is still not done.

They did a fabulous job all the way from the sales to the final install. Our sales person was Sheldon, who was fabulous and always kept us up-to-date. Joe was our installer and he worked 10 hours straight, with no break, to get the job done! This is during covid so his partner was unable to make it, resulting in him working so hard to make sure the job was done, and done right. The windows were almost a month late but, given covid-related delays, that is perfectly understandable. They did a great job and I will happily use them again if the time comes.

Capitall Windows did an amazing job. In preparation of selecting a company to replace over 10 windows and one door at our house, we received a number of quotes. The other companies did not come close to Capitall in terms of price for quality. When the other companies found out that Capitall was doing our work, they told us that they had a bad reputation and did not do good work. Not only were these comments from competitors unprofessional, they also couldn't be farther from the truth. I would highly recommend Capitall Windows for your window replacement/door replacement. I have used Capitall before for a couple of windows. The job was great and no surprises. Chris was my installer and very meticulous and worked hard and thorough. This time they sent a new crew "MAX" and LOUIS". I was worried at first, but found them to be exemplary. All windows and doors were done to my satisfaction. Even when they were missing a part for one window, they promised to come back in 3 days to finish the job. They came back with out me having to follow up. Huge points for that.

Absolute worst experience. Ordered windows 25th Jan so they are changed before the sell Of the house in April and they didn't come in at all in time. When they did, the installer (which badly needs a belt and deodorant) managed to break several trims in the house, damaged our brand new flooring by dropping tools, left marks all over etc. If it wasn't enough when comparing pricing with neighbors with identical set-up we clearly overpaid.walk away.simply

Very good service and excellent products. The installation went well and the door looks exactly as we hoped it would. More specifically, Capital responded promptly to our initial email, provided a very competitive quote after a short visit to our home, scheduled the work in the timeline indicated prior to the signature of the contract and came on time to perform the job. Their sells representative (Erik) was excellent and provided good service all along. Also, the company offers various methods of payments (they accept e-transfers) and in our case, no down-payment was required. The work was paid for after completion. I would certainly do business with Capital again in the future.

Competitive prices and great service. Installation went well and installers even re-mounted my bird feeder that hangs in front of my kitchen window!

I got 4 bedroom windows (all triple pane casement) installed in mid november 2018 and I am so happy I chose Capitall windows. From the initial contact with my sales rep Erik to the actual installation everything was done smooth and on time. My sales rep Erik was very polite and professional and I feel this is a very honest company. Everyone I dealt with at Capitall windows was extremely polite and professional and the windows are very nice. I can say that I am 100% confident that this is the type pf company that cares about their customers satisfaction and It is awesome they offer a lifetime warranty. I can say with certainty that I 100% recommened capitall windows. From the initial agreement with my sales rep Erik to the actual installation this was definately a 5 star experience!

Very disappointed with the company. The reason I picked Capitall over other suppliers was because of its short turnaround time which they told me was 8 weeks. And this was in July 2018 which they must have learnt about the backlog windows order because of the GreenOn program. The other windows suppliers were honest that it would take at least 22 weeks for windows to be installed. It has been at least 1 month from the scheduled installation and each time I called them they would say it would take another 2 weeks.

Alex and his Team Russia spent the last two days installing windows in my home and I couldn't be more delighted. My house is very old and very off-square so it was quite a challenge for them, but they went above and beyond to get the job done. Alex had to cut and install extra trim inside on my three bay windows and also suggested replacing some trim outside (not part of the actual window replacement) that was in bad repair, which he did and it made a huge difference to the look of the front of the house. They were quick, efficient, and very thorough cleaning up after the job, which was no mean feat considering all the debris. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Capitall and plan to leave their sign out at the end of my lane over the next few days to encourage anyone passing to give them a call. Great job, guys, and very much appreciated!

I hired them to do 9 windows a front door and patio door they came and did a quote I told they that the beam under the patio door is rotted and a need to get someone to replace that first they said oh no we will do that it's included in the price I gave you so I said ok and hired them they came they replaced all the windows and front door then they got to the patio door ripped the old one out and then goes of to rotted we won't do that you need to hire someone to replace that first they took plywood and put it up where the door was I was so made because they went back on there contract then they tell me I can do a payment plan like there site says so after they left they say we want $4000 plus the 6 payments of 600 which is more then people pay per month for a car and goes against what there site says I went to go see a lawyer and they are now currently building a case against them so don't go with them there lie and cheat and they steal stuff if you let them in your garage

And yes it was your company Michael came and gave me the price and Leo came the next week to do the measurements even have the red and white sign u guys left in my front yard!
