Went to grab a pizza for my 85 year old grandfather who is a regular. My mother called in and talked to the lady who took the order. She explained that she sent me a picture of a coupon my grandfather had. She said no problem. My grandfather has been ordering from Capri since they opened in lasalle decades ago and knows the owner, who he says is a nice guy. When I arrived, she told me she wouldn’t accept a picture of the coupon, and to go drive home to get the coupon. I should have left the pizza there, but went to get my grandfather’s coupon and brought it back. I was met with arrogance and a snotty attitude. Laughs and tells me to enjoy on my way out. With the coupon, a large pizza came up to $31.75. I’d cross the street and order from Armando’s. Much better customer service and drama free! Will never set foot in there again.

We ordered on the phone and they heard us say a king pizza but we ordered a queen and we still got the discount that was going on very good service and very good food.

Their new location is outstanding. One of the best pizzerias in LaSalle for years now. Run by a wonderfully kind owner and team.

Capri Lasalle catered a 50th birthday party at our home. They arrived on time and everything from pizza pasta and chicken was perfect. Our guests from out of town could not stop raving about the chicken and how they wished they could get that where they live! Thank you Capri!

The service was great!
The pizza crust was nice and crunch and a great flavoring sauce.
Walking in, you are greeted right away and lots of enthusiasm.
I am from Harrow but will definitely grab another pie when I am in the area.

I recommend trying the soprano pizza at least once as it’s become a family favourite!

Great staff great service and great food a tip though they are very busy all the time order 45 mins ahead that how you the foods good 45 minute wait but we'll worth it big portions

Beautiful place. Nice service. I ordered the spicy jack wrap and there was barely any chicken. All veggies. Tasted great but wow talk about cheaping out. Onion rings were great.

My son and I ordered our pizza and wait at the park near by to wait on it. They were delighted to have us I even gt extra cream garlic sauce.

Excellent service

Leo went above and beyond for our catering event. I made a grave error when ordering for my event and when I called late the day before when I realized my mistake, Leo was able to rearrange his schedule to accommodate me. This was the 1st time I've order from Capri for a catering event but have had their food many times. The food is always so very good and fresh. I highly recommend ordering from Capri, you will not be disappointed.
