Spoke with David (Owner). Was not helpful at all. I was direct to them from the dealer to inquire about a vehicle. I had the vin number and info, but David was not interested to help at all. Would not recommend.

The owners were very thorough and stayed open late to help with some emergency repairs. Very helpful and honest.

I went there for noise in one of my car tire and ABS LIGHTS due to that.first they told me that they will charge $63 for checking my tire, i said ok lets do it but one of the mechanic drive my car for around 1 km then without even looking at break or anything told me i need to replace Rotors, break pads and more. They make my quote abound $900.i just pay them their $63 then went to different mechanic he just open the break calliper and readjust them which fix my issue he just charges $50. The worst thing is they even ask me extra $125 just to scan problem in ABS LIGHT which should be including in tire checking because everyone knows that ABS LIGHT mostly comes due to tire bearing.
So be careful if u going there.

Just walked into this shop. Either the owner or manager acknowledges me I say hello how are you his reply VERY BUSY with that tone… we all know the tone I just smiled turned around and left. They don’t need my business or anyone’s by the sounds of it.

I came for a tire change and they tried to charge me extra on HST, good thing I know these tricks and requested a receipt. Friendly service though. They quoted ridiculous prices though for other repairs. I was quoted $600 for a simple ball joint replacement I contacted my personal mechanic and got the job done for $100. Be aware as they will try to overcharge.

Great service and great pricing. Got a flat tire and was able to come in with no appointment on New Years day. Staff were super nice aswell. 10/10

We’ve been bringing our company vehicle to CarHouse for service/annual tire change ever since we started our business. Always happy with their service! Reliable, professional, things get done on timely manner. We drive the van long distance to airport frequently for cargo pick up, lots of problems arise, but always fixed by the mechanics here. Dropping the van off to Car House is like dropping my kid off to grandma’s lol I don’t worry, it’s in good hands.

Friendly people, I only had a tire mounted to a rim and balanced. So not much to judge.

They did quote me a time for delivery of tire and they were accurate. However, I was quoted a price that I believe was to include removing the old tire from the car and reinstalling it after it was mounted on the rim. But I only brought the rim with the old tire. I thought the price was have dropped by 1 or 2 dollars because of less labour. That was not the case.

I proceeded to ask for a quote on another potential job. My personal opinion, I think they are slightly on the higher end of the scale when it comes to pricing. Too bad, they could have one me over as I was in the market for a new mechanic.

But, they are certainly very nice and very professional.
